I visited this restaurant to celebrate a friend working in Ginza! ⭐️Ordered Menu⭐️ Premium course 23,000 yen ~ -Amuse- Shizuoka Mushroom, Wagyu Beef, Matsutake Mushroom, Sea Urchin, Fresh Caviar The brown mushroom soup has a wonderful aroma. The luxurious appetizer features Wagyu beef wrapped around a paste of matsutake mushroom, sea urchin, and caviar. -Appetizer- Seasonal Fish, Vinegared Citrus, Colorful Seasonal Vegetables The kalamansi sauce is delicious. Kalamansi is a citrus fruit with a gentle acidity, different from lemon or lime. It's a common ingredient in Southeast Asian countries like Malaysia and the Philippines. -Specialty- A5 Wagyu Beef Hamburg, Danish Mini Hamburg The meat is delicious, and the sauce is flavorful. The Danish mini hamburg is served to ensure you can savor the sauce until the end. -Fresh Fish- Grilled Live Abalone It's time for teppanyaki. Abalone and spiny lobster are grilled on the teppan, with two rich sauces for the abalone. -Fresh Fish- Grilled Live Spiny Lobster The lobster is quite lively! In the photos, the staff is holding it down. It seems to jump quite far sometimes, a sign of using fresh ingredients! -Main- Grilled A5 Wagyu Beef Fillet Flambéed right in front of you! They taught me that slow motion on an iPhone captures the flames beautifully! It's quite a generous portion! Two types of salt, garlic soy sauce, and wasabi are provided. -Vegetables- Seasonal Vegetable Teppanyaki The accompanying vegetables are flavorful and delicious. -Meal- Steamed Rice, Pickles, Red Miso Soup You can change to special garlic rice for an additional 1,100 yen (tax included). I chose the garlic rice! The good smell of garlic spreads as they prepare it! Even though I was full, I couldn't resist eating it! -Dessert- Today's Dessert Mont Blanc-style Ice Cream Delicious! -Caffe- Coffee or Tea I chose iced coffee! Refreshing. It was a truly luxurious meal! Teppanyaki is best enjoyed at the counter seats! But they also have private rooms! Thank you for the feast, even in a private room with a large group!
