When it comes to karaoke in the west exit of Ikebukuro, there is another Pasela called "Kaku Pasela" that I often use. Both stores have been around for about 25 years. This place used to be a "Sam Gentlemen's Clothing Center". Back then, when it came to karaoke in the west exit of Ikebukuro, I remember using places like "747" or "Utagahiroba", and "Noah" behind Marui. But when Pasela opened, the atmosphere, customer service, song selection, sound quality, and food quality were all top-notch, and many people started going to Pasela. The only downside was that the prices were high, especially on weekdays, so it was a consideration. Now, there are also places like "Karakan", "Karatec", and "Big Echo". This time, I used it for a party course gathering. The fee was only 5,000 yen, and I'm not sure how much the actual course cost. It was a buffet style with large plate dishes, where you could choose your favorite dishes yourself. Also, the drinks were all-you-can-drink for 3 hours. The food included appetizers, meat dishes, seafood dishes, salads, rice dishes, and sweets, and of course, the luxurious version of the famous honey toast from Pasela. As for the drinks, I have no complaints, but I think the food was quite delicious. About 25 years ago, there were few places in the west exit that served this kind of food, so many people visited Pasela just to eat without singing a single song. In fact, there was a time when they held lunch sets targeting the lunch breaks of workmen. I'll stop talking about singing (laughs). If you have a Pasela card, you can accumulate points and get a free invitation ticket to a hotel in Izu Kogen. At Anda Resort, there are many memories, including several private outdoor baths in the forest. It's also where I first learned about "Guri Tea". (By Kyonatsu Shuusora, 4/12/2020)
