Hokkaido-produced octopus and shiso pepperoncino is a dish that truly represents Hokkaido. It's a refreshing dish that makes you happy to sit by the window. The movie adaptation of Koutaro Isaka's novel "Haru ni Chiru" starring Koji Yakusho and Yokohama Ryusei is a human drama that portrays the lives of men who dedicate themselves to boxing. Director Akihito Inakura (known for "Disappear, Midnight Swan") mentioned about Yokohama Ryusei, "I felt that Yokohama-san always creates the atmosphere and emotions within him. His expressions often exceeded my imagination. He's an actor who can change the air itself depending on the role." Yokohama Ryusei is able to use his strong aura to portray different characters, from the refreshing young man in a commercial to the rough delinquent. I also admire his karate achievements and passing the boxing pro exam, showing his determination. Yokohama Ryusei is his real name, with "Yokohama" being his father's hometown in Aomori Prefecture, which he proudly acknowledges. He was named "Ryusei" with the hope that he would confidently shine like a shooting star, a wish that has come true as he continues to shine brightly. As an aunt from Aomori, I will continue to support him and hope he becomes an even more versatile and enduring actor.

Please refer to past reviews for information on the taste. This time, I would like to mention the excellent service provided by two wonderful staff members. The first staff member noticed my empty beer glass and kindly asked if I would like to order another drink, so I happily ordered wine. The second staff member noticed that I was having trouble collecting LINE stamps and promptly brought me a different paper. I am grateful that the first staff member had informed the second staff member of my situation. With the delicious food as always and the warm hospitality of the staff, this restaurant is definitely worth revisiting. I would love to come back someday to try their desserts.

Unchanging famous restaurant. Surprisingly, the waiter who took care of us last time when we ordered the party course greeted us. It feels nice to be remembered, like becoming a regular customer. It's really appreciated. This time, we ordered the Due Amore set (4500 yen) with various additional dishes. By paying extra for this set, you can order limited-time menu items and some other dishes, like the Catalana dessert, cheese risotto, and bottarga pasta we had this time. They all have rich flavors and make good use of the ingredients, but considering the extra cost of 200-300 yen each, it feels slightly expensive... Rather than that, it feels much more worth it to order your favorite pasta in a large portion without any additional cost. Of course, trying out new dishes to find a new favorite can also be enjoyable. It's quite a dilemma. However, by trying out various dishes like this, you can rediscover your true favorite dishes, so I am fully satisfied with this. Thank you for the delicious meal as always. Visited the restaurant with 5 friends. We had previously enjoyed Mia Bocca in Ikebukuro, so we decided to go again. We reserved the Cantare course, which is the most reasonable option. We couldn't book online as it gets filled up quickly, so we called and they accepted our reservation. In addition to the dishes in the photos below, the Margherita shown in the 4th photo was included in the course. Everything was incredibly delicious and I highly recommend trying these dishes. Normally it's 2500 yen per person, but we used a LINE coupon to get 500 yen off for each person. The cashier had to call the manager to help with the coupon, but they did it with a smile and thanked us at the end. The restaurant has a charm that makes you want to visit again, not just because of the delicious food, but also because of the wonderful staff. Thank you for a lovely dinner experience.

This is an Italian restaurant located near Fuchu Station, under the elevated tracks of the Keio Line. The restaurant, called Miabocca, also has branches in Musashisakai and Ikebukuro. When you enter the restaurant, energetic and cheerful staff will guide you to your table. They will ask if it's your first time dining there, and if so, they will explain everything politely. Dinner may cost about 1200 yen more than lunch, but you get two desserts, so it's not a big deal. They offer a set menu called the Due Amore Set, where you can choose a salad, pasta, and pizza, along with a drink and two desserts (additional charge for some items like risotto). The quality of the food is top-notch! Everything you order is delicious, which is one of the best things about this restaurant. My favorite this time was the panna cotta dessert and hot coffee. Lunch is great for a little luxury with friends or family, while dinner is perfect for enjoying Italian cuisine with drinks and appetizers. It's ideal for celebrations or special occasions. With friendly staff, a clean atmosphere, and aromatic dishes, this is the best restaurant in my life. Enjoy the ultimate Italian dining experience at this outstanding restaurant.

