Shinkawa, Mitaka City, Tokyo. A Korean cuisine and yakiniku restaurant in the town. It is located right next to the only Fire Department University in the country. Although it is quite far from anywhere, it is relatively easy to access from Keio Line's Sengawa Station & Tsutsujigaoka Station, and Chuo/Sobu Line's Kichijoji Station. The bibimbap was delicious♪︎ ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶ This area is on the border between Mitaka City and Chofu City. Along the Fire Department Street, there are a few restaurants, which are frequented by Fire Department University and Kyorin University Hospital staff as well as local residents. It's within walking distance from my home too (。-ω-)ノ Kamusan has been around for quite a while. It used to be a bit closer to Kichijoji Temple. It's a Korean family-run business. The atmosphere is not bad. Order at the counter and pay afterwards φ(..) For lunch, they offer bibimbap, yukgaejang, sundubu, comtan ramen, etc. For dinner, yakiniku is the main focus. ◆Today's Order◆ Stone bibimbap 850 yen with wakame soup. We received complimentary chijimi and pickled kimchi. The sizzling stone bibimbap arrived with a sizzle! Mix the kimchi, greens, namul, seaweed, raw egg well♪︎ It's delicious when it's piping hot(´ρ`) Kamusan is also well-known for its yakiniku, so I would like to visit at night next time♪︎( ੭•͈ω•͈)੭ #local #supportinglocal2022spring⑤ #nearFireDepartmentUniversity #nearKyorinUniversityHospital #bibimbap #KoreanCuisine #yakiniku #setmeal #horumon #familyrun #Sengawa #2ndflooravailable #highlikelihoodofreturning

This place is convenient to visit and the Korean food is reasonably priced. The cheese jeon has a nice crispy crust with cheese, but could use a little more cheese on top. The samgyetang, even though it's a half portion, has carrots and jujube that seem good for the body and warms you up. The hormone is well-seasoned and goes well with alcohol. The galbi is cheap but the taste is just okay. The harami is thin and lacks substance when cooked, which is disappointing. The premium tongue with salt is the best dish here. It might be better to use this place as more of an izakaya rather than just for barbecue.

I chose this restaurant because I happened to be in the area for something. The menu here is known for being cheap, although the taste may not be the best. Nowadays, it's rare to find items over ¥1000 at a yakiniku restaurant. Apart from the most expensive items, the quality of the meat is average and not particularly delicious, but considering the price, it's not bad. The chijimi is delicious with plenty of cheese, and the soup has just the right amount of spiciness. There isn't anything that I think is outstandingly delicious, but I might come back again due to its location.

I passed by this restaurant before and decided to stop by for dinner. The menu offers authentic Korean dishes such as Galbi, Harami, Tan, liver, loin, Korean ramen, Galbi soup, and salad. The meat portion was not very large, but the prices were reasonable. The Oyster Jeon was delicious, with oysters cooked just right and easy to eat. The Galbi soup had a good spicy flavor. The Korean ramen had a classic taste, with a balance of spiciness and sweetness in the broth. I will definitely come back when I crave Korean food.

There doesn't seem to be a nearest station, but there is a privately owned yakiniku restaurant near Kyourin University Hospital in Mitaka. It is located in a semi-residential area with a few other food shops like a Japanese sweets store and a Chinese restaurant. The place seems a bit off the beaten path, but once you step inside, you'll be greeted by a very friendly owner couple who are not Japanese. The cozy atmosphere of a typical house makes you feel at home. There are table seats and tatami rooms available, with even a second floor for seating. The walls are adorned with posters of Korean stars. During lunchtime, the place was bustling with a few customers. Each table has a yakiniku grill ready with oil already applied. I ordered the Korean ramen set which came with namul, salad, and rice for a reasonable price. The namul had a strong sesame oil flavor, and the ramen, despite being labeled as "extra spicy," was not too hot for those with a high tolerance for spiciness. The raw egg on top mellowed out the soup, making it less spicy. The flavor was a bit lacking in the soup itself, but the egg added depth to the taste. The noodles had a firm texture similar to instant noodles. While the soup may have been underwhelming, topping the rice with the ramen toppings like green onions and egg made for a delicious combination. Finishing off with a porridge would make for a satisfying meal.

[Access] A little away from Tsutsujigaoka Station on the Keio Line. There is a Korean BBQ restaurant near the Fire Department University and Anshin University Hospital. [Store Information] The restaurant has a small and clean interior. Korean idol posters are pasted all over the walls. The staff are all Korean and very friendly and attentive. The seating inside includes table seats and tatami mats. The BBQ is done using gas grills. The menu is extensive. This time, I ordered the following items: [A la carte] - Negi Chijimi: A large and thick chijimi with a chewy texture, served with original sauce. - Top Beef Tongue: Thick slices of beef tongue served with lemon. - Hormone: Tender hormone meat. - Kalbi: Tender and thick cuts of meat. - Sirloin: Soft texture with just the right amount of fat. - Mino: Very tender and high-quality meat. - Liver: Each piece of liver is cut large and has a soft texture. [In conclusion] I made a reservation for the all-you-can-eat BBQ. The quality of the meat is excellent and delicious. The original sauce pairs perfectly with the meat. The prices are reasonable, and I definitely want to come back for this delicious taste. Thank you for the meal.

I stopped by after leaving the Kyorin University Hospital. It was a bit inconvenient because there was no parking lot. The interior of the restaurant has table seating and tatami seating. Posters of Korean idols are plastered all over the place. I wonder if it's run by a husband and wife? The wife came to take our order and the service was very good. It was a bit disappointing that the only appetizer was namul, but it was so delicious that I wanted to have seconds. There were about 10 lunch options. I ordered the yukgaejang and kimchi tofu hot pot lunch sets, and both were not too spicy and had a nice sesame oil flavor, very delicious. You can choose between udon and rice for the yukgaejang. I would love to come back at night next time and try the yakiniku.

This time, I will upload a photo of the exterior. I really want you to try this delicious Korean cuisine! I haven't eaten many Korean dishes, but I will try ordering this next time. "Kejan" is really delicious with the spicy flavor mixed with the crab and vegetables. It was especially good when eaten with the pancake. So, I eat it carefully, making sure to clean the plate! "Intestine salad" has a good balance of sesame oil and salt! The spiciness of the onions is amazing! It becomes addictive. Many people say, "I have to order this every time!" so it's hard to try new dishes. The lunch menu is also rich and the prices vary. The Samgyetang was delicious!

The local yakiniku restaurant was full, so I looked it up in the town page and decided to go there by bicycle! There was no bicycle parking, so I was a little worried about parking it on the sidewalk, but... The menu had a good variety of both yakiniku and Korean dishes! Although I went to eat yakiniku, I ended up ordering more Korean dishes... I had yakiniku (kalbi, medium kalbi, top tongue salt), negi jijimi... quite greasy! Later I had stomachache... Kalbi kukpa... just the right spiciness, delicious Yukkejang soup... despite its bright red color, it wasn't too spicy and was delicious Tofu salad... not much tofu, but the onion-based sauce on top was delicious! Kimchi, beer, rice... total of just under 7,000 yen. I was happy to be able to enjoy my favorite Korean food without going all the way to Okubo♪ And I can also enjoy yakiniku, so I would like to go again. It was Saturday, but between 5 pm and 6:30 pm, there were no other customers. The tatami seats are quite close to each other, so I recommend enjoying a leisurely meal during off-peak hours☆
