Baby strollers are allowed inside the restaurant, and they even allow you to bring your own baby food. They also provide plates and other utensils. We were lucky to find a table available for our stroller and were guided to a private room at the back, where we were able to enjoy our meal at a leisurely pace. The restaurant was so cool and comfortable that we didn't want to leave. Although I forgot to take pictures of the cold noodles and dessert because my daughter was fussy, I didn't see a children's menu, and the lunch we ordered cost around 4000 yen. The taste was just average, and I felt that there are other places that are cheaper and tastier...! As a fan of grilled meat, this might sound a bit critical, but the comfort level was definitely top-notch.

We ordered a summer limited course where we could enjoy various cuts of meat in a cozy private room with a great atmosphere. I attended a yakiniku lunch gathering with a friend who invited me. We went to a yakiniku restaurant located inside Seibu Department Store, which seems to serve Shinshu beef. We ordered the Shinshu beef 4 kinds lunch set for 3850 yen, leaving the menu choice to my friend. The set included 2 pieces each of rare cuts, along with rice, salad, namul, and kimchi. We tried the flank, inside thigh, fillet, and head balo cuts. Among them, I liked the head balo the most as it was tender, juicy, and had a good amount of fat. The inside thigh was a bit tough, but some people may prefer it that way. (I felt that the inside thigh and fillet cuts were a bit small, so it would have been better if they were a bit larger.) I found that the meat's flavor was better appreciated with salt rather than sauce. The bright and cheerful atmosphere inside the restaurant was not typical of a yakiniku place, making the experience enjoyable. The unique menu offering rare cuts was interesting, and overall, it was a good restaurant to visit.

Lunch today was at a restaurant that serves beef from Shinshu, raised on apples. They buy the whole cow and offer delicious cuts of marbled Kalbi and crispy beef tongue. I ordered the Sendai beef tongue & Shinshu beef Kalbi lunch set for ¥2,948, Shinshu beef seared nigiri for ¥462, and a lunch beer for ¥409. The restaurant is called "Gyubei Seian" located in Seibu Ikebukuro. The address is 8F Seibu Ikebukuro, 1-28-1 Minami Ikebukuro, Toshima-ku. It's directly connected to Ikebukuro station. The meal was fantastic, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for quality beef and a great dining experience.

The atmosphere is nice, the taste is good, but the prices are a bit high for what you get. It would be better if they provided masks, considering the current situation, and the lemon for the beef tongue dish was not fresh, just lemon juice. Overall, it felt a bit cheap.

When my family goes to eat yakiniku in Ikebukuro, we usually end up at this restaurant. On this day, my parents, my sister and her husband, my niece, and I came for lunch. The meat at Gyubei is delicious. We are big eaters, so we always order a course set and add on extra meat, vegetables, and kimchi. Even though we ate a lot this day, I was too busy grilling meat for my niece to take any pictures. The adults ordered a total of 3 bottles of sparkling wine and wine in the middle of the day. The quality of the meat is good, but the disappointing part is the level of customer service at the restaurant. I understand that lunchtime is busy, but it took a few times of ringing the bell in our private room before someone came to take our order, and they were slow to bring us sharing plates. The speed of getting our orders also varied. Considering the price, I wish they would improve the quality of their customer service a bit more.

Visited the restaurant for the first time with a friend for lunch. It was around 2 pm on a Saturday and compared to other restaurants on the Seibu Ikebukuro restaurant floor, this one was not crowded and we didn't have to wait. We tried Shinshu beef for the first time! We ordered a lunch set where you can enjoy Shinshu beef in one dish. The staff recommended, "You can choose one drink, one rice dish, and it comes with three namuls and a salad." I chose oolong tea and Kalbi Kimchi Cuppa. After waiting for 5 minutes, the namuls and salad were served. They were okay, nothing special. The salad dressing was light. Soon after, the oolong tea arrived, and we were eagerly waiting for the meat when suddenly, "Sorry to keep you waiting! For the Kalbi Kimchi Cuppa customer. Here is the Bibimbap customer." Wait, rice dish before the meat? Each restaurant has its own order of serving, but when a restaurant prominently advertises "Shinshu beef," I would have preferred the meat to be served first. However, the Kalbi Kimchi Cuppa was incredibly delicious! It was so good that it left a stronger impression than the meat. The meat itself was just average. The set cost around 5,000 yen per person, but the cost performance was so-so. Thank you for the meal.

