I revisited this ramen restaurant after about 4 and a half years since its opening in March 2019. Located in the Shibuya-Dogenzaka area, in the Hyakken-ten Shotengai shopping street. I ordered the "Half-boiled flavored egg ramen" for 800 yen. The tonkotsu (pork bone) soup was mild and gentle in flavor. The noodles were straight and thin. There were toppings like fried garlic and fried egg on the table for added enjoyment. The turnover rate in this area is fast, but the fact that this restaurant is still in business shows its enduring popularity. However, be warned that the interior can get very hot during the daytime in summer, so it's recommended for those who want to break a sweat (laughs).

On the night of July 10, 2023, my first visit. A ramen shop like ours is necessary in the world. We have high business continuity and create benefits for both customers and employees. Specifically, the reasons are as follows: 1. Open until 6 am. Satisfying the desire of people who want to slurp noodles late at night or in the early morning. 2. Long hours of operation creating job opportunities. 3. The soup seems to be prepared off-site, reducing the burden on employees. 4. Despite the strong chemical taste, adding toppings increases the price, making it easier to ensure profits. Tabletop seasonings and supplies are abundant. Seasonings include soy sauce, vinegar, chili oil, white sesame, garlic, spicy miso, fried garlic, tempura flakes, and pepper. Supplies include disposable chopsticks, plastic chopsticks, lotus root, toothpicks, paper napkins, and a self-serve water pitcher. Ordered item: Salt Tonkotsu Ramen for 700 yen. Contents: Noodles are straight and thin, with no curls. The soup is thin with a strong chemical taste, perfect for flavoring with the table garlic and white sesame. Toppings include chashu, spinach, menma, green onions, and seaweed. Visit record: - Date and time: July 10, 2023, 8:40 pm. No wait to enter. - Reason for visit: Inspired by a customer's comment about the delicious tantanmen at this restaurant. - Location: On the slope of Hyakken Street, next to Dojyaku, Kigaku, Murgi, and Torikatsu Chicken. - Shop situation: Counter and table seating. Ticket vending machine system. Accepts high-denomination bills. Average rating of 3.32 based on 83 reviews, with one reviewer at 3.24 and one reviewer at 3.20 as of August 14, 2023.

Thank you very much for always viewing ✨ If you like it, please try bookmarking the store with the "Save store" button. A shop located on Shibuya Dogenzaka in Tokyo. It's open until 6 a.m. and always seems to be open, so I went to check it out since my friend said it was delicious. The noodles were firm straight noodles and the soup was delicious, which surprised me ✨ There were explanations of their commitment and various menu items, so I really liked it! I finished everything, even the soup. Highly recommended (*^▽^*) What I ordered was: ・Tachihiraramen 900 yen Thank you very much for reading until the end ✨ If you leave a comment, I will reply to it. I hope that even a little bit of everyone's gourmet information can be helpful. ▽ I also update Instagram. Hide Gourmand【@hide06_21】

I had the half-cooked seasoned egg ramen for 800 yen! The noodles were thin and slightly firm, making it lighter than it looked! My friend ordered the tsukemen, which had thick noodles and looked more delicious! The place is in Shibuya Hyakken-dana, a deep location, but it has long opening hours so it's an easy place to visit!

Salt pork bone ramen Tachihira Ramen 900 yen This shop serves salt pork bone ramen until morning. I imagined it would have a somewhat rich taste due to the salt pork bone, but it was surprisingly light. The portion of noodles was generous, making it a satisfying bowl.

