There have been some price revisions, but the deliciousness remains stable. The lunch menu is varied and many items are priced below 1000 yen, so it can get crowded during the day. However, the service is quick so you don't have to wait too long (laughs). Actually, the mapo tofu and dumplings are highly recommended, so if you go, be sure to order them!

On Friday night at 9 o'clock, we were looking for a second venue and managed to squeeze in here after everywhere else was full. The restaurant was almost full, packed with a company drinking party, and very lively. The staff were a bit rough around the edges, the food was on the rich side, but all of this is what makes this place charming. If you're ever stuck for a restaurant in Shibuya, I'll definitely come back here.

Shibuya is a bit confusing, especially when you enter the narrow alleys, but I managed to find my way. I really wanted to eat Chinese food today. I had a delicious tantanmen with plenty of leeks and chunks of meat, fried rice, pickled vegetables, and almond jelly set. I was so hungry that I finished it all in no time, and I was surprised at how easily the Chinese food went down. The daily lunch specials have a wide variety of options, so I don't think I'll get tired of coming here every day. The restaurant is quite spacious, so it's a comfortable place to sit and eat. [Menu] Tantanmen and fried rice set: 920 yen.

I came to Shibuya, Tokyo. The station has changed!! On this day, I had a reunion with my friends who live in Tokyo. The place they chose was in the direction of Dogenzaka, at "Ryusei Saikan". We had a lively party, so I'll check later what we ate through the photos. First, we toasted with "Stir-Fried Bell Peppers and Beef (Ching Jao Lo Roast)", "Eight Treasure Vegetables", and "Sweet and Sour Pork". We had "Premium Malt" beer, and just having all-you-can-drink made us happy. The seasoning was like a typical Chinese restaurant, pleasing to the general public. Next, the "Pan-Fried Dumplings" and "Shumai" arrived. The dumplings were very meaty, with a chewy skin and delicious taste. The shumai was also large, packed with the deliciousness of pork. Then we had "Shrimp Chili", "Fried Chicken", "Garlic Chives and Liver", "Garlic Sprouts and Pork Stir-Fry", and each ordered what they wanted to eat, enjoying sharing them. After 150 minutes, we were asked for the "last order", so we decided to finish with "Five-Ingredient Fried Noodles" and "Special Fried Noodles". The "Five-Ingredient Fried Noodles" had crispy noodles with plenty of toppings. The "Special Fried Noodles" had a double sauce of Worcestershire and oyster, a Chinese-style fried noodle that was perfect for the finish. We also enjoyed highballs and rock shochu all-you-can-drink, and had a great time. Eating and drinking all-you-can at 4,500 yen in Shibuya. Thank you, T-kun, for inviting us to such a great restaurant!!

A normal Chinese-style restaurant near Shinsei Station. I had a gut feeling that it was a "Showa era" kind of place, so I decided to go in. The result was a home run like Shohei Ohtani. Ramen for 450 yen, set meals for 850 yen. They offer all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink at night, which might be a bit tough for older folks, but I highly recommend it for young people. Surprisingly, despite being located in a love hotel district, many young people come in groups. The all-you-can-eat here is a must-try. The ramen is delicious with a proper broth at this price. The set meals are also really good. Unlike the serious Chinese restaurants in the Reiwa era, this Showa era Chinese-style restaurant doesn't use garlic, so it's more like a casual Chinese place. Really delicious and affordable!

I wanted to eat the daily special on Wednesday, so I visited the restaurant after a long time. I had the Negi-tama Chashu for ¥820. The price of eggs keeps increasing, making it tough due to demand. The main dish was smaller this time, but they included a mini tantanmen soup instead! I was happy with this change. It was delicious with a spicy kick. They have increased the price by ¥100 since my last visit. It's a shame, as it's not as easy to go there anymore.

I visited for the all-you-can-eat lunch on Saturday, which was only 2600 yen despite the wide variety of menu options, and it was delicious. Even though it was crowded during lunchtime, the all-you-can-eat menu was served within 5 minutes of ordering, which was surprisingly fast!

I visited this Chinese restaurant "Ryusho Saikan Shibuya Store" located near Kamiyama Station due to a stopover in Shibuya. I visited on a weekday Thursday afternoon around 1 pm and was able to enter smoothly without much waiting. The menu offers daily lunch sets that change depending on the day, with about 3 options available each day. This time, I ordered the Thursday limited white fish with soy sauce sweet and sour sauce set. The white fish with soy sauce sweet and sour sauce was like a white fish version of sweet and sour pork and tasted quite delicious! Overall, while the dish lacked a bit of impact, I found it to be a good value for lunch in Shibuya. I was intrigued by the variety of daily lunch sets offered, and I look forward to trying other dishes on different days! Thank you for the meal! I will definitely visit again if I have the chance!

