Ebisu MONNA LISA "Lunch Course Menu B" - Renowned master of Japanese-French cuisine, Mr. Toru Kono, serves as the owner and chef of the famous restaurant "Monna Lisa." Mr. Kono trained in top restaurants in France such as "Guy Savoy," "Jamin," and "Georges Blanc," as well as in Switzerland at "Girardet." He particularly learned from the charismatic figure of the French culinary world, Joel Robuchon. Upon returning to Japan in 1990, he worked as the chef at "Restaurant Hiramatsu" in Hiroo, then became the first Japanese chef at "Taillevent Robuchon" in Ebisu in 1993. In 1997, he opened his own restaurant, "Restaurant Monna Lisa," which has become a popular establishment that values "the smiles of customers," "the smiles of producers," and "the smile of Monna Lisa." Lunch Course Menu B offers a menu where you can enjoy two main dishes, one with fish and one with meat. The menu includes an amuse-bouche, appetizer of two-color platter of large clams, fish dish with sea bream and new wakame mousse, meat dish with Niigata Tsumari pork loin, seasonal fruit soup, dessert of the day, and coffee with assorted sweets. The recommended wines include Louis Nicasse Champagne, Chardonnay KARIA 2018, and Chateau Jean Faux 2015.