Located in Dogenzaka, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, this ramen shop serves a double salt soup made from pork bones and chicken bones. It opened in March 2019 and is conveniently situated near Keio Inokashira Line's Shibuya Station and the large terminal Shibuya Station. It is part of the "Shibuya Hyakken-dana" dining area with a variety of restaurants. The shop has long opening hours, making it very convenient. The soup and noodles are both delicious. I visited for brunch around 10:30 am on a weekday, which is quite rare for a ramen shop to open at that time. I ordered the Negi Ramen for 850 yen with an extra serving of noodles for 100 yen. The soup is a combination of pork bone and chicken bone broth simmered for 15 hours with added salt. The noodles are medium-thin straight egg noodles. The white leeks sprinkled with sesame oil and salt and pepper complement the dish well. The bowl also includes one slice of chashu, spinach, menma, and seaweed. The overall balance of the dish is great, and the soup is very tasty. I finished every last drop. Shibuya has many ramen shops, but with its long opening hours, location, and delicious ramen, this place is definitely worth a visit.

In the scorching heat of May, I decided to try something different and opted for "hiyashi tantanmen" instead of the usual ramen. It cost 950 yen. It turned out to be richer and more delicious than I had imagined. However, the cold broth was a bit too sweet and some parts, including the noodles, were lukewarm. It would have been even better if everything had been properly chilled.

I went on a Saturday night, but the restaurant was not crowded. In contrast, the restaurant across the street had a long line. I had the cheapest salt ramen, which tasted okay. I think the burnt garlic ramen is probably the recommended dish, so I plan to try that next time. One improvement point is that the floor inside the restaurant is slippery.

After drinking, I really wanted to eat ramen and visited this place. The expected richness of the broth was satisfying. The shoyu-based tonkotsu ramen is the foundation of this rich ramen. The seaweed, chashu, egg, and other toppings all blend well with the soup and noodles, providing a great texture. It's late at night, but I feel like getting a second helping. Thank you for the meal. It's also great that they are open during late-night hours.

In the morning, to pass the time until the first train, a ramen shop that serves delicious salt pork bone ramen is perfect. Just adding green onions as a topping and customizing with table condiments, enjoying gyoza with alcohol, I ended up ordering another beer.

Salted pork bone ramen Tachihira Tachihira Ramen The other day, during a break from work, I had lunch in Shibuya. I parked my car at Negibouzu (roadside parking meter) and decided to try my luck at a relatively quiet restaurant on the bustling street of Dogenzaka, as the popular ones had long lines. I spotted an orange sign and went straight in, selecting the recommended button on the meal ticket machine. In about 5 minutes, my ramen arrived. The ramen had thin noodles with a good firmness, and the salt-based pork bone soup was well-balanced and delicious. The toppings such as green onions, bamboo shoots, and spinach were cut into just the right size, enhancing the texture and taste of the noodles. The seaweed, chashu pork, and seasoned egg were also perfectly balanced and made the ramen very tasty. It was a delicious ramen experience at Salted Pork Bone Ramen Tachihira. Thank you for the meal. #SaltedPorkBoneRamenTachihira #Tachihira #SaltedPorkBone #Shibuya #ShibuyaGourmet #ShibuyaLunch #Ramen #RamenLover #RamenInstagrammer #RamenClub #Noodles #NoodlesLover #FollowBack #FollowBackApp #UnfollowApp #Foodie

At the top of Shibuya's Dogenzaka, there is a ramen shop located to the right of the intersection of Dogenzaka. I happened to come across it while wandering around with an empty stomach, so I decided to go in. The interior of the shop has many counter seats and several tables for two. There is a ticket machine next to the entrance for ordering, and a variety of condiments are available on the tables for flavor customization. Additionally, there are the owner's personal touches displayed throughout the entrance and inside the shop. I believe that all individually-owned ramen shops put their heart and soul into each bowl. As a ramen enthusiast, I am delighted to hear about the owner's passion for their craft. Now, I will be trying the most popular menu item at this shop: "Tachihiraramen" (tax included 850 yen). Let's dig in! First, the soup. It has a rich pork bone flavor with a good balance of saltiness and oiliness. The floating back fat adds a nice touch. I could easily drink this soup all day! The noodles are straight and thin, with a firm texture that complements the soup well. They are cooked just right and provide a satisfying bite. The toppings are also plentiful. The generous amount of finely chopped green onions adds a spicy and crunchy element that blends well with the noodles. The three sheets of seaweed are soft and fragrant, harmonizing well with the soup. The chashu, made from loin meat, has a great texture and chewiness that I enjoy. The seasoned bamboo shoots are flavorful, and the spinach is tender and abundant. The half-seasoned egg has a gentle flavor and a firm texture. Overall, this shop is located in the bustling district of Shibuya and is open 24 hours. I initially didn't have high expectations, thinking it mainly catered to drunk customers after a night out. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the well-crafted and delicious ramen they serve. If someone were to ask me, "Miuken, where is a recommended ramen shop in Shibuya?" I would definitely consider this place as a candidate. I hope to revisit in the future. Recommended for revisiting: ★★★ Definitely worth a visit.

