I used it for a domestic flight for the first time in a while. I had a little something to eat before departure. There were onigiri available, but this time I had bread and coffee. The weather is nice and sunny, so I'm looking forward to the view from the sky. Off to Itami!

I arrived at Haneda Airport Terminal 2 to catch my ANA flight back in August 2023. It's a bustling place with a lot of space, much larger than New Chitose Airport. The atmosphere is lively with plenty of people, balancing supply and demand. While waiting for my flight, I observed people doing various activities. I ordered a strong "Super Nikka Deca Vitamin C Split" drink and enjoyed it. Despite the family-friendly environment, I found it amusing when a staff member mistook me for not being allowed in and I jokingly replied, "Don't treat me like a regular person." The flight back to Haneda was luxurious, with delicious meals served throughout the day. I hope the airport continues to thrive economically post-pandemic. I indulged in a variety of dishes such as chicken, pumpkin, eggplant with minced meat miso, scallop-flavored fry, pickled burdock, squid and ginger tempura, simmered Okinawan tofu, shaved fish cake, seaweed paste, marinated shrimp with guacamole sauce, sand liver marinated in mountain pepper, eel and yuba simmered in sansho pepper, rice with enoki mushrooms and edamame, miso soup, and tea sweets. I drank to my heart's content before heading home. Cheers!

It's been 4 years since my last visit. Usually I go for red beer, but this time I couldn't get tickets, so I settled for regular beer. The atmosphere is similar to the Sakura Lounge, no issues there. It can get noisy during peak hours, but it's nice and quiet when it's less crowded. The seats are a bit cramped, but it's not a problem when there are fewer people. I enjoyed my breakfast and beer. The flight is on a 787-9, and I secured seat 1A in the new Premium Class. Hoping for a comfortable seat.

On this day, I departed at a relatively early time of 6:40 to Kobe Airport and then transferred to Himeji by train. At this time, the line at the security checkpoint was 4-5 people long, and the lounge was relatively empty. It has become a regular choice to have a convenience store sandwich, beer, and rice crackers. 😊

I took a taxi from my mother's house in Tokyo to Haneda Airport for a fixed fare and arrived at the airport in just 30 minutes for my 7 am flight to Sapporo. Since it was a Sunday, I had more time than expected, so I went to the lounge. It was early morning and not crowded, so I was able to relax comfortably. I decided to go easy on the drinks since I am going sightseeing soon.

I used this restaurant before boarding the plane. It is located on the floor above the security check area, accessible by escalator. Above this floor is the Diamond Lounge. The variety of drink offerings was the same as usual. I had water. I was able to relax and unwind.

After arriving at Haneda Airport from Centrair, I had about a 2-hour layover. I decided to visit the ANA lounge to pass the time. Luckily, it was close to my connecting gate and the boarding area for my next flight. Upon entering, I noticed how spacious it was compared to lounges at other airports like New Chitose or Naha. The drink selection was a bit ordinary, with no regional beers like Sapporo Classic or Orion Beer, just the usual Super Dry or Ichiban. The seating options varied from single seats to group seating for up to four people, with power outlets available for charging phones. The seats were not very wide, so sharing a table with the person next to you might be necessary if it gets crowded. The lounge had three drink stations, and I was near the largest one, so I didn't have any trouble getting drinks. Overall, it was a valuable experience as I don't often have layovers at Haneda. I would love to visit again in the future. Thank you for the hospitality.

It's been a year since I last visited Haneda Airport. The ANA lounge is as busy as ever. With the resumption of flights and an increase in passengers, the lounge is quite crowded. Haneda serves Suntory soft drinks, so they have Pepsi instead of Coke! Instead of the usual Bourbon rice crackers, I had brought a muffin and a cafe latte with me.

I used it before boarding the airplane. It is spacious and very open. There were various drinks available. I had hot coffee, which was normal but delicious. They also had Scotch, bourbon, shochu, and draft beer.

It's been a while since I traveled domestically with ANA. I used my expiring miles to go to Okayama and the San'in region. I also visited the ANA lounge for the first time in a while. It seems like they have added more types of alcohol, but I made sure not to drink too much and passed the time until departure with Ayataka tea and snacks.

It's a revisit at night. I am able to enter based on my past usage history with ANA and other Star Alliance airlines, and one guest is allowed to accompany me if they are not Star Alliance Gold. I only use it a few times a year now, but my past frequent travels still benefit me, allowing me to continue using it. Compared to international lounges, the food options in domestic lounges are almost non-existent, but the drink selection is good, including unlimited alcohol (laughs). As for the lounge's size, it's truly impressive, being one of the best in domestic airports. It's been a while since I last visited, but it's quite spacious. It seems like they have overcome the period of low customer numbers due to COVID, as people are finally returning. *I will skip evaluating the facilities as they are considered additional value for air travel. (laughs)

I visited during the waiting time for a regular airplane trip. While browsing through Tabelog before boarding the plane, I found out that there is a lounge for the airline. I had always assumed that there were no free options available. In this lounge, you can enjoy self-service juice, coffee, beer, whiskey, and dried persimmons. Since it was an evening flight, I decided to have a glass of draft beer followed by a whiskey highball. Since this flight included food and drinks, I decided to stop drinking and head to the boarding gate early. Thank you for the meal.

