[Restaurant Review] 【Nearest Station】Ginza Station, 2 minutes on foot 【Visit Time】Friday, around 8:00 PM 【Purpose】Dinner 【Regular Holiday】None 【Reservation】Available 【Number of People】2 【Budget】¥10,000 - ¥20,000 【Order】Sublime course ¥10,000 【Recommended for People】Looking for a high-end dining experience such as teppanyaki or French cuisine around Ginza Station 【Overview】A French restaurant called "Ginza Teppanyaki Sublime" has opened in Ginza, collaborating with the Michelin Guide-listed restaurant "Sublime" in Azabu-Juban for three consecutive years. Located in a prime location near Ginza Station, the restaurant has a luxurious and atmospheric interior typical of Ginza. If you sit at the counter, you can enjoy the excitement of watching your food being cooked right in front of you! The highlight is that you can enjoy high-end teppanyaki relatively reasonably priced. It is a place that can be used for entertaining, business dinners, or dates! [Review] ☆Sublime course ¥10,000 We tried the most basic course this time, and the quality was so high that we couldn't believe it was only ¥10,000! Although I would like to comment on everything in the course, I will focus on a few. First place goes to the "Black Wagyu lean meat with seasonal vegetables"! Needless to say, the main dish was the winner! We ordered it cooked to medium rare, and the vegetables such as steak shiitake mushrooms, cabbage sprouts, and beets were also very delicious. The meat was seasoned mainly with pink rock salt (Pakistan) and Maldon sea salt (UK), allowing us to fully enjoy the umami of the meat. The runner-up was the "Garlic Rice"! When it comes to teppanyaki, garlic rice is a must. The rice was moist and flavorful, using freshly cooked rice. It had a simple yet perfect taste! The "Seasonal Fish Teppanyaki" was also delicious, and this time the seasonal fish was "Sawara", with a thick and irresistible texture! The combination of a rich bisque sauce made from crustaceans and white wine sauce was excellent. [Course Contents] Appetizer: Shizuoka mushrooms with fresh caviar and tomato espuma Appetizer: Snow crab with mascarpone and raspberry Fish Teppanyaki: Teppanyaki of seasonal fish Main: Black Wagyu lean meat with seasonal vegetables Salad: Colorful salad Hours douvre: Garlic rice, pickles, red miso soup Dessert: Today's dessert Thank you for the meal!

Located in the prime location of Ginza, Sublime is a teppanyaki restaurant. The interior offers private rooms and a counter seating area where you can watch the teppanyaki in action. We had the chef's special course for the day. - Brown mushroom consomme soup: A gentle soup with the aroma of brown mushrooms and consomme that tickles the nose, enhancing the appetite. - Burdock mousse wrapped in Japanese beef with sea urchin, caviar, and matsutake mushrooms: The matsutake mushrooms with consomme flavor paired perfectly with the tender beef, caviar, and sea urchin. A luxurious flavor that gets better with every bite. - Seasonal fish and vegetables carpaccio: Salmon, salmon roe, and yellowtail carpaccio with white miso mousse on top. Enjoyed by gently breaking the foam-like white miso. A great combination with dill. - Live Ise lobster: Fresh Ise lobster still moving on the plate. Served with delicious américaine sauce, the large cut lobster dances in your mouth. - Wagyu mini hamburger steak: Topped generously with Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese. The bite-sized mini hamburger steak is light and perfect in size, complemented by the mashed potatoes underneath. - A5 Black Wagyu sirloin and filet: Enjoy different flavors with salt, Matsumae soy sauce, wasabi, and garlic soy sauce. The sirloin is rich in fat, pairing well with wasabi. The filet is juicy and flavorful, especially with garlic soy sauce. - Garlic rice: Surprisingly white garlic rice made with Kumamoto's clear white soy sauce. Light for garlic rice, with added red scallops for depth of flavor. - Dessert: Mont Blanc with kataifi. The texture of kataifi and the richness of Mont Blanc make for a delicious treat. A teppanyaki experience in Ginza that can be enjoyed for various occasions like business dinners or dates.

