Today, I tried to make a reservation at Torinokakehashi for yakitori around Kanda, but they were fully booked. So, I searched and found this place. I didn't have any prior information, but I made a reservation and visited! The restaurant allows smoking inside, which is rare these days. It seemed relatively new and very clean! Even though it was a weekday, the place was almost full, with many locals and office workers. Both the counter and tables were bustling with customers. First, I had the 7-piece course, and then I added some additional items. Here's what I had: chicken breast, thigh, zucchini, liver, gizzard, tomato, neck, heart, chicken skin, myoga roll, vegetable sticks, thick tofu, and chicken soup. Honestly, I wonder why I didn't know about this place sooner because the food was so delicious that it became my favorite spot instantly. The atmosphere was just right, with a comfortable level of buzz. The grilled items were all tasty, with perfect seasoning that wasn't too strong or too light, so I didn't get tired of eating. The speed of service was also just right. I want to come back to try other parts of the chicken that I didn't get to try this time. Thank you for the wonderful meal! #KandaGourmet
