I've always wanted to try the incredibly delicious omurice that was popular on Instagram, and finally got the chance to go with my husband after work in Kanda. The place is usually crowded, but we were able to get in right away this time! Inside, there were menu photos displayed everywhere, making it hard to decide what to eat. They have three main types of dishes: omurice, omuhayashi rice, and cheese omuhayashi rice, with toppings like cheese, hamburger, and pork sauté. I chose the omuhayashi rice with pork sauté on top (¥2,000), which was a huge hit. The ketchup rice, runny egg, and rich sauce were all so flavorful and delicious. And the generous portion of pork sauté on top was just heavenly. The pork sauté was moist and seasoned with garlic butter soy sauce, making it tasty on its own. The garlic butter sauce mixed with the omuhayashi was pure bliss. We also tried the cheese omuhayashi rice with hamburger and melted cheese on top (¥1,800), which was a cheese lover's dream. The amount of cheese was overwhelming, covering the omuhayashi sauce completely. The hamburger was meaty and satisfying. Having a bite of hamburger, cheese, and omuhayashi together was pure happiness. I now understand why my friends rave about this place. I can't wait to go back and try more dishes. Omelette rice with pork sauté on top (garlic butter soy sauce) for ¥2500. This was my second visit. The restaurant is small and usually full, but today it was not crowded so I went after a long time. I was amazed by the pork sauté on top, which I tried for the first time. It was incredibly delicious! Actually, the omelette rice itself was also delicious. It had plenty of onions and chicken inside. The pork sauté can also be purchased separately, and it was amazing. The tender and moist pork with garlic butter soy sauce was incredibly tasty. I couldn't stop eating with the spoon. The portion size was just right, not too much or too little. You can get a large portion for an additional ¥300. The pork sauté is definitely becoming a regular order for me. I might have it again next time. Thank you for the meal!

We went together and ordered omurice and omurice with hamburger on top. The omurice had rice that was perfectly firm in the middle and soft around the edges, wrapped in a fluffy egg with a nicely tangy ketchup. It went down smoothly. The cream sauce on top of the hamburger was like sour cream and very delicious. I had to eat quickly due to errands, but next time I want to leisurely try other menu items.

The location is great, right near Kanda Station with easy access. I entered the restaurant as soon as it opened, so I was able to get a seat right away. However, since there are only counter seats, it didn't have the atmosphere for leisurely dining and conversation. This time, I ordered the beef tongue omurice that I had seen on social media. Due to the limited seating, the food came out quite quickly. The taste was delicious. I also tried the hamburger omurice that my friend ordered, and I preferred that one, so I thought I would order that next time I visit.

At 11:15 at Kanda Station, I had to visit a certain restaurant that I hadn't been to in years, so I headed to Omu-Riceya. It's a small popular omurice restaurant located under the east exit of Kanda Station. There were five customers ahead of me at this time, and I ordered the Beef Tongue Stew Omurice for 1600 yen. First, a hot soup and spoon were served, and a few minutes later, the Omurice arrived. I always end up ordering this dish even though I want to try other items on the menu. The Omurice had a creamy omelette on top of rice and chicken ketchup sauce, generously topped with demi-glace sauce. The stewed beef tongue was tender and delicious. Even though there is a more expensive premium beef tongue option on the menu, this one was more than satisfying. This Omurice was so good that you could almost drink it! I quickly finished it with a spoon. Next time, I'll definitely try something else on the menu.

The beef tongue stewed in omurice sauce with soup is 1700 yen. It's a drinkable omurice. It's a small shop with only a counter, but the turnover is good, so it's easy to get in if you want to eat quickly by yourself or with a small group. I'm also interested in trying the raclette cheese topping next time.

Located just a 1-minute walk from Kanda Station North Exit, this omelette rice restaurant is small but serves authentic flavors. The dish features large cuts of crispy onions as a nice accent. Although prices are a bit high, this restaurant comes highly recommended!

I visited around 12 p.m. on Sunday and was able to get a seat right away. The tomato marinade was cold and had a nice balance of acidity and sweetness. When eaten with the hot and rich Hayashi, it was very appetizing. It was a dish that tomato lovers would adore.

Kanda's delicious egg restaurant. There were empty seats. The Omuhayashi with simmered beef tongue (1,700 yen) was ready in no time. Soup. It has a gentle taste. Omuhayashi. The beef tongue is tender and delicious. The egg is soft and goes well with the bitter taste of the demi-glace sauce.