I have visited this restaurant many times. This time, I visited for dinner and chose the Due Amore course. This is a course for two people where you can choose a salad, pizza, and pasta each, and also choose a drink and dessert for each person. You have to choose from a set menu, and some items may have an additional charge. I chose the White Snow Caesar Salad with Inare Chicken, the Four Cheese Pizza, and the Vongole Bianco Pasta made with clams from Akkeshi, Hokkaido. I really like the Vongole Bianco and have had it many times, but unfortunately, it had an additional charge this time. Since there were three of us, we also ordered the Prawn and Pesto Pizza with plenty of prawns as an extra. The Four Cheese Pizza had a thinner crust compared to last time. It had a creamy taste with a nice salty touch from the gorgonzola, and it was even better with honey drizzled on top. The Prawn and Pesto Pizza had juicy prawns and a delicious combination of pesto sauce and mayonnaise. The Vongole Bianco had a great garlic aroma and a simple yet tasty seasoning of salt and olive oil with a hint of spiciness. The dessert, Angel's Wing Affogato, had a huge cotton candy presence and melted quickly when espresso was poured over it. The mix of sweet ice cream at the bottom and the bitterness of the espresso made it a sophisticated dessert. It's unfortunate that some of my favorite items have increased in price due to the general trend of price hikes, but the taste is still great, so I will come back again.

An Italian restaurant located about a 5-minute walk from Fuchu Station. It's a familiar chain. We ordered a cost-effective plan that can be shared by two people. Caesar salad, cheese pizza, octopus and shiso peperoncino, and dessert for two cost 4,500 yen. It's quite a good deal, isn't it?

On this day, it was the day of JAZZ in FUCHU. Even though I have been living here for years, it was my first time coming. Being alone, I can freely listen to various bands here and there. It's nice. Let's eat quickly and go see. The service was good last time, so I decided to try the lunch here for the first time. Please refer to the previous review for the restaurant details. Since it was a Sunday, there was no lunch set. I was worried that the octopus might be tough, but it turned out to be soft and delicious with the right amount of noodles and shiso leaves. Nice choice. Now, let's see various bands. It's amazing how many bands are gathered here in Fuchu City, working hard. After a two-year hiatus due to COVID, it's been three years since the last one. We were blessed with a wonderful autumn weather, where both the elderly and the young, families, individuals, and even dogs were enjoying yakitori and lemonade. The laid-back and peaceful JAZZ festival was really good and enjoyable. The band leader of Rusty Nail said with emotion, "The day has finally come when we can perform again."

This is a convenient place for when you feel like having pasta by yourself. It's located directly connected to the station, with an atmosphere that is easy for one person to enter. The smiles of the staff are delightful. I had the rich Carbonara for 1,480 yen. When I asked for extra cheese, it was given to me for free. They don't have table condiments, so I wanted a little more black pepper. It's nice that they offer lunch until late hours. Thank you for the meal!

Their Vongole and Margherita dishes are also well-balanced and satisfying, making them enjoyable for everyone without any complaints. It would be appreciated if the cost performance could be a bit better, but in general, when seeking a certain level of deliciousness, the final bill tends to be higher than expected at most restaurants, which is an unavoidable truth.

I ate a Margherita pizza for 1,480 yen at "Mia Bocca" in Fuchu. It is an Italian restaurant located on the 1st floor of a station building on the Keio Line. The Margherita pizza has a thin Napoli-style crust. The tomato sauce (puree) was a bit bland, it would be better with a bit more acidity. It had mozzarella cheese and basil on top, and the shape was neat. I went after 3 pm, so they didn't have a special menu, but if you can get it cheaper during lunchtime, it might be worth trying.

Tonight (12/24/2021), I had dinner at Mia Bocca with a friend. We ordered the Amore Set for two. It included: - Mimosa salad with red king crab - Chichigneri pizza with kettle-cooked whitebait - Tomato cream spaghetti with sea bounty - Dessert (chocolate gateau, affogato with angel wings) - Coffee, espresso Just the right amount and everything was delicious! The house white wine was also easy to drink. I was satisfied!

Last night (10/06/2021), we had dinner at Mia Bocca, a Hokkaido Italian restaurant in Tudumi♪ We enjoyed the 2-person set Amore course, which included salad, pizza, pasta, dessert, and a drink. The salad was a Caesar salad with "Shirayuki" chicken from Nakasatsunai Village in Hokkaido. The pizza was a half-and-half Margherita and Italian prosciutto with arugula. The pasta was homemade meat sauce made from 100% Hokkaido beef. For dessert, we had homemade tiramisu. We also had hot coffee, sparkling wine on tap, and house red wine. The Caesar salad was light and refreshing with fluffy cheese and tender chicken. The pizza had a chewy crust from the stone oven, with delicious charred spots. The pasta had a rich and tasty meat sauce, which paired well with the house red wine. The tiramisu was light and fluffy with a perfect balance of mascarpone and coffee flavors. It went perfectly with the coffee and house red wine. We look forward to trying a different menu next time.

