We arrived after 12 o'clock and there was quite a line, but the turnover was fast and we were able to get in relatively quickly. We ordered extra sea urchin on our sushi. The sea urchin was surprisingly scarce, so we might skip the extra next time. Other than that, we had no complaints and enjoyed our meal. The sashimi was delicious, and it was nice that they provided yuzu and condiments when making ochazuke.

The restaurant is famous for its seafood bowl, and I was able to eat without waiting by arriving right at the 11 am opening time. The way of eating is unique - if you leave 1/3 of the seafood bowl, they will pour dashi for ochazuke. There are even sashimi pieces for ochazuke. Both the seafood bowl and ochazuke are incredibly delicious, and I am very satisfied.

When trying to have dinner in Midtown, I found a restaurant from the list and decided to give it a try. There was a line of 4 or 5 groups waiting outside the small restaurant with only about 10 counter seats, but knowing the taste was good, I waited for about 30 minutes to get in. I chose the "Matsu" from the seafood bowl menu. It had a good balance of ikura, crab, and sashimi, and the best part was that you could enjoy it as ochazuke with sea bream dashi afterwards. It was also nice that you could add more rice before pouring in the dashi.

Late lunch use. Located on B1F of Tokyo Midtown, with about 8 counter seats. It's always crowded during lunchtime, but I was able to get in smoothly by visiting before 3 pm. I finished about 80% of the bowl, then added a little more rice and had it turned into sea bream tea rice to finish. Next time, I'll try ordering the (bamboo).

Seafood bowl is apparently very good, so I went to Roppongi Midnight Town. It's just lunchtime but it's not crowded. Had to wait a bit. I chose the Matsus menu! It was a generous serving and delicious! Thank you for the meal! There are many foreigners here. The broth is cloudy, luxurious! They have Kyoto black seven spice, it's popular!

It had been about ten years since I last visited Midtown, so when I happened to pass by, I decided to grab a meal at the underground restaurant. It was my first time eating underground. I was craving seafood, so I ordered a seafood bowl. As expected from a long-standing establishment, the food was well-prepared and delicious. It was a reliable dining experience, but nothing particularly surprising. This restaurant is like a safe bet with no room for disappointment.

The best way to enjoy the seafood bowl is to mix the yellow sauce with the sashimi and pickles, then pour it over the seafood mountain. Don't forget to add dashi soup stock for extra flavor. The restaurant's hours are from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm, located in Tokyo Midtown Galleria B1. It may not be cheap, but for Roppongi, it's reasonably priced. I don't feel like waiting in line for an hour at Yaesu, but I stopped by Tsujihan on my way to Midtown. It was just before 8:00 PM and the restaurant was already empty, so we only had to wait about 5 minutes to get seated. I ordered the Matsu with extra bamboo and sea urchin, but wait, is this really the amount of seafood they usually serve? The taste was still excellent as always.

The seafood was really delicious. With such high-quality ingredients, you can't go wrong. It's definitely tasty, although it is a bit pricey. However, there was a slight feeling of something missing. The rice is just normal as it is served with dashi, but it would be nice to have the option of red vinegar sushi rice. It might deviate from the restaurant's concept, but I wish there was a bit more punch to it...that was my thought on this afternoon. Thank you for the meal.

13:00 Arrived at the restaurant, luckily it wasn't too crowded. I got in easily, but right after that, a long line formed! Seems like I lucked out. Usually, I ask for extra rice when I have ochazuke, but today they gave me a larger portion than usual, so it felt like I ate two bowls of rice. Maybe that was lucky too? Thanks for the meal!

I arrived at the store at 13:30 and there was always a long line, but I was able to get in quickly because the peak had passed. I ordered plum for ¥1250 with shirasu topping. It was consistently delicious. There was something crunchy in it that was also delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I waited in line for about an hour on Saturday. The portion size at this Nihonbashi location was a bit smaller compared to others. I noticed in reviews that some of the staff are foreigners, but I didn't have any issues with their service. The food was delicious. The sandwich shop next door was also very crowded, and I seriously considered giving up and going there instead. If I have the chance, I would like to visit this place again.

