I had work in Musashimurayama City from the morning, and as I was driving around the city, I realized it was already past noon. I had a meeting scheduled for 1 pm, so I wanted to have lunch around this area and happened to come across this restaurant. It's a ramen shop that you can see here and there. I've seen them in Kanagawa as well. When I entered the restaurant, there was a ticket machine, and since I didn't know what kind of ramen they had, I followed the rule of the top left corner of the ticket machine and chose a ramen and half fried rice set. You can choose the firmness of the noodles, the richness of the flavor, and the amount of pork fat in the ramen, but I chose all of them to be normal. I was guided to a counter seat, and looking around, the capacity seemed to be around 30 people. About half of the seats were taken. There were condiments and free chopped onions and Q-chan on the table. I thought about putting onions in the ramen and using Q-chan as a substitute for pickled ginger in the fried rice. When I peeked into the kitchen from the counter, a young lady was vigorously shaking a large wok. Is that my fried rice? Sure enough, in about 5 minutes, the half fried rice arrived. I was told to wait a bit for the ramen, so I started eating the fried rice first. When I saw it, the rice had a nice shine to it! I wasn't expecting much, but... it's delicious! When I tried it with a spoon, it was delicious! The seasoning was just right, the rice was well fried, and the ingredients and rice were well combined, giving it a unified and delicious taste. It was easy to eat, with a balance between being slightly crispy and moist. I felt like I wanted to try the large size of this fried rice. It's completely to my liking, and it's worth coming here just for this fried rice. No, next time, I'll just have the large fried rice and dumplings! When I had eaten about half of it, the ramen arrived. When I drank the soup, the emulsified tonkotsu soup was rich. The noodles were medium thick straight noodles, and they mixed well with the soup. The toppings included 3 sheets of seaweed, chashu, quail egg, and spinach. It's a house-style ramen, but it felt like a house-style ramen that has evolved differently from the ones I'm used to. Thank you for the meal.