Today's lunch ramen❗ "Tachihira Ramen @ Shio Tonkotsu Ramen Tachihira, Shibuya-ku, Dogenzaka 2-chome" looks like a house-style ramen, but it's completely different, with a creamy soup made from pork bone and chicken broth mixed together. The noodles are firm and thin, which is nice. The thinly seasoned chashu is also good. Plenty of shredded leeks mixed with sesame oil. It feels like it's going to clean your stomach thoroughly (laughs). It was delicious ⭐( ̄∇ ̄*)ゞ

A new tsukemen (dipping noodles) restaurant serving hiyashi chuka (cold Chinese noodles) has opened on Dogenzaka! With the hot days continuing every day, it makes you crave for hiyashi chuka, right? So, my friend and I went there and tried both varieties. We ordered the Summer Special Shoyu Hiyashi Chuka for 850 yen and the Summer Special Goma Miso Hiyashi Chuka for 850 yen. Yes! Delicious!! The restaurant has 8 counter seats and 1 table seat, but most nearby izakayas also offer delivery. The interior is non-smoking.

This is it. This shop should be more appreciated. I must admit that I didn't have high expectations based on the location and appearance. You might think, "Isn't that contrast a good thing?" but let me tell you, it's not. First of all, the staff is extremely friendly. Unlike the typical fake-friendly type, they are very natural and considerate, making the atmosphere very pleasant. This kind of staff is not common in the food industry, not just in ramen shops. I ordered the most popular "Tachihira Ramen", which comes with a generous amount of toppings for 850 yen. The default ramen at this location is 650 yen, and the price has remained the same since 2019. It's almost insane, and I can't help but worry. But the quality is not compromised. The soup, with a few slices of seaweed, spinach, menma, plenty of seasoned green onions, one slice of chashu, and half a flavored egg, is rich and flavorful without being overpowering. It's not too thick or too thin, and you can customize the taste with toppings like spicy fried garlic chips, yuzu pepper, and doubanjiang. The 150g of firm yellow thin noodles are perfect for this soup, and they are generously topped with green onions that last until the last bite. The chashu, although only one slice, is tender and flavorful, and the presence of spinach is a nice touch. For this quality and quantity at this location, 850 yen is definitely a steal. I was satisfied. If I had to nitpick, I would suggest keeping the entrance closed in this scorching heat to attract more customers. Also, personally, having a ticket machine outside the shop doesn't give the impression of a place where you can have a drink. I only realized how great the drink and appetizer selection was after buying the ramen ticket and entering the shop. So, for evening visits, it might be better to have customers order inside the shop to encourage them to have a drink and some snacks before ordering ramen. This might make it easier for customers to enjoy a casual drink and then order ramen as a finisher. This is just my personal impression, and it may not apply during busy times when you want to increase turnover. In conclusion, I recommend this shop over the ramen shops on Inokashira Line West Exit Street (excluding Horaku Honpo). Lastly, a slight price increase for unique toppings or some added value could make this shop even more popular.

