Since it was my first time at this restaurant, I left the ordering up to the staff. I started with a draft beer, which was around 700 yen but incredibly delicious with very fine bubbles. The sausage platter, priced at over 1000 yen, had a wonderful aroma and was very tasty. However, the must-try dish is the Eisbein! At first, I didn't know what I had ordered, but it turned out to be a pork knuckle that I had to shred with a knife and fork. It was around 3000 yen, which surprised me, but it was incredibly delicious. It didn't need any sauce, as the flavor of the meat was so rich and satisfying. It's a great treat for a special occasion.