I wanted to have a delicious meal in Ginza after a long time, so I decided to come here. It's great that it's only about a 5-minute walk from Ginza station. I had made a reservation, so I was smoothly guided to my seat. This time, I sat at the counter, but there are private rooms available for various purposes! The course I had this time was as follows: - Amuse-bouche: Shizuoka mushroom, wagyu beef, matsutake mushroom, sea urchin, fresh caviar - Appetizer: Seasonal fish, vinegar citrus, colorful seasonal vegetables - Specialty: A5 wagyu beef hamburger, Danish - Fresh fish: Seasonal fish teppanyaki - Main: A5 wagyu beef sirloin or lean meat teppanyaki - Vegetables: Seasonal vegetable teppanyaki - Meal: White rice, pickles, red miso soup - Dessert: Today's dessert - Coffee or tea First, I was shown the ingredients I would be eating, which got me excited. The aroma of the consommé soup made with Shizuoka mushrooms was enticing. The appetizer was a carpaccio made with yellowtail that was delicious and refreshing. The freshly prepared spiny lobster was incredibly fresh and paired perfectly with the homemade sauces. The mini hamburger steak made with 100% wagyu beef and Parmesan cheese was flavorful and rich. The main dish of A5 wagyu beef was cooked to perfection, and the seasonal vegetables were a delightful accompaniment. I opted for the special garlic rice, which was a delicious addition to the meal. The dessert of vanilla ice cream with a Mont Blanc-style topping was a sweet and satisfying end to the meal. Overall, it was a delightful and delicious dining experience at this Michelin collaboration restaurant in Ginza.

The phone reservation was very helpful, with discussions about the time, menu, and other details. On Respect for the Aged Day, my family enjoyed a course meal in a private room (no charge). The timing of the food service and the floor service were excellent. Each dish, from the appetizer to the dessert, showcased the umami of seasonal ingredients with delicate seasoning. We savored A5 rank black wagyu fillet, fresh live Ise lobster, and abalone. The garlic rice and the champagne for the toast were also delicious. I forgot to take photos, but the champagne glasses were lovely. I definitely want to revisit for an anniversary dinner.

I met up with a friend whom I rarely see due to our busy schedules for a long-awaited lunch. We were excited to try out a highly recommended teppanyaki restaurant! The restaurant is conveniently located near Ginza Station, and I came from Hibiya Station, which was also within walking distance. As I stepped out of the elevator, I was greeted by a luxurious ambiance and a delightful aroma. We took our seats at the counter, where we were introduced to the ingredients for today's course menu. In addition to sparkling wine, there was also champagne available, so we decided to go for that. To our surprise, the bottle had a VUITTON label on it! The course included a dish made with brown mushrooms, Japanese black beef, matsutake mushrooms, sea urchin, and fresh caviar, a salmon and salmon roe appetizer served with foamy sauce, grilled saury with mushroom sauce, mini hamburgers made with A5 Japanese black beef and topped with shaved cheese, A5 Japanese black beef sirloin with lean meat and seasonal vegetables, special garlic rice, pickles, red miso soup, and a side salad. Every dish was not only visually appealing but also incredibly delicious, keeping our excitement high throughout the meal. The meat and fish were perfectly prepared, leaving no wasteful parts, and the portion sizes were just right for a satisfying dining experience. The seasonal touch in many of the dishes made us curious about how the menu might change with different seasons. We also enjoyed white and red wines that paired well with the menu, particularly the Opus One red wine, which added a luxurious touch to our experience. The staff were all very friendly, and the cozy atmosphere made our visit even more enjoyable. With the great value and delicious teppanyaki offered during lunch hours, I definitely plan on returning for another special occasion in the future!

I had a course meal. It was overflowing with appetizers, sashimi, fish, and meat. The pace was pleasant and each dish was just the right amount, so I was satisfied but not overly full. I didn't even need dinner afterwards. I tried different types of wagyu beef cooked medium rare, with salt, garlic, and wasabi soy sauce. It was so delicious that I didn't realize I had finished it all. The garlic rice smelled so good that I had to order it immediately. It had meat and whitebait in it, making it so tasty that I would come back just for that. I also enjoyed plenty of delicious drinks and felt happy. Lately, it's been difficult to eat out at night, so I was happy to enjoy a delicious meal and drinks during the day. Thank you for the wonderful meal! It was a very cozy and enjoyable time.

The luxurious appetizer features Wagyu beef wrapped around a paste of matsutake mushroom, sea urchin, and caviar. -Appetizer- Seasonal Fish, Vinegared Citrus, Colorful Seasonal Vegetables The kalamansi sauce is delicious. The Danish mini hamburg is served to ensure you can savor the sauce until the end. -Fresh Fish- Grilled Live Abalone It's time for teppanyaki. I went with 4 friends to celebrate a birthday, and it cost around 5000 yen per person. The price seemed reasonable for what we got. The food was not amazing, but it was decently tasty. It felt more like a regular meat restaurant than a teppanyaki place!