I visited a newly opened restaurant for lunch in July. It was about 70% full, so quite busy. The lunch sets are priced from 1780 yen, which is on the higher side. Since there were three of us, we decided not to get the set and ordered separately: a salad of prosciutto and colorful vegetables for 680 yen, a Margherita & four cheese half and half pizza for 1580 yen, and homemade meat sauce made with 100% Hokkaido beef for 1380 yen. They were all decently tasty, but the prices made us question if it was worth it. It's not bad, but I probably won't be going back.

Visited for lunch on a holiday. The place had just opened and was quite busy, so we had to wait a bit before being seated. Since there were two of us, we ordered the set menu for two people, which cost 3,300 yen. For the salad, we had the White Snow Caesar Salad with chicken from Nakasatsunai, Hokkaido. The pasta was the Peperoncino with octopus and shiso from Hokkaido. For the pizza, we chose the Carbonara Pizza with half-cooked egg. The salad was topped generously with cheese, which would make cheese lovers happy, but personally, I found it a bit too strong and would prefer it to be a bit milder. The pasta was divided into two portions in the image, but the other two dishes were quite rich, so it was a good balance, and the refreshing taste of the shiso was delicious. The pizza had a thin crust and the runny egg was delicious. I would like to try other dishes next time. I will definitely go back! Thank you for the meal!

Just yesterday, I decided to try out the newly opened restaurants on the restaurant floor of "Plarito Keio Fuchu." Although I was interested in "Tokyo Tachizushi" and "KollaBo," I ended up choosing "Mia Bocca." The restaurant was quite crowded with families during lunchtime, which made me think that they were taking a break from teleworking. I opted for the slightly more expensive Pizza Lunch Set B, which featured a Hokkaido pork and scamorza cheese pizza. The pizza crust was soft and chewy, with a smoky aroma from the smoked mozzarella cheese. The ground pork topping was savory and well-seasoned. Overall, the pizza was delicious, especially when drizzled with chili oil. The salad dressing was sweet and tangy, complementing the fresh vegetables well. It was a satisfying meal experience at Mia Bocca.

The store is clean and spacious. It's child-friendly. I ordered tomato pasta and young chicken with mozzarella cheese. The portions are generous and the dishes are full of ingredients. The menu is extensive, and I felt like ordering something else as well.

Under the elevated tracks of Fuchu Station, there is a dining area called "Purari to Fuchu" where an Italian restaurant has been operating since last year. It's more like Italian food with a twist. This restaurant is often seen in station dining areas. I've been to the one in Tokorozawa's Gran Emio before. I visited for lunch on a weekday and noticed that the clientele was mostly women, giving off a bit of an out-of-place vibe. The tables by the window looked a bit chilly, so I chose a table along the aisle inside, which seemed more comfortable. There were many pasta options priced at just over 1,000 yen, while pizzas were around 1,500 yen. So, the set menu for two people at 3,300 yen seemed like a good deal, and I ordered that. The set, named "Amore Set," included a main pasta dish, a pizza, a salad, focaccia as a bonus, and a drink. I didn't calculate it precisely, but I assume the drink was complimentary. For the salad, I chose the Caesar salad with plenty of cheese. The pasta was a classic tomato and garlic sauce, while the pizza was a unique one with half-cooked egg called "Shimokawa 60 Enzyme Egg Carbonara Pizza." The salad was good with romaine lettuce, chicken, and lots of cheese. The pizza was served by a male staff member who proudly announced that he had baked it himself. Cutting into the pizza revealed a runny lemon-yellow yolk from the "Shimokawa 60 Enzyme Egg." It had a good amount of cheese and was quite satisfying. The tomato pasta was as expected, with fresh tomato acidity and a strong garlic flavor. With some focaccia on the side, I had more than enough carbs. I ended the meal with a coffee for a relaxed lunch. This restaurant originates from Sapporo, so Hokkaido ingredients are prominent. The concept of Italian-Japanese fusion cuisine seems to appeal to women, ensuring steady business since its opening. The spacious and relaxed atmosphere makes it a convenient choice for leisurely meals without worrying about time constraints.