There are warm wet towels at the entrance register counter. They provide water upon request. They have all-day service starting at 11 am which is convenient for late lunch. There is one female staff member on the floor, and if needed, you can use the call button even if the kitchen staff is in the back. The TV on the floor is playing with the sound off, acting as background music. I tried the cheapest menu item that caught my attention last time. It was worth it considering I got change back from a one-coin payment. I was happy to see plenty of my favorite greens in the dish. The soup was on the sweeter side.

Even on days off, they open promptly at 11:00 am. It's amusing to see the staff eating their meal while working. The visibility is good (I wonder if there is a second floor?), and each table has a call button. The cloth napkins are self-service (they bring you cold water and there is a water jug on the table). There is a tissue box under each table. The daily lunch special is 820 yen (other set meals range from 700 yen) and comes with extra rice and free refills. It also includes spicy pickles, cold tofu, almond jelly, and hot soup. The main dish portion is amazing. The cheapest option is the ramen for 450 yen! Plus, noodle dishes come with free extra noodles, so ordering this might be the smartest choice. Next time, I'll come alone and order this. It's not allowed to drink inside the restaurant, but they have a barista for making takeaway cup coffee, and the Chinese lady generously poured me a cup. In the evening, they offer an unlimited eating and drinking course for 4,500 yen. There was a poster for the eating and drinking course, and right next to it, a poster for coronavirus antigen test kits. 😂

This is a local Chinese restaurant located in Urahara Shibuya, also known as "Urahara." They offer dishes such as "Gomoku Ramen" (750 yen), "Gomoku Yakisoba" (800 yen) made with soft noodles, "Gomoku Agodashi Yakisoba" (780 yen) made with fried noodles, and a set of "Sanma Ramen and Half-Chahan" (700 yen). It seems to be a popular spot among people with roots in the continent. I didn't try all of these dishes at once, but it's a great place to stop by and have a casual meal. Thank you for the meal!

I visited during the day. Sometimes I feel like having Chinese food. It's a restaurant run by Chinese people, so the portions are generous. I ordered the green pepper beef set meal. The main dish tastes good. The soup could use a bit more flavor, but it's enjoyable with all the toppings. I feel like going back at night as well. Thank you for the meal.

When in trouble, instead of relying on the gods, I rely on good food – that's why I went to "Ryusei Saikan Shibuya" this time. On a day when I was feeling down in February, I enjoyed their Sanma Ramen, but this time I felt like going all out. With so many options like a hearty fried rice, an ankake rice dish, various ramen, or yakisoba, I was torn. In the end, I decided on the Wednesday special set, "Wonton Noodles and Gomoku Fried Rice" (920 yen). The wonton noodles with mushrooms and greens were delicious, and even though there were only 5 wontons, my stomach was soon full. Surrounded by around 10 young female students from a nearby vocational school, and a few solitary men like myself at separate tables, we all ate in silence. After hearing about the experiences of these female students at a spa they had visited, we all finished our meals quietly and left the restaurant. It was a satisfying meal.

Today is February 2nd. It was a stressful day, and things exploded in the afternoon. Oh no, not good. Trying to change my mood, I decided to have my first meal of the day around 3 PM. As I wandered the streets, I stumbled upon a surprising sight in front of this restaurant - they were starting a bean-scattering event for Setsubun! Two staff members came out, one woman throwing beans while the man fought back. It was Setsubun after all. I realized that this restaurant was right in front of where the bean-scattering was happening. "Ryusei Saikan" has locations in Kanda Ogawamachi, Suitengu Shrine, Yoyogi, and even Kawasaki, I think. I remember having a hearty yakisoba here before, but this time I tried the "Sanma Men" (700 yen) and it was delicious. It's a stir-fried noodle dish with pork, vegetables, and a starchy sauce. The noodles were thin and I finished it in no time. The restaurant mainly had male customers and there was a lot of Chinese being spoken, but with such a diverse menu, it seems like a place where regulars won't get bored. Thank you for the meal.

