マダム・チェチーリア
Natural Restaurant & Deli Midorie on the way back from Midorigaoka to Gakugeidaigaku Station. "When I lived in Musashikoyama ~ there was a shop near the station," said Mr. N with a nostalgic look as he gazed up at the logo (I also find it difficult to enter such shops). A happy development ~ ♬ Furthermore, to my delight, a friendly guy wearing a logo T-shirt greeted us warmly, and the grill chef at the counter was handsome!! There were no customers at the counter, only one reserved seat, and only four customers at the tables, so we could sit down immediately, and it was relaxing, so we decided to drop by... "What would you like to drink?" Mr. N had a Grapefruit Sour (¥500) and I had wine (¥450). I was surprised by the huge glass of the sour!! There was a statue of Iron Man 28 at the entrance, but I wonder if everything here is inspired by Iron Man... On the wall, there is a special resident certificate issued on October 4, 2009 (addressed to Suma-ku, Kobe City, with a residence in Wakamatsu Park as a symbol of post-earthquake recovery). As the name of the shop suggests, the Kobe teppanyaki restaurant ~ offers signature dishes such as Iron Man Modern Yaki (¥1500) with bokkake and beef hormone fried with oil lees, Iron Man Okonomiyaki (¥1300), and Iron Man Yakisoba (¥1300). We were feeling a bit peckish, so we decided on a small dish... there were octopus and wasabi, salted fish roe, cold tofu, grilled edamame, daikon salad, kimchi, salted kelp, etc., but none of them caught our attention, and then "We also have chilled tomatoes!" → But isn't it just sliced tomatoes? I thought it would be boring... then "We can also make tomato cheese yaki!!" That's when I realized that this shop has a high potential! The small dish menu ranges from ¥400 to ¥580, with the tomato cheese yaki not listed. Quickly responding to the customer's needs ~ since you ordered wine, would you like something cheesy? I made a quick decision!! It may seem simple, but it actually requires experience and skill. Not out of curiosity, but what is "bokkake," I asked... it seems to be a soul food from Kobe Nagata, where beef tendons and konjac are slowly simmered sweetly... instead of bokkake negiyaki, how about pork negiyaki (¥750)? Mr. N watched as the pork negiyaki was being cooked and said, "It seems that there was a positive reaction to the Trump card!" as he watched the TV screen... the finished dish was thin and perfect for a small dish ~ ♬ It was generously sauced, but not overwhelming, only 1/10 of a Nishikawa! We enjoyed it happily and deliciously. Before we left, an Uber Eats pickup arrived, and when we went outside, it was already dark at 6:10 pm! We said goodbye to the small Iron Man 28 (the Iron Man in Wakamatsu Park is 18 meters tall and weighs 50 tons) and headed towards the station.
