Until now, it was labeled as "Pork Oil Ramen," but it has been slightly renewed and the word "pork" has disappeared. What I had this time was seared tuna oil ramen. The only difference between regular tuna oil ramen and seared tuna oil ramen is the number of tuna slices, with 4 slices for seared tuna and 2 slices for regular tuna. And both are seared. It's quite confusing, but as explained, the only difference is the number of tuna slices, and both are seared. I was drawn to the word "seared" because I like seared toppings, so I ended up ordering the seared tuna oil ramen, which comes with 4 slices of tuna toppings, so be careful. In place of the removed "pork" label, the variety of flavors has increased. Tuna and shrimp were already available. Additionally, bonito and oyster have been added. And a new item, the mini bonito tuna bowl, has also been added to the menu, so I tried it right away. The taste of the seared tuna oil ramen was almost the same as when I had the cold version last time. I think it would be even more delicious if the tuna were fresher, but it has a bit of a fishy smell, which puts me off a bit. Similarly, the mini bonito tuna bowl also has a fishy smell, so once I tried it, I felt like I didn't need to have it again. So, even though there are shrimp, bonito, and oyster options available, I am currently undecided on whether to try them or not. Overall, my review may have been mostly negative, but the service from the staff is excellent, so I recommend giving it a try.