Salted pork bone ramen for 650 yen. The saltiness is just right and very easy to eat. Many reviews say it's surprisingly light or thin, but when you taste the soup, it's not like that at all. In a sea of ramen that are either too oily or too salty, this place has a well-balanced flavor. The straight noodles don't absorb the soup well and lack a distinctive flavor, which may lead to those kinds of comments. (Personally, curly noodles or slightly thicker noodles might be a better fit.) Open from 10:30 to 6:00 the next day in this area, it's perfect for finishing off a drinking session or for a post-heavy drinking ramen. The interior plays Beatles music, and the staff are kind and polite, making it a very comfortable ramen shop. Staff ===========

Halfway up the slope of Dogenzaka, there is a shop called "Hyakken-ten". Across the street, there is "Kiraku". I was in the mood for thick tsukemen in Shibuya, but I hesitated to go to the crowded "Bukotsu Gaiden" or "Mammoth" on a Saturday night. Then I found this shop on Google Maps. The specialty seems to be tonkotsu shio ramen, but they also offer seafood tsukemen, which seems to have good reviews. The interior of the shop is relatively small, with a counter that can seat about 10 people and one 4-person table. There was already one group of customers. I chose to sit towards the back right to avoid the cold air coming in from the entrance, but it was a bit cramped due to a pillar in a strategic spot. The staff kindly guided me to a spot to place my belongings, and the other staff in the kitchen was very friendly as well. The service was excellent. When the bowl arrived, I first tasted the soup, which had a strong seafood flavor. The noodles were smooth and medium-thick, and they coated well with the soup. The toppings, menma and chashu, were hidden in the soup, and the chashu came in large chunks unexpectedly. It was not just a side menu under tonkotsu shio, but it was of high quality comparable to specialty shops. Although I didn't use them this time because it was a seafood-based dish, there were various condiments on the table, such as fried garlic, grated garlic, yuzu pepper, and ground sesame, which made me look forward to trying the tonkotsu shio next time. However, I was a bit surprised by the slightly high prices for toppings at 150 yen each, and the additional charge for changing the portion size of the tsukemen. Well, on the other hand, the only concern was about the pricing. The cost performance is not extremely poor, so it can be considered as a must-visit ramen shop in Shibuya. But, in winter, it's better to go for the hot version (^_^;)

I visited the restaurant "Shio Tonkotsu Ramen Tachihira" in Shibuya, which I had been curious about for a while. I went on a Friday afternoon around 1 pm and was able to enter smoothly without much of a wait. I ordered the most popular dish, the Tachihira Ramen. The soup, made with a rare combination of salt and pork bones, was surprisingly light and not too strong in flavor. The chashu pork was average, but the flavored egg was perfectly half-cooked and deliciously creamy. The green onions on top added a nice touch to the ramen. Overall, it was a well-balanced and satisfying bowl with thin straight noodles. Thank you for the meal! I would definitely visit again if I have the chance!

On a Sunday morning, due to work commitments, I had to have lunch in Shibuya for the second day in a row. Since the previous day was a bit of a disappointment, I carefully searched on Tabelog for a new place to try. I couldn't decide on one until a particular visual caught my eye. And pork bone salt ramen? I've never heard of that before. On Sunday morning, I followed the map and found the place. Wait, isn't this near Kiraku? Just as I thought, it was right across from Kiraku. Kiraku had a crazy long line, but I was able to easily get a seat at Tachihira. I chose their most popular dish, the Tachihira Ramen for 850 yen, and added extra noodles for 100 yen. When the ramen arrived, it looked amazing! It's not just your typical pork bone salt ramen for 650 yen; the Tachihira Ramen comes with various toppings for 850 yen, making it a great deal. First, the soup... delicious! I thought pork bone salt broth would be light, but it actually had a rich flavor. The straight noodles also had a nice pork bone taste and were delicious. The toppings were also delicious! The seaweed, green onions, chashu, and egg were all fantastic, but the bamboo shoots were especially tasty! This bamboo shoots would go well with a seafood broth dipping noodles. I'll definitely try that next time. I finished the meal in no time and was completely satisfied. It was very delicious. I would love to visit again. The restaurant is called "Tachihira," but the staff uniforms had "Taichiru" written on them. I wonder if that's their surname?
