When it comes to Daily Yamazaki, I used to think of it as a convenience store where you buy Calbee chips. But when I happened to think about buying bread, I noticed that there was a cute logo stamped on it. So I bought it and it turned out to be incredibly delicious. The bread was fluffy, and the balance between the red bean paste and whipped cream (about 1:2 ratio) was perfect. There was also a hint of saltiness which made it really tasty. I don't usually eat sweet things, but this was really delicious, so I went back the next day to buy more. It seems like they sell these with local red bean and whipped cream logos stamped on them at various stores. Definitely check out your local Daily Yamazaki!

In January 2021, I received a gift from a friend. It was a local sweet red bean bun purchased at a Daily Yamazaki store in Kuramae. The luxurious red bean bun with whipped cream cost 154 yen. The bun had the "KuraMAE" imprint on the surface, which was a nice touch. I wonder if other Daily Yamazaki stores also sell buns with local imprints? I should look for them in Osaka next time. I enjoyed the bun at home right away. The whipped cream was more abundant than the red bean paste, but it was not overwhelming and was easy to eat. The quality was so good that it didn't feel like a convenience store bun. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal!

I love the handmade bread and bento boxes at this convenience store, especially the bear-shaped bread. I bought some again today.