I went to Ryusei Saikan, a Chinese restaurant in Shibuya Enzancho, for lunch! They offer a variety of lunch options including daily specials, noodles, and ramen sets. Today, I ordered the stir-fried eggs with leeks and pork. The dish arrived within a few minutes of ordering. The main dish, salad, soup, rice, and pickled vegetables make for a generous portion! The stir-fried eggs contain bean sprouts, carrots, leeks, and pork. It tastes delicious with vinegar and spicy chili oil drizzled on top! The restaurant allows smoking in all seats, so it might be tough for those who dislike cigarette smoke. During lunchtime, the restaurant is usually crowded, but there is also seating on the second floor so you may be able to be seated without waiting.

Set meals are available for under 800 yen and can be enjoyed even in the evening. There are plenty of menu options, all of which are generous in portion size. Today, I ordered the beef belly stir-fry with five ingredients over rice and it met my expectations in terms of taste. I think everything on the menu is delicious. While it's not always crowded, there are usually many customers. I recommend this restaurant when you want to eat a Chinese set meal for around 800 yen. The most popular item is the all-you-can-eat and drink course for 3 hours at 4200 yen.

I went to a flashy Chinese restaurant in Shinsei for lunch with my senior. The place had a very Chinese vibe, which got me excited. The restaurant was almost full as it was close to 12 o'clock. They had different lunch menus for each day of the week. Since the menu I wanted was not available, I ordered the Qingjiao Rousi Ramen from the a la carte menu. The kitchen staff was very efficient and my ramen arrived in 5 minutes. It was filled with bell peppers, bamboo shoots, carrots, onions, pork, and had a delicious aroma. The gentle soup paired well with the flavorful Qingjiao Rousi, making it a satisfying meal. Next time, I want to try the lunch menu and fill up my stomach. Thank you for the meal!

Thursday's daily special: Stir-fried wood ear mushrooms and chicken with a gentle salty flavor. The dish is packed with wood ear mushrooms, making me feel happy~ I visited the restaurant for Wednesday's daily special around 12 o'clock and saw many office workers arriving one after another. The stir-fried pork and leek dish at this Chinese restaurant is not greasy at all, which is quite surprising. Maybe it's because they make it fresh, but the piping hot egg drop soup is also a favorite of mine~ As I get older, finishing my meal completely is getting tougher. I'm curious about the noodle and fried rice set, but it seems impossible for me to eat it all. Thank you for the delicious meal!

It's been quite a while since I last visited. I didn't feel like trying the daily special on a Saturday, so I opted for the pork, leek, and egg stir-fry for ¥800 because I was craving vegetables. The portion of rice was a bit small. As usual, the restaurant was mostly filled with male customers. The main dish was still generous in size. The set meal included the main dish, egg drop soup, pickled vegetables, cold tofu, and almond jelly, which remained unchanged. I'm not a fan of raw onions, but surprisingly, Chinese dishes don't taste spicy even when the onions are half-cooked. I started feeling full after eating about half of the meal. I didn't want to waste any, so I used vinegar and chili oil to change the flavor and finished it all. The fried rice also looked delicious, but it seemed like a large portion, so I wasn't confident that I could finish it. I'll definitely come back to try another set meal. Thank you for the meal!

Unlimited time all-you-can-eat and drink for 4500 yen! When I searched for unlimited time all-you-can-drink in Shibuya, I found this restaurant. It's located near Shibuya's Dogenzaka police box towards Shibuya Station. We were a group of about 10 people, so we were seated on the 2nd floor. We rented a couple of round tables. The beer options for all-you-can-drink were bottled beer (Malt's) and draft beer. They also had sours, Kirin, fruit liquor, wine, shochu, and more. For appetizers, we had a platter with char siu, steamed chicken, and century egg. The staff, who seemed Chinese, told us to finish this first before ordering more. The portions were quite generous, and we managed to finish it all. Once we finished, we could order more, but since we had two tables, one order meant two plates. We ordered dumplings, sweet and sour pork, ankake yakisoba, shoronpo, steamed shrimp dumplings, stir-fried greens, mapo tofu, shrimp chili, fried chicken, spicy stir-fried chicken, and Chinjao Rosu. Everything was served in large portions with plenty of vegetables and meat, and it was delicious. The dumpling wrappers were thick and chewy. The ankake yakisoba was also very tasty. We might have conquered about 70% of the menu. Although it was advertised as unlimited time, the last order was at 11 pm. They are open from 6 pm, so if you want to drink and eat a lot, going early could be quite a good deal.
