⭐️First time visiting, within 5 minutes walk from Akasaka Station, convenient access⭐️ Reservation for Friday at 7:30 PM▪️ - Half-body dancing squid sashimi 2500 yen - Assorted sashimi Koiso 1980 yen - Extra-large grilled Atka mackerel 1280 yen - Hokkaido Kitakari potato butter 400 yen - Salmon roe 400 yen - Mini uni and ikura rice bowl⭐️ A seafood izakaya from Hokkaido opened in Akasaka in January⭐️ I have never been to a Hokkaido store, so I don't know what it's like, but this place has a calm atmosphere between an izakaya and a traditional Japanese restaurant⭐️ The dancing squid sashimi depends on the day's catch, and luckily it was available that day⭐️ Everything I ate was delicious!!⭐️ Among them, the recommended dish is the Atka mackerel sashimi⭐️ Atka mackerel is a fast fish, and it needs to be really fresh to be eaten as sashimi⭐️ I was impressed by its deliciousness when I ate it once in Hokkaido, but in Kanto, it's hard to find, so I never thought I would be able to eat it in Tokyo!!⭐️ The uni (sea urchin) has no sea taste or bitterness, just a sweet and delicious flavor⭐️ Even if you're not a fan of uni, you should try this one - it's really good!

I had been to the shop in Sapporo many times, so when I found out that they had opened a store in Akasaka, I decided to visit it. The entrance has a luxurious feel to it, with a counter and private rooms available, making it suitable for entertaining guests. The top 3 dishes I tried today were: 1) Crab Cream Croquette - a must-try item with an incredible amount of crab that defies the conventional idea of crab cream croquette. The sauce provided was also excellent, and I had to get a refill without question. 2) Sea Urchin Sushi - a must-order item at this restaurant. You can even add extra sea urchin, which results in a generous amount overflowing on the rice. The sea urchin is soaked in saltwater without using alum, so no soy sauce is needed, and it has a rich flavor without any fishy taste. If I wasn't on a diet, I would have definitely ordered more. 3) Sashimi Assortment (Hakodate Mix) for 2800 yen - the amount and quality of seafood for this price is unbeatable. It would easily rank in the top 4 at seafood izakayas in Tokyo. The shark fin was fatty and delicious (I forgot to take a photo). I must come back during this season when the seafood is at its best. I will definitely revisit either this month or next month!

I visited the famous restaurant from Hakodate that opened in Tokyo on January 6, 2020. There was a lot of seafood. The sea urchin served as a starter was fresh and got me excited, and the live squid sashimi was crunchy and delicious. The sliced tsubugai shellfish, octopus sashimi, and fresh oysters were all tasty. The private rooms for two people are recommended. It's convenient to order using the touch panel without having to call a waiter. There were also many Hokkaido sake options available.

When I visited Hokkaido before, I had a very delicious and memorable meal at Kaiyotei. They opened a new branch in Akasaka in January! I happened to be the first customer on the grand opening day. Since they had just opened, there were some items not available on the menu, but they were flexible and accommodated my special order. The drinks were reasonably priced. The food was impeccable. I believe this restaurant will become very popular.

It had been a long time since I met with my friends, and we visited this restaurant. They serve very large and fresh oysters that can be enjoyed raw or boiled, as well as fresh sea urchin with no unpleasant smell. We had live crab sashimi, and even the crab miso was delicious. The highlight was having the crab prepared as sashimi while still alive, and enjoying the remaining crab miso with hot sake, creating the perfect combination. The surf clam was also fresh with a great texture and flavor, and the hokke fish was big and satisfying. The hokke fish with soy sauce and butter was incredibly delicious. Every dish was fresh and delicious, making it a great place to enjoy with close friends. However, it's not recommended for entertaining guests you don't care much about, as you may get distracted from the taste.

I heard that you can eat Hokkaido ingredients at a reasonable price, so I checked the menu on the website and was looking forward to going. However, most of the dishes I wanted to eat were sold out. It was disappointing. When I ordered the half hair crab, I was surprised to find that the inside was frozen.

I had grown to really like Kaiyotei in Susukino, Sapporo, so I looked into whether I could enjoy the same seafood in Tokyo. I found out that there was a Kaiyotei in Akasaka, so I decided to visit. I was impressed by the deliciousness of dishes such as the uni rice ball, crab cream croquette, scallops, and hokke sashimi. I was amazed that I could enjoy things that I could only have when traveling to Hokkaido right here in Tokyo. The prices were also surprisingly similar to those in Hokkaido, showing that they put a lot of effort into cost management.
