The chicken shirotan ramen at Tenka is delicious. The fried rice after eating ramen is a bit heavy, but the pickled ginger does a great job and makes it easy to eat. Thank you for the meal. The counter was narrow, and the distance between the people sitting next to each other was close, which made me feel a little uncomfortable as I tend to be self-conscious. So, I chose to sit at a table and share it with someone else. It seems like a popular restaurant with a constant flow of customers. Unlike the usual energetic greetings at Tenkaippin, the service was a bit reserved and disappointing. It seems that the consistency of customer service can be challenging with multiple branches. I ordered the "Kotteri Nami" as I had plans for lunch at another restaurant an hour later. I always plan to try the "Yatai no Aji" next time, but I always end up ordering the same thing. I guess I'm addicted. When I tasted the soup at the bottom of the bowl, I was instantly disappointed. The flavor was good, but the soup was not hot enough (I prefer hot soup on hot days), and the noodles were clumped together. Since the noodles were not separated properly, they didn't mix well with the soup. It was difficult to scoop up a bite without the noodles sticking together too much, and I ended up having to cut them with my mouth, which is my least favorite way to eat noodles. It's a shame because the flavor of the soup itself was delicious.

I saw a commercial or something on YouTube for Kotteri MAX and felt like eating it, so I stopped by. It seems like this place is not a pre-opening store, so I can't eat it until next week. I had the Kotteri (not MAX) in a large portion, and for this price, I could have had a wild hamburger instead. The price of ramen has also gone up, hasn't it?

I went to a casual izakaya with my colleague, then decided to finish off with a meal at Tenkaippin since I hadn't eaten much. We ended up ordering ramen and beer, and I made sure not to overstay and bother anyone. My colleague ordered a light soup, but I realized I still prefer the rich and creamy broth. While there are similar tasting places popping up, Tenkaippin truly has a unique and unmatched flavor. I look forward to visiting again when I least expect it.

To finish off the drinking session, I ordered the First Ten-Ichikotte richly. It was so good, I could get addicted to this taste. If you like it, you'll understand. The refreshing green onions did a great job. It's delicious because it's a strong flavor after drinking. Even though it's the same chain in Kyoto, the taste is completely different. After visiting a client for work, I found a Tenkaippin ramen shop with a colleague. It had been a while since I had been to Tenkaippin and I was excited. I ordered the extra rich ramen with a side of pork bowl. The soup was thick and flavorful, and surprisingly refreshing without being heavy. I think it must be because it's packed with vegetables. It was very delicious.

The other day, I saw a poster for a junky menu where you pour thick soup over Tianjin rice, so I decided to try it out. Apparently, it became a menu item after someone posted on social media about pouring thick soup over Tianjin rice and it went viral. I arrived on a Wednesday at 11:45 AM and ordered the Tianjin rice set with extra rice and the ramen with a rich soup base (like street food). The total came to 1310 yen. The Tianjin rice had a nice texture with bamboo shoots in the egg part, and the rich soup added extra flavor, making it feel like a luxurious version of egg soup with a thick broth. The ramen, on the other hand, felt a bit lacking in punch after the rich Tianjin rice, but it was still delicious. I overate with the extra rice, so if I were to order again, I would go for both dishes with a rich soup base. Overall, I would like them to make Tianjin fried rice a regular menu item! My ratings for this ramen shop are as follows: Noodles 90 points, Soup 90 points, Ingredients 80 points, Balance of noodles and soup 90 points, Value for money 80 points, Interior 80 points, Service 85 points, Overall 85 points.

I love Tenichi, their rich and hearty dish is like the soul food of Japan. There are days when I find myself thinking about Tenichi during the day at least 5 times a month. And on one of those 5 occasions, I can't get it out of my head and end up dashing to Tenichi after work in the evening. It's a frenzy of joy. The rich Tenchinhan, a lighthouse of democracy that seems to be unique. It's basically ramen broth poured without any processing, but it was delicious. When it becomes a part of the grand menu, please consider adding a thick sauce to the Tenchinhan to provide a unique and rich taste!