I visited around 12 o'clock on Saturday and luckily got a seat at the counter. Shortly after, there were 5 people waiting. This time, I had the omurice with a topping of hamburger. As you can see in the photos, it looks beautiful! It was delicious when I ate it. The hamburger was also tasty. The white cream sauce? Or something like that is also delicious here. Whatever you eat here is delicious. I will come back again! ✨

It is located under the elevated tracks at the east exit, opposite the shop I was aiming for, and it has less than 10 counter seats, making it a small space. It's almost an omelette rice specialty shop. The recommendation is the Omu Hayashi Rice. It's quite expensive. It's a substantial portion. The style of Omu Hayashi Rice here is to put chicken minced meat tomato stir-fry on white rice and pour over a slowly simmered demi-glace sauce. The demi-glace sauce is quite rich, and when you mix it with the whipped cream that was carefully placed on top, and bring the fluffy egg and rice to your mouth, you feel a great sense of happiness. I was happy with my choice, although the topping could have been just regular cheese instead of Raclette cheese. Many reviews mentioned ordering Omurice Hayashi, but since Omurice has ketchup rice and Omurice Hayashi has white rice, I went with Omurice. Next time, I want to try Omurice with whole Tomato Marinade or Omurice Hayashi with Pork Saute and Garlic Butter Soy Sauce. Thank you for the meal!

Omuhayashi Hamburg Steak on Top - 1700 yen Slightly on the pricier side but both the portion size and taste are satisfying. There are only counter seats available, making it easy for solo diners. The variety of sauces is highly praised. There are not many hamburger specialty shops around, so this is the place to go when craving omurice.

On my second visit, I felt like having a simple ketchup-covered omelette rice instead of the sauce-filled one. When looking at the menu, I was intrigued by the "Rich Demi-Glace Omelette Rice" so I ordered it. It was a fluffy thin omelette wrapped around a filling of demi-glace sauce. The rich flavor paired well with the acidity of ketchup. I was worried it might be too heavy, but I enjoyed it until the last bite.

This was a restaurant that I had put on my list to visit after seeing the reviews and photos of frequent reviewers. When I exited the east exit of the station and turned right, I could see the restaurant. It's very close to the station! This makes it convenient to stop by. I arrived around 12:10 PM on a weekday and had to wait for about 15 minutes as there were 3 people ahead of me. The menu has a wide variety of options, making it difficult to decide. The omurice with hamburg steak sounded good, as well as the omurice with beef tongue. This time, I ordered the omurice with hamburg steak for 1700 yen. Unlike the usual ketchup rice, this dish came with white rice, which was unique. The demi-glace sauce was rich, and the egg was runny, making it delicious enough to finish every last bit. Even when I didn't have much of an appetite due to the heat, I found this omurice to be easy to eat and delicious.

Recently, I've been eating a lot of hamburg steaks... There was a Western-style restaurant in Kanda that was known as one of the top 100 restaurants, but unfortunately, it was not selected in the latest 2023 Western food ranking. The interior of the restaurant is extremely narrow, but the location is right by the station. You can order omurice and hamburg steak, which are both voluminous and not bad in taste, but the price of 2800 yen is quite high for everyday dining.

I was in the mood for omurice, so I decided to visit this place after a long time. It was a weekday around 11:30 AM, with two customers already seated when I arrived. I easily found a seat and was served water and soup before placing my order. The menu here is quite extensive, making it difficult to choose just one dish as they all looked delicious. The soup was a cabbage and egg soup, which was tasty. I started with a mini salad (200 yen), which consisted of shredded cabbage with Caesar dressing and crispy toppings. In less than 5 minutes, the Omuhayashi with pork sauté and garlic butter soy sauce (2,200 yen) arrived. The pork sauté on top of the Omuhayashi was incredibly delicious - tender, juicy, and paired perfectly with the hayashi sauce. There were also garlic chips on top. Instead of ketchup rice, it was served on top of white rice with chicken mince in ketchup. The combination of the pork sauté and Omuhayashi filled me up completely. The price of 2,200 yen seemed worth it for this dish. The restaurant only has counter seating, so it's best to visit with a group of two or less. There was a group of four when I visited, and they had to wait outside as there were only three vacant seats. The water pitcher is placed on the counter for easy access. From entering to finishing my meal, it took about 30 minutes. Payment is cash only. Overall, I think I prefer pork sauté over beef.

On weekdays around 12:20, you can enter without waiting (not empty but not crowded). They seem to post on Instagram when they have temporary closures. The beef tongue stew over omurice was delicious, with the meat being quite firm rather than tender. It looked so delicious that it didn't exceed expectations, but that's because it looked too good. The soup was tastier than it looked. The portion size was quite generous. Whether it exceeds or falls short of expectations based on appearance, good food is good food.

I went around 11:30 am on a regular weekday. There were about 2 empty seats. The restaurant is small but has a good turnover, so there doesn't seem to be much of a wait. There were a lot of female customers! I chose the Omuhayashi Gyutan (beef tongue) dish (1700 yen). It was covered in demi-glace sauce. The egg was fluffy, the beef tongue was tender, and it was extremely delicious. I was very full afterwards.
