First time at Herbs. Recommended by a friend and decided to visit. I entered as soon as they opened and was able to relax. I ordered the classic milk crepe. I thought it would only have whipped cream, but it also had custard which made it very easy to eat. I'm not a big fan of whipped cream, but this cake was delicious even for people like me! I also ordered a hot coffee and was able to get a refill. They have a variety of coffee options which was very satisfying.

I go to a hair salon in Ebisu regularly and decided to have a little tea with my girlfriend at HARBS. It was a bit crowded, but we were able to get in after about 30 minutes. There were many delicious-looking cakes in the showcase, and we chose the Fresh Fruit Cake and Banana Cream Pie. For drinks, I ordered Ceylon tea with orange and Manhattan blend coffee. The cakes had a nice balance of sweetness and the goodness of the fruits really stood out. It was nice that you could get a refill of hot coffee and choose from two different types. I recommend changing to a different coffee after finishing the cake, like starting with a dark roast Manhattan and then switching to a medium roast Seattle. The atmosphere inside the shop is a bit lively being in a station building, but it is a comfortable place to relax.

My wife brought home cakes from HARBS after work. It was my favorite banana cream pie and chestnut tart. However, due to the intense heat, they became room temperature on the way home, causing the cream to become runny and the overall taste to be just okay. I should have chilled them before eating, but by the time I realized, they were already gone (laughs).

Wherever you go, Herb's offers consistently delicious food. While the staff may not mention it directly, they have a wide variety of coffee options and you can actually get refills. When getting a refill, you can choose a different type of coffee (like stronger or decaf), but they always brew it fresh so it may take some time. Remember to not linger too long after getting refills, and be considerate of others waiting for a seat. The cakes are always delicious, but some may contain alcohol so be cautious if you have kids or are sensitive to alcohol. Ask the staff for recommendations. And the highly recommended item is the fruit-filled mille-feuille.

I wanted to eat cake while at Ebisu station, so I stopped by on a whim. First, I was surprised by the size of the cakes displayed. It may have been the biggest cake I've ever had. I ordered a milk crepe. It wasn't just a regular milk crepe, it had lots of fruits inside. The melon was especially delicious, and eating it with the crepe made me feel a sense of happiness in my mouth. It was quite a large portion, but I managed to finish it all and it was delicious until the end. I hope to go there occasionally.

When you feel like eating delicious cake, you tend to visit this shop. However, it gets extremely crowded on holidays. It was around 2:30 pm, so I decided to try my luck and found about 4 groups waiting in line. Surprisingly, I was seated after waiting for about 30 minutes. Today, I ordered Grapefruit Mousse and Royal Milk Tea (Hot). Although I also love Banana Cream Pie, I chose this refreshing option considering my upcoming dinner. The appearance was summer-like and refreshing. The juicy grapefruit and mousse were so refreshing that it felt like drinking. I usually prefer coffee, but here I always end up ordering Royal Milk Tea. The strong tea flavor with the perfect balance of milk sweetness is delightful. They serve it in a stylish pot, and I could easily drink about 3 cups. However, the air conditioning in the shop is quite strong, so even if you order a hot drink, it cools down quickly, which is a bit disappointing. I check HARBS' cakes regularly because they also focus on seasonal limited editions, which always excites me. I have never been disappointed with anything I've eaten there, and it truly is an amazing cake shop.

I love HARBS, a restaurant originating from Nagoya. I ordered the Lunch Service for 2100 yen, which includes a choice of pasta, salad, today's half-sized cake (1. Chestnut Tart 2. Chestnut Cake 3. Green Tea Mousse), and a drink. I chose the Pesce Pasta, Chestnut Tart, and orange juice. It's hard to come across their Milk Crepe. HARBS lunch is always delicious. Thank you for the meal. I arrived before 12 pm and paid before 1 pm. When I arrived, I was seated right away, but there was a line at the cashier when I left.