This is a convenient place to enjoy delicious seafood bowls. It's near my workplace, so I visit often. The quality of the seafood bowls is consistent whether you go for lunch or dinner, which is rare. I usually come during my lunch break, so I often see many other customers enjoying their meals. The seafood bowl is so delicious that I can't help but express my satisfaction while eating alone. The tuna, medium fatty tuna, salmon roe, whelk, mirugai, shrimp, squid, shimeji mushrooms, cucumber, and green onions create a wonderful harmony, and the gold sesame seeds add a nice aroma. After finishing the seafood, they pour red snapper broth over the remaining rice, and don't forget to save some red snapper pickles for the red snapper tea rice. You can also get a free rice refill. They also top it with yuzu and mitsuba. The flavorful red snapper broth and luxurious red snapper tea rice make it a double delight. The price recently increased from 1,100 yen to 1,250 yen, which is a bit disappointing, but understandable given the circumstances. Despite that, I still want to visit this restaurant frequently. Thank you for the delicious meal.

Baby strollers cannot fit in. I was a bit surprised by the difference in atmosphere compared to the main store in Nihonbashi, where I had been impressed before. [Cuisine](Order reason, taste, portion, wait time, others' orders, etc.)●Luxurious Bowl Plum (¥1,250)It's nice that the menu doesn't change whether you go for lunch or dinner. I opened a store in Midtown during the pandemic. I had always been curious about it, but since there is one near my office, I usually use it for lunch and I want to enjoy eating out with alcohol. I had been avoiding this place because it doesn't have the atmosphere to leisurely drink. I decided to create a non-drinking day by using it for dinner, so I chose to have dinner here. There happened to be a seat available, so I was able to enter smoothly, but there was a wait after I entered, so it might have been just luck. The "Luxury Bowl Ume" for 1250 yen with extra salmon roe for 400 yen. It used to be 1100 yen, so they have raised the price. Since it was dinner, I opted for the luxurious salmon roe topping. By adding 400 yen to the plum, it becomes "Take," which is topped with crab and salmon roe. I didn't want crab, so I chose to focus on the salmon roe topping. It's fun to watch several bowls being made efficiently behind the counter. First, pickles and sesame sauce fish are served. It was like amberjack that day. Then, a sparkling seafood bowl with a high pile of seared fish is served. The optional salmon roe is generously sprinkled on top right in front of you. The way to eat is to first break down the pile of seared fish. Drizzle the egg yolk soy sauce you have on hand over the whole thing and enjoy it as a seared fish bowl. You can also roll it with the seaweed that comes with it. The seared fish includes tuna red meat, medium fatty tuna, squid, salmon roe, shrimp, mirugai (geoduck clam), and tsubugai (whelk). Personally, I like that it includes shellfish. It seems to enhance the flavor significantly. Leave two pieces of the fish with sesame sauce on a separate plate and eat them with the seafood bowl. Save the remaining two pieces for the tai dashi chazuke later. Leave about a third and ask the chef behind the counter to add the broth. At this point, you can also add more rice, so you can rest assured even if you eat too much of the seafood bowl. All that's left is to eat the tai dashi chazuke with all your heart! The plump and hot sesame sauce sashimi is also delicious. They also serve beer and sake, but for me, it's enough to just eat the seafood bowl here.

Attendance lunch. My favorite seafood bowl restaurant. There is always a line before and after lunch, but today I was lucky to be the third person in line. I enjoyed the fresh seafood bowl as always, and I was very satisfied with the second half of the soup with tea. I didn't ask for a small amount of extra rice, so I ended up feeling full.

Luxury bowl at Taketogo was delicious♪ Located in Tokyo Midtown Galleria B1F, just a few minutes walk from Roppongi Station on the Tokyo Metro. I visited at the opening time on a holiday (11am). It was already full and there was a line right after opening. It was a good decision to come at this time. There are 4 types of luxury bowls: Plum, Bamboo, Pine, and Special. This time, I tried the Bamboo bowl. It included tuna, medium-fatty tuna, squid, shirako, tsubugai, mirugai, shrimp, ikura, cucumber, and green onion for the Plum bowl, and the Bamboo bowl had extra crab and ikura. First, there were 4 slices of sashimi. It is recommended to save 2 slices for ochazuke. Of course, you can also order additional sashimi if you finish all 4 slices. The bowl was filled with ingredients. Break down the mountain and pour the yolk soy sauce over it. When you're about 2/3 done, pour the broth over it and enjoy ochazuke. As always, delicious food at Tsujihan. I enjoyed it very much.