We reunited with a friend and her family who live far away and decided to have a barbecue lunch at Ushibei. Since we were with small children, we wanted to eat at a restaurant in a department store where we could feel at ease, and we found this place where we could be seated almost immediately. (There were no customers in the restaurant on a weekday at lunchtime.) We ordered using a touchscreen menu, and I decided to splurge on a limited-time course since it had been a while. The course was for two people and cost 11,000 yen per person. Maybe it was a dinner course rather than a lunch course? I'm not sure, but I was drawn to it because it included abalone and angel prawns as part of the seasonal limited menu. The rare cuts of meat were clearly displayed, and they looked very appetizing. The meat sushi and chijimi were delicious! However, as we progressed through the course, the meat became fattier and my stomach started to feel heavy, which was disappointing. The staff's service was average.

Located on the 8th floor of Seibu Ikebukuro main store, Dining Park is a yakiniku restaurant where you can enjoy the finest "Shinshu beef" purchased as a whole cow. We ordered the "Shinshu beef six cuts assortment (7590 yen)" which includes six rare cuts of Shinshu beef, and [another dish]. The assortment includes sirloin, misuji, ichibo, nakaochi kalbi, kata bara, and uchi mimo, with the nakaochi kalbi being particularly tender and delicious. Although the prices are on the higher side, being a luxury restaurant, the atmosphere inside is more like a family restaurant, with many families with young children. The meat was delicious overall, but for the price, it didn't quite reach a level of being mind-blowing. This yakiniku restaurant is recommended for those who want to enjoy high-quality meat in a family restaurant setting.

I had the lunch course. The amount of meat was a bit lacking, but the taste was very delicious with a meaty flavor. The thin meat tended to stick to the grill and fall apart, so I had to be careful when cooking it. I had to keep flipping it until it was cooked through. It was good that I was only with family as my manners weren't the best.

I made a reservation for a course meal. In the past, there used to be private rooms, but now the doors are left open due to Covid. The course included appetizers, drinks, a plate of grilled meat and seafood, grilled shrimp, grilled meat sushi, rice dishes, a second plate of grilled meat, and dessert. You can choose the rice dish, but there was a long wait after finishing everything until the second plate arrived, which was quite fatty. The course didn't seem worth it. The meat may be liked by those who enjoy fatty cuts. The dessert was almond jelly. Overall, aside from the meat, I didn't have a good impression.

It was a bit difficult because I couldn't see the details of the menu. I wasn't sure how much meat was included or what else came with the set. The Wagyu beef lunch for 1,980 yen was of good quality and worth the price. However, they didn't provide a dish for the meat sauce, and even though it wasn't full yet, I had to ask for a refill of water. On a side note, the Wagyu beef sushi that I received for free as a special offer was very delicious.

If you order the premium meat, it will be reasonably delicious. However, considering the price, it might be expected. The lemon sour is a bit too sweet. It's not bad, but it doesn't have a taste that surpasses its price.

Today the weather was bad, so I didn't feel like going out much. Instead, I went to the restaurant floor of Seibu Department Store where I often visit. My son wanted to eat yakiniku, so we went to this restaurant. We ordered the lunch set with kalbi and harami, with 1.5 times the amount of meat. It comes with rice, soup, salad, cabbage, and sesame-dressed green beans. Both the kalbi and harami had a firm texture, giving a satisfying feeling when eating. With the side dishes included, we were able to eat until we were full. The amount of meat was just right for the two of us to share.

Visited here in March 2020 to satisfy my craving for yakiniku. Unfortunately, the limited-time offer of Shinshu beef fillet cut-off and assorted hormone plate was outstanding. The premium tongue, salted beef harami, kalbi, top loin, and cold noodles for the finale were also delicious.

I wandered around Seibu Ikebukuro during lunchtime in January 2020. I came across this lunch set here. It featured a special selection of 4 types of Shinshu beef yakiniku and Shinshu beef cutlet lunch. The 4 types included fillet and sirloin, making it quite luxurious. The cutlet was decent, but the special selection was indeed special with its good meat quality and delicious taste.

The Club On Point contact person informed me that my points will expire at the end of the year, so I decided to use them up right away. I visited a Chinese restaurant that I had never been to before, attracted by the large letters of "Shinshu Beef Purchased Whole" and its stylish exterior. I chose the Shinshu beef assortment menu with 10 different cuts, recommended for its appearance and rare cuts. I started with a side menu of salad, soup, and meat sushi for an enjoyable time. However, the happiness ended there. The meat had no flavor, whether it was lean or fatty. I finally resorted to dipping it in sauce to taste something. The salt was just salty, and the wasabi was the only thing that tasted good, overpowering the flavor of the meat like magic. I noticed a chlorine-like smell in some places as well. In the end, I only enjoyed the side dishes and left disappointed. I should have waited in line for a restaurant I really wanted to go to. What a shame. Thank you for the meal.