I made a reservation for a lunch course from a site other than Tabelog. A friendly male waiter guided me to a private room. It was a teppanyaki restaurant, so it was nice to watch the cooking process at the counter. The private room was separated by a door, perfect for conversation, but the window side faced a road and a building, so the blackout curtains were closed. I enjoyed a welcome drink of champagne, and the atmosphere was very nice. Every dish was well seasoned and looked lovely. Even the dish with caviar was not too salty and delicious. The waiter politely asked how much garlic rice I would like, offering a generous or small portion. The dessert that day was tangy, so I wished I had asked what drink would come with it. The waiter was considerate when clearing the plates, asking how the taste was. The pleasant atmosphere made me want to visit again even during busy times with such service.

I visited this restaurant for my mother's birthday. We chose the course menu priced at 12,000 yen and upgraded to the beef fillet for an additional 3,300 yen. The most surprising dish was the carpaccio with carbonated gas foam as the sauce. The acidity and sweetness of the sauce, combined with the popping sensation, enhanced the flavor of the fish, creating a new and unique carpaccio experience. The meat was delicious, and it reminded me of how food can make your cheeks drop. The garlic rice for the finale could use a bit more garlic for my taste. My mother was also very satisfied and said she would love to come back again. It was the best birthday celebration.

Located just a 2-minute walk from Ginza Station, I visited "Ginza Teppanyaki Sublime," a teppanyaki specialty restaurant that has been awarded one Michelin star for three consecutive years. I made a reservation for 6:30 pm on a weekday and the restaurant was fully booked. [Today's Menu] Teppanyaki Sublime Saison Ete [Luxury Course] 8 dishes starting from 18,000 yen - Amuse-bouche - Shizuoka Mushroom Consommé Soup Fresh Caviar Black Wagyu Beef - Appetizer - Akaza Prawn Hiramasu (flathead fish) Truffle Ginger Foam Sauce - Special Dish - A5 Black Wagyu Mini Hamburger Danish Mash Potato - Fresh Fish - Grilled Live Ise Ebi (spiny lobster) - Main Dish - A5 Black Wagyu Fillet & A5 Black Wagyu Sirloin Steak - Vegetables - Seasonal Vegetables - Meal - Garlic Rice, Pickles, Red Miso Soup - Dessert and Coffee - Today's Dessert Coffee (or Tea) We enjoyed the meal with a glass of Silenus Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve from Napa Valley, similar to Opus One. The Wagyu beef, seafood, and vegetables were all deliciously prepared on the teppan grill, and the overall dining experience was delightful.

Located in Tokyo's Azabu-Juban district, this restaurant collaborates with Sublime, a Michelin-starred establishment for three consecutive years. The concept is a fusion of innovative cuisine and teppanyaki, offering dishes that stimulate the senses and pair perfectly with a selection of fine wines and whiskies. We tried the Standard Course (12,000 yen), which featured delicious teppanyaki dishes with a French twist and top-notch drinks. The quality of the meat and fish was exceptional, with the mushrooms being a standout. The service was impeccable, making it a great choice for special occasions or business dinners, especially with private rooms available. It was delicious. I had heard it was a fusion of teppanyaki and French cuisine, but it was a solid teppanyaki experience. It was lighter than the teppanyaki restaurants I usually go to, which was just right for lunch. The mushroom soup was clear and light yet rich in flavor. The lean meat was cooked rare and tender. The garlic rice was finished right in front of us, and even though I thought there was not enough garlic at first, the seasoning was actually well-balanced. I'm not a fan of fatty meat, so I was happy to see they offered lean meat options. Many places promote sirloin, so I would love to visit again when I crave meat. The entrance of the building is a bit hard to find, being in a mixed-use building, which is a shame. The elevator also feels a bit off in a mixed-use building, which might make first dates a little uneasy. The interior of the restaurant is elegant and classy. They have a few private rooms, but I recommend sitting at the counter. Watching your meat being grilled right in front of you is the best.

A teppanyaki restaurant that has won the Michelin award for 3 consecutive years is located in Ginza! The "Standard Course (8 dishes)" costs ¥12,000 and includes dishes like Shizuoka mushroom soup, fresh caviar, black wagyu beef, red shrimp, truffle, A5 black wagyu beef mini hamburger, live Ise lobster teppanyaki, A5 black wagyu sirloin/fillet with seasonal vegetables, garlic rice, and dessert. The restaurant is close to Ginza station and has a nice atmosphere. The counter with the teppan is spacious, making it popular for dates. They showcase live Ise lobster and perform fire shows while cooking the meat, creating an exciting experience. All the dishes were delicious, and the garlic rice was a unique white type!