I wanted to go somewhere and booked a bonus flight ticket the day before. I usually avoid flying due to the pandemic, so it was my first time flying in a while. I had the option to upgrade to premium class for 11,000 yen, but since it wasn't a long flight, I opted for a regular seat. This time, I used my Super Flyers Card to access the ANA Lounge located on the 3rd floor of the main building south of Terminal 2, Gate 62. There is another lounge nearby as well. I forgot about the dedicated security check area at the airport's ANA PREMIUM CHECK-IN for the return flight, so I ended up waiting in a long line at Haneda Airport. After being in a crowded place for so long, the quiet lounge was a nice change of pace. I found a seat in the quiet back area and also used the restroom, which was not crowded. Since it was morning, I had some green juice and water, and later added a cup of coffee. The green juice was from Kyusai, which I found easier to drink compared to the frozen and powdered green juice I used to have at home. It's additive-free and reassuring. The coffee was smooth and had a clean taste with minimal bitterness. I usually don't like the coffee served on flights, but this one was good. Other drink options included draft beer, highball, coffee, and soft drinks. The draft beer was a Perfect Suntory Beer, a zero-carb beer that I occasionally drink from a can, and I like its taste. However, I didn't feel like having beer in the morning. I noticed older passengers around me enjoying their beer enthusiastically. The only food available was a snack mix, which included items like persimmon seeds, fried shrimp, and black soybeans. I grabbed a snack from the counter but ended up eating a banana I brought, so I saved the snack mix for later at the hotel. It turned out to be a delicious and satisfying snack. I usually choose ANA, but I'm also curious about JAL's lounge.

On this day, I flew to Okhotsk Monbetsu. I arrived around 9 o'clock to avoid the crowds, but surprisingly passed through security in about 10 minutes. The lounge was also not crowded, and I was able to sit by the window. Since transportation on-site is by bus, you can enjoy the view from the morning.

Travel and business trips are gradually returning to the way they were before the pandemic. Airport lounges are quite crowded from early in the morning. The security checkpoint also has a wait time of 20 to 30 minutes. I'm getting ready for my flight with my usual tomato juice and mixed snacks to keep my spirits up! 😄

If you're from Hiroshima, you'll understand, but for some reason, flights to Hiroshima often depart from the far end of Haneda Airport. I entered through security gate A, walked for over 5 minutes to gate 67, and finally reached the lounge on the south side. After about 30 minutes in the lounge, I received an email saying the gate had changed to 500. Now it was all the way at the opposite end, the farthest point. So, I had to walk all the way back to security gate A and head to the other end. What a hassle. It takes over 5 minutes to walk from one end to the other. I re-entered the lounge on the north side, but I only had about 20 minutes left, so it felt like a bit of a waste of time. Well, I'll just tell myself I got some light exercise. By the way, because of COVID, the phone booths in the lounge are also unavailable. Can't even make work calls. Lounges are becoming more and more inconvenient, huh.

Green juice & tomato juice at ANALOUNGE @ Haneda Airport Terminal 2. Flying west today, but first stopping by ANALOUNGE main building south. Took a sip of green juice & tomato juice, then had a healthy blend coffee. Reserved a window seat today, so no alcohol to avoid needing to use the restroom. Alright, off to fly. Thank you for the meal! (^^)v

Unlike international flights, there is no meal service on this domestic flight, but there are plenty of drinks available, so I spent my time leisurely until boarding. I enjoyed the bento I purchased at ANA FESTA while sitting down. I am grateful. ANA FESTA has a lot of delicious food from all over the country, so it is exciting. In the ANA Lounge, there is a wide variety of drinks such as tea, juice, coffee, black tea, and alcohol. I was able to relax and enjoy my time. It was really helpful. Thank you very much.

It's been six months since I last visited Haneda Airport. The security checkpoint was quite crowded. Fortunately, the lounge wasn't too busy this early in the morning. I enjoyed my usual tomato juice and mixed snacks, taking a moment to relax. I'm heading to Osaka, so wish me luck! 😄

On this day, I stopped by the ANA Lounge at Haneda Airport before heading to Okinawa. This lounge is spacious and has a nice open atmosphere. I sat down and relaxed. I started with tomato juice and green juice. It's good for the morning. They only had regular beer, no premium beer, but it was still enjoyable. It's a domestic flight so it's understandable, but it's a bit sad that they only had dry snacks. Still, I was able to relax in this comfortable lounge. Thank you for the meal.
