- Three restaurants lined up. It's been about two years since I first saw them, and the entrance sensor didn't work. Let's go check them out. Maybe I'll also do some investigation on knife-cut noodles in Kanda. As soon as I stepped outside, there was suddenly a thunderstorm. It's a shame that I came out, will it all go to waste? I wonder if it's just a hassle, or if there are different types of rain... The decision-making circuit in my brain doesn't feel like going back home to get an umbrella. I don't want to walk with an umbrella either. Even though it's close by... 300 meters and still no radar response. Anyway, I have to move in the rain. When I reached Kura-mae Street, there were three restaurants lined up - a ramen shop, a Chinese restaurant, and a Korean restaurant. It's been about two years since I first saw them, and the entrance sensor didn't work. They say meeting someone is a meeting after all. It doesn't feel like much, maybe I won't get any impressions. I chose the Chinese restaurant. "Bizenbo" The exterior didn't give off a sensor-like feeling, but once I entered, it was quite clean. Oh, as I looked around the store, the customers were all women, surprisingly. And they were all young...? Oh, they're all new graduates. It's a rare situation, but I counted, there were 7 people. Then, another group of 3 people arrived. 10 young women in total. Among them, there was one pretty man... There were no middle-aged men or women, it's kind of strange. Well, let's order something. Lunch a la carte menu: Noodles - Tan Tan Men 650 yen, Cantonese noodles 700 yen, Special Ramen 650 yen, Seafood Tan Men 800 yen, Gomoku Men 700 yen, Shrimp Men 750 yen, Seafood Men 800 yen. There are also yakisoba and fried rice. There are many lunch sets. Right, the keyword is safe. Rejected... What's left is "Shrimp Men." "Can you make the noodles firm?" "Yes, we can." The response is usually like that. Then, "Shrimp Men," "Half-fried rice," "Almond Tofu" arrived. "Shrimp Men" The noodles were somewhat firm, cooked in hot boiling water, not burnt, but they seemed to be a stronger type of noodles. The shrimp didn't have any major flaws in how it was frozen, and it tasted like shrimp... well, that's it. The taste wasn't so disappointing. It's the kind of dish you eat to fill your stomach. It's easy to fall into a fixed mindset, isn't it? Based on experience, it's quite common. I haven't come across anything beyond this level. "Half-fried rice" It had an oily feel, but it wasn't too sticky. It's the kind you often come across, a lukewarm type. It's easy to start thinking that it's the same everywhere... "Almond Tofu" It's the kind you often come across. I checked with the tip of the spoon, and it was as expected. I sometimes think it's better not to serve this even as a complimentary dish. It's kind of... So, the lunch date ends like this. Another woman, a solo customer, was sitting across from me. She ordered the "Liver and Leek Set," which came with various side dishes for 650 yen... It seems that there are a lot of female customers here. That might be the true value of this place. Among the 14 female customers and 3 female staff members in the restaurant, what I experienced was a first.