Ginza Station B3 exit, just a 1-minute walk away! I visited "Sublime", a teppanyaki restaurant in Ginza. With its main branch in Azabu Juban and three consecutive Michelin stars, "Sublime" has become a popular restaurant known for its innovative combinations of French cuisine, sushi, and teppanyaki. The Ginza branch, opened in June 2021, offers a luxurious and lively teppanyaki experience with a counter and private rooms, totaling 24 seats. We opted for the "Standard course" priced at ¥12,000. Here is what we had and our thoughts on the dishes: ★Amuse-Bouche - Shizuoka Mushroom (Bouillon) - Fresh Caviar, Wagyu Beef Tartare ★Appetizer - Akaza Shrimp, Truffle (Dashi soy sauce and ginger foam) ★Specialty - A5 Wagyu Hamburg, Danish (Parmigiano) ★Fresh Fish - Seasonal Fish Teppanyaki (Spiny Lobster) ★Main - A5 Wagyu Sirloin and Fillet Teppanyaki ★Vegetables - Seasonal Vegetable Teppanyaki ★Rice Dish - Garlic Rice, Pickles, Red Miso Soup, Wagyu Hashed Beef (+¥770) ★Dessert - Aogashima Salt Vanilla Ice Cream, Espuma, Mandarin Orange ★Coffee - Coffee or Tea The dishes had a French touch with items like mushroom bouillon and ginger foam shrimp. Each dish showcased high quality typical of a Michelin-starred establishment. The teppanyaki main course featured delicious spiny lobster and Wagyu beef, expertly cooked to perfection. The variety of condiments and salts provided enhanced the flavors of the meal. The hospitality was outstanding, and I would love to visit again. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

This is an innovative French restaurant supervised by Sublim, which has won Michelin stars for three consecutive years from 2018 to 2020. It has a hidden gem-like atmosphere in Ginza that tickles the heart. Hello (^o^)/ The summer of 2023 continues with scorching heat. I decided to indulge in a luxury meal in the city on a weekday night. I had been curious about this restaurant where you can make a reservation for one person through Tabelog and visited with my gourmet friends. [Teppanyaki Sublim Saison Ete Standard Course 8 items] (12,000 yen plus service charge) - Amuse-bouche - Shizuoka Brown Mushroom Consomme Soup with Fresh Caviar on Wagyu Beef - Appetizer - Akaza Prawn, Truffle, and Shio Dashi Foam - Specialty - A5 Wagyu Beef Hamburg with Danish - Fresh Fish - Teppanyaki of seasonal fish such as flaky and thick sablefish - Main - A5 Wagyu Beef Sirloin or Lean Meat Teppanyaki (half and half) - Vegetables - Teppanyaki of seasonal vegetables including asparagus and shiitake mushrooms - Meal - Garlic Rice, Pickles, Red Miso Soup - Dessert - A refreshing dessert - Cafe - Coffee served in a unique cup and saucer - Drinks - White wine and red wine were enjoyed - Overall, it was a delightful experience with delicious food, great ambiance, and friendly staff. The restaurant is recommended for solo female diners and has private rooms available. It is advisable to make reservations in advance, especially on weekends when it gets crowded with international guests. The location in Ginza offers good value for money for tasty teppanyaki. Thank you for the wonderful meal. Bon appétit! (Review rating: 3.41 stars)

The lunch course included teppanyaki ingredients such as Shizuoka mushrooms, fresh caviar, black wagyu beef, truffles, hiramasa fish, and akaza shrimp in a broth-based soy sauce. The main course was black wagyu beef and seasonal vegetables cooked on the teppan. The staff asked how I wanted my beef cooked, and I requested it medium rare, which turned out perfectly. I enjoyed the beef with rock salt and wasabi. For dessert, I had a citrusy dessert with warm tangerines and mandarins paired with King Mandarin espuma and vanilla ice cream. It was a delightful and surprising dessert experience. Overall, it was a fantastic meal.

I received a course meal. The most impressive dish was the mackerel. The mini hamburger was also delicious. The garlic rice used a transparent soy sauce, which was beautiful. While many places use garlic chips, here they only used finely chopped garlic, which I initially thought might be lacking, but it was actually elegant and tasty. The meal ended in just over an hour, so I felt a bit rushed considering the price.

On this day, I made a same-day reservation because I really wanted to eat teppanyaki, and visited the restaurant. This place has received a Michelin star for three consecutive years, and unfortunately the counter was full so we dined in a private room.