I visited the shop around 14:20 and found that there weren't many cakes available. When I asked the staff, they said that new cakes would be coming in around 14:45. I paid and returned around 14:50 to pick up my order. I bought a Banana Cream Pie (880 yen) and a Milk Crepe (980 yen) at Harbs in Ebisu. The chef at Harbs, Aoki, mentioned that he really likes the Banana Pie from Herbs, so I decided to try it on my way home. I usually only have the Milk Crepe at Herbs, so I was excited to try something new. My favorite cake memory is from a now-closed shop called Ammira, where I used to love their Banana Chocolate Pie. So, I had high hopes for this Banana Pie from Harbs. When I removed the silver foil, the cream had shifted, so I couldn't get a clean cross-section photo. The plate I used was too small, but the pie was crispy with chunks of banana. It had custard cream, whipped cream, and a slightly bitter chocolate on top. It's a large pie, with 50% of it being banana. The crispy pie and the cream were delicious and elegant. It was more refined than the one from Ammira. We visited this popular cafe on the 4th floor of Atre, directly connected to Ebisu station, in the afternoon with three friends from our school days. HARBS cakes are large but have a moist texture and the cream is not too sweet, making it easy to enjoy. This time, right after lunch, we shared two cakes among the three of us: the "Mille Crepe" for 980 yen and the "Green Tea Mousse" for 930 yen. The "Mille Crepe" is a colorful cake that stands out in the display window, with layers of thinly baked crepes, fruits, and mixed cream. The "Green Tea Mousse" is a cake with a Japanese flavor, featuring matcha and azuki bean mousse wrapped in whipped cream. For drinks, we had Darjeeling tea for 850 yen, Earl Grey for 800 yen, and Chamomile Blend for 900 yen, each served in a pot allowing for two cups. The staff were friendly, and we had a pleasant time enjoying delicious cakes and tea in a cozy atmosphere. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

Located inside Atre next to Meguro Station, Herb's is a place where I ordered a lasagna and pasta set along with a chocolate banana parfait. The lunch set comes with a salad, but I feel that paying 1500 yen is a bit too expensive for the quality of the food, which I would say is more like an 800 yen level. However, the dessert, especially the chocolate banana parfait, is top-notch. The vanilla and chocolate ice cream are delicious, and when mixed with the crushed mille-feuille, it creates a delightful combination. I would recommend visiting Herb's for their desserts only.

The restaurant was busy but we were seated promptly. The staff were polite and provided excellent service. The cakes and coffee were delicious. I heard they will start selling melon cake from 6/22 so I will definitely go back. Thank you.

After dinner, even though I was already full, I enjoyed a chocolate cake with a moderate sweetness and plenty of nuts until the end. The texture of the walnuts was fresh and delicious. It's hard to see in the photo, but the cake was packed with walnuts and was delicious. I also had coconut tea with it. It had a good aroma and was easy to drink black tea.

The weekday lunch special is very reasonable, so even after 1 pm on a weekday, there was a long line. The shop is famous for its large cakes, with the milk crepe being the most popular. It often sells out by the evening. The milk crepe is filled with plenty of fruits. On this day, I got some cakes to go. - Irish Cream Cheese Cake (1 slice) 830 yen: A cake with a hint of alcohol, with a tart crust at the bottom. The light cream on top has a delightful rum flavor. - Chocolate Cake (1 slice) 830 yen: A cake with a hint of alcohol, with walnuts inside the chocolate cream. The sponge is soft and complements the cream well. It's a chocolate cake for adults.

The interior of the shop, the teapots, and the cakes were all so cute, it felt like being in Alice's world ❤︎ The strawberry tart had lots of big strawberries in it, so I was very satisfied ✨ The prices are a bit high, but it's worth it for the cute atmosphere where you can relax. There was a line forming around 3:00 pm, so if you want to avoid waiting, it's best to go at a different time.

I purchased my favorite milk crepe from Herbs in Atre Ebisu. The changing fruits with the seasons is a nice touch, transitioning from melon to strawberry. The cake is full of fruits and never fails to deliver deliciousness. I was completely satisfied with this dish.

I first encountered Herbs at the Nagoya Sakae main store. At that time, I was overwhelmed by the beautifully cut cakes, but now they have expanded nationwide. I always order the milk crepe, which makes up about 80% of my orders. I bought it again this time. The combination of melon and banana, kiwi and thinly baked crepe does a great job and tastes delicious. I think during the winter season, the melon will be replaced with strawberries. The milk crepe is definitely my favorite.

Lunch set for ¥1,900 includes salad, choice of pasta, today's cake (half size), and a drink. The pasta was seafood Pescaatore (tomato cream base) and the cake was Mont Blanc tart (more like a thin layer of cream with a hint of chocolate on a firm base, with a slight Mont Blanc paste). The cake was surprisingly thin, more like a quarter size than a half. The tart base was not noticeable. I thought it was a cake shop but it did not suit my taste. The pasta was too salty and lacked flavor. The rattan-style chairs were uncomfortable to sit on. The place was crowded with female customers due to its location.

The store's thoughtful approach of not setting time limits even during busy hours is quite considerate. This time, I tried their popular autumn menu item, the "Japanese Chestnut Tart" for ¥1,100! It features a rich chestnut paste, cream made with chestnut liqueur, and Azuki red beans, creating an adult-like tart. The contrast between the rich and creamy paste and cream with the firm tart crust was delightful. Autumn is definitely the season for chestnuts! It was a blissful tea time.
