The red pork shabu-shabu is delicious because it is safe to eat raw due to being sterile pork. The pork is tender, juicy, and perfect for lightly shabu-shabu. I have brought friends here several times, and everyone agrees that the food is excellent. The only downside is that the restaurant has limited seating, so it may be difficult to drop by without a reservation.

We had a group of 7 people and selected a course with all-you-can-drink option. The Caesar salad with Chinese cabbage was crunchy, and the seared bacon was thick and satisfying. The shabu-shabu was delicious, especially when eaten with the special salt and broth.

The small snack-like restaurant was only about two-thirds full on Friday. The seared chashu and sterile pork shabu-shabu were delicious, but I was unsure of what to order, so I ended up getting beer and octopus with wasabi. The pork fat was surprisingly sweet, even if it wasn't fully prepared.

My junior's senior runs a pork specialty restaurant! The shabu-shabu was delicious, and the pork bacon was also tasty. The other pork dishes were also quite delicious, and I felt that they really know their pork well. There are many pork shabu-shabu restaurants, but I think this one is quite a hidden gem. ^_^

A cozy shabu-shabu restaurant. I was brought here by an acquaintance! We ate at the counter, so it had a very homely feel. It didn't have the typical Azabu-Juban vibe, which was nice. The meat didn't have too much fat, so it was really good quality. It was tender and easy to eat, so I kept wanting more. The special ponzu sauce was also delicious.

My junior's senior runs a pork dish restaurant. Apparently, shabu-shabu is the main dish, but this time I only had a la carte dishes! Next time, I will try the shabu-shabu. ^_^

This restaurant was introduced to me by an acquaintance 7-8 years ago. It has always been a favorite of mine due to its convenient location and operating hours. I visited after a long time and ordered the following dishes:
- Umeboshi and myoga salad: A refreshing dish with a unique combination of flavors.
- Dashimaki tamago: A perfect balance between home-cooked and restaurant-style, with flavorful minced meat.
- Original pork shabu-shabu: The pork is best when cooked quickly and left slightly pink, retaining its sweetness. The two dipping sauces complement the juicy pork well.
- Chinese noodles as a finishing touch: The broth, enhanced by the shabu-shabu pork, adds depth to the noodles. It is recommended to try it with wasabi and myoga umeboshi for a refreshing twist.
Overall, the restaurant mainly offers hearty dishes, so a few more light options would be appreciated!

Located near Tsutaya in Roppongi Hills, this shabu-shabu restaurant has a cozy atmosphere with 8 counter seats and 2 table seats. The use of Akadori pork ensures fresh and high-quality meat. There are 4 types of shabu-shabu to choose from, so you won't get bored. The main menu focuses on meat, making it a great option for those who want to eat lots of vegetables. The whole chilled tomato, available in limited quantities, is a must-try. They offer both hearty and refreshing dishes, so you won't feel overwhelmed by just eating meat. The selection of shochu and plum wine is extensive, with some rare plum wines available. They also make mixed drinks with barley shochu, which is a treat for alcohol lovers. While prices may be a bit high, considering the quality, this restaurant is worth it.

This time, I went with the company's female team. It was a pleasure to be able to drink from early in the day... (laughs) Here, they serve sterile pork, so you can eat it raw! I ordered the "Summer Dashi Shabu" as recommended by owner Suzuki. They brought a dish filled with dashi that had been simmered for several days, along with some expensive and delicious salt. Then we cooked the pork in the dashi-filled pot for shabu-shabu, and ate it while it was still slightly pink! It's a luxurious experience to be able to eat it raw. The meat was a beautiful pink color, tender, and really delicious... dangerously delicious. I couldn't stop eating. The tsukune (chicken meatball) was also tender and delicious. In addition to the dashi and salt, we also requested a special soy sauce with wasabi, which was a luxurious treat! It made the pork taste even sweeter. It was truly a delicious pork shabu restaurant! They also have other tasty items on the menu and a wide selection of drinks. It's a bit on the pricey side, so I'll save up and go again! Thank you for the feast!

If you walk from Toriizaka down towards Hills, you will find a shop. This shop may seem a bit hard to enter if you don't know about it, but if someone asks me, "Where should I go for pork shabu-shabu in Azabu area?" I would recommend this place. The atmosphere of the shop is like a bar, so you might wonder if it's really a pork shabu-shabu place at first. You can tell at a glance that the meat is fresh, and the balance of the two types of dipping sauces is just right, so even if you eat two servings alone, you won't get tired of it. I always end up eating a lot of pork shabu-shabu when I go there, so I can't really order appetizers, but it's just that delicious. They also have a decent selection of drinks, including fruit-based ones that should be popular with women. The counter has seats for couples to enjoy the hot pot together, but since the shop is small, you can see the cooking area clearly. The shop has a slightly old-fashioned feel, so it might be a bit difficult for a first date. Also, since there are few seats (8 counter seats, 2 tables), it's best to call ahead before going, or you might end up walking all the way there only to find out there's no available seating. The toilet is on the right inside. It's a normal size. Despite the location and small shop size being a bit challenging, I think it's worth walking from Azabu-Juban or Hills to get there.

A perfect restaurant for when you crave pork shabu-shabu in the middle of the night. Pork shabu-shabu is healthier than yakiniku, and you can get plenty of vegetables with it. Both the golden broth and spicy broth are delicious. The variety of alcohol options is outstanding, especially with unique brands of plum wine like lemon plum wine and nightingale, making it hard to choose. Even standard drinks like lemon sour and gin tonic have a special touch that makes you say, "Hmm, this is truly something."

I have decided that this is the place for pork shabu-shabu. I have become friends with the owner and often visit late at night. The pork here is truly flavorful and delicious! I also enjoy the ramen that comes at the end of the shabu-shabu, but I often get too full to finish it. Recently, they have started serving spicy miso shabu-shabu and regular shabu-shabu, but since I'm not a fan of spicy food, I opted for the regular one. It is delicious. The meat is just the right thickness and the umami flavor comes through beautifully. Despite the owner's mischievous appearance, he is warm and I enjoy chatting with him over recommended sake. They also have a variety of snacks and other alcoholic beverages, making it a casual and enjoyable experience.

I had normal pork shabu-shabu. First of all, I was surprised by the bar-like atmosphere of the restaurant! It doesn't feel like a typical shabu-shabu place. The service from the staff was friendly and welcoming. Now, onto the pork shabu-shabu itself, it was inexpensive and delicious. They use good quality pork. The ramen for finishing was also tasty. Some people think that shabu-shabu or teppanyaki must be expensive to be good, but purely in terms of taste, this place is more than satisfactory. I highly recommend it to those who want to eat delicious pork shabu-shabu but find high prices a bit off-putting.

There is a counter with many bottles lined up, giving the impression of a bar, but it is actually a high-end pork shabu-shabu restaurant. Eating delicious pork shabu-shabu in a stylish space is the best! There are many pork menu options, all of them delicious, but the pork shabu-shabu is truly exceptional! This year, they offered "dashi shabu," which was so delicious that I wanted to drink up the soup. Even though I was already full, I ended up eating a hearty bowl of ramen as well. It's fun to try different cuts of pork, and being able to enjoy alcohol while eating is great. Every winter, I find myself wanting to go back to this place. Once you try the pork shabu-shabu here, you won't be able to enjoy it anywhere else.
