You cannot buy Wine Coin (excluding tax) at this chain store, but the food is quite substantial. On the 0th day of every month (10th, 20th, 30th), it is sold for 500 yen including tax. They are open every day without fail, and the staff are quick to assist. Recommended dishes here include Taito Donburi and Donmaru Donburi. They also offer seafood bowls, Hokkai Donburi, sea urchin bowls, salmon roe bowls, and Engawa Donburi, as well as assorted sashimi bowls. With over 50 types of donburi, including miso soup and inari sushi, it's definitely worth a visit.

This is a shop located south from the intersection of Kurasaki Hashidoori and Sumidabashi Hashidoori along the Kiyosubashi street. It specializes in take-out seafood bowls, originally started by a sushi restaurant. The menu is quite extensive, offering a variety of options. I tried their seafood bowl, which costs 525 yen. You can opt for extra rice for 630 yen, or extra toppings for 725 yen. The seafood bowl included tuna, squid, salmon, scallop, ikura, sweet shrimp, and mackerel. The quality of the toppings was decent for the price. The rice was vinegared and the overall portion was satisfactory. It's a good option considering the price, and the wide menu selection allows for trying different dishes.

I use this place for lunch every time. The menu is quite extensive, and they also have daily changing rice bowl specials. But... I've pretty much only ever ordered one thing, which is the Umimaru Don. It has a variety of toppings and makes you feel like you got a good deal. Normally it's 540 yen including tax, but on days with a 0 in them, it's 500 yen. A great deal! I usually call ahead to order and then pick it up. I might try a different rice bowl next time.
