From July 1st, the restaurant has reopened with a new course menu. I was surprised to learn that "BLT" in BLT STEAK stands for "Bistro Laurent Tourondel," named after the French chef Laurent Tourondel. The new menu with wine pairings selected by a sommelier perfectly captures the essence of a bistro. Of course, the famous oversized popovers and delicious steaks are still available. The combination of "Eel with Ponzu Jelly" and a refreshing California Sonoma County 100% Pinot Noir rosé was surprising. The "Fig and Blue Cheese Salad" with a Georgia orange wine had a rich aroma and a hint of bitterness. The fried peach with "Pan-Seared Sea Bass" made me almost forget I was at BLT. The excellent Sagari steak was comforting. The artful matcha dessert at the end was another pleasant surprise. With a great location and ambiance, I confidently recommend this place to meat, French cuisine, and wine lovers.

I tried the Wagyu Burger at BLT STEAK GINZA during the Golden Week limited event. It was a burger made with A5 Wagyu beef patty and homemade A5 Wagyu bacon, creating a burger with 200% Wagyu beef intensity. The burger was not what I expected in terms of Wagyu beef flavor, but it was a delicious burger that brought out the flavor of the meat in a way only a top-notch steakhouse could. The yuzu pepper topping added a spicy kick that enhanced the overall taste. I also enjoyed a glass of wine with lunch, and for dessert, I had the BLT cheesecake with jasmine tea ice cream and juicy fruits. The combination of flavors in the cheesecake, ice cream, fresh fruits, and marmalade was delightful. The jasmine tea ice cream paired perfectly with the cheesecake, and the Kawachi buntan citrus on the side was equally delicious. I look forward to trying the steak on my next visit.

I had the New York steak and wine pairing course. The detailed explanation of the wine paired with each dish made it easy to enjoy the wine and food. The popovers were unexpectedly delicious, easy to eat, and tasted great with butter and salt. I couldn't help but eat them in between dishes. The recommended medium rare steak was perfect, and I chose mustard and steak sauce as my sauces, both of which paired perfectly with the meat. The dessert Mont Blanc was paired with a dessert wine that was also perfect, making the whole meal enjoyable until the end. The atmosphere of the restaurant was lovely, and I thought it would be great for special occasions like anniversaries.

The popover was fluffy and delicious, with a satisfying amount. The tuna tartare and chilled corn soup were also delicious. I chose the hanger steak as the main dish. It was amazing when eaten with aged soy sauce and wasabi salt. The dessert was a sweet Japanese-style treat, which was also good.

"BLTSTEAKGINZA" embodies the steak culture of New York. I have visited their locations in Umeda, Roppongi, and the Ritz in Hawaii, as I prefer this group. The Japanese operating body is divided into two, with Ginza and Umeda being managed by the high-end yakiniku chain "Heijoen." The location is on the 8th floor of a building on Namiki Street, just below "ESqUISSE." Similar to New York steak houses, there is a waiting bar, spacious table arrangements, and private rooms, making it ideal for a formal dinner. A dress code is also enforced, attracting a more sophisticated clientele compared to a certain establishment in Roppongi. While wine pricing is high, there are options under 10,000 yen, making it more affordable compared to places like "Peter Luger Steak House Tokyo." The appearance of Nagasaki's specialty dish, Hatoshi, as an amuse-bouche was a mystery. The menu included dishes like horse mackerel and sudachi carpaccio, melon and cottage cheese salad, and the famous popovers. The prime hanger steak was a standout, perfectly cooked and flavorful. Dessert featured a cherry and chocolate vacherin, offering a surprising French touch. Overall, the experience was excellent, with impeccable service and a good cost-performance ratio, making it a great choice for formal dining or business meetings.

It had been a while since I went there and I ordered the T-bone steak for lunch. Despite it being lunchtime at 12 o'clock, it was oddly empty and gave me a strange feeling, which turned out to be true. The menu stated that the T-bone steak was "Prime T-bone steak 700g for 16,000 yen (serves 2 people)", but at the checkout, it was calculated as 16,000 yen per person. When I pointed this out, they said that it was priced at 16,000 yen per person. Then why is it written that it serves 2 people? I don't understand the meaning. The service was not bad, but the bill came out to be almost 20,000 yen per person! I might as well go to Ukai-tei. By the way, the Ukai-tei special lunch course is 11,000 yen. Ukai-tei was known for offering relatively inexpensive yet high-quality lean meat, but unfortunately, this lunch was disappointing.

I visited this place for lunch on the weekend. It was my first visit, so I started with an easy menu to see how it was. First, I tried the Prime Hangar Steak 150g (5,500 yen). First, the popover. It's huge! It's like a choux pastry bread, hollow inside and light, but still very big. It was delicious with hot popover butter and a little salt. For the appetizer, you can choose from several options. I thought the Caesar salad looked good, but I went with the classic "Tuna Tartare," made with tuna from Nagasaki. I love the taste when it's with avocado. The soup varies by day, and that day it was "Ripe Tomato Soup." I thought it would be cold, but it was warm. It tasted just like tomatoes! The cheese topping was also good. The meat was similar to harami or sagari, with a firm texture. You can choose the doneness, and I went with medium. You can also choose from 5 sauces, so I chose mustard. It's not a very expensive course, so the quality of the meat was decent, and 150g was just the right amount. For dessert, I had tiramisu. The foam on top had a ginger flavor! I enjoyed a relaxing time even after eating with coffee. The seating is spacious, and the service is very good. There is also a smoking area. I think the satisfaction level is high even for a good course. Sometimes you pay a decent price and get this kind of service. It's a lunch price, and I was happy that Chardonnay was 900 yen!

Lunch 300g ¥6600 Sandwich ¥2200 Lunch comes with salad and bread! The generous 300g of meat is tender and delicious. The orange in the salad adds a nice balance. I enjoyed the bacon burger last time, so this time I tried the steak! Oh, but the steak was only in the sandwich. It came in a big bread with juicy meat, tomato, and lettuce, and it was quite filling.

This was my second visit. A luxurious space, gentle service, and an elegant dinner time. The food is delicious, of course, but being in that space fills my heart. I absolutely love that bread and butter. I wish they would sell it separately... It's like a cream, like butter, like cream-butter. The steak is also delicious, and I easily finished the 200g portion. I'm not very knowledgeable about alcohol, so I found the drinks a bit difficult to choose... A little explanation would have been nice. I will visit again!

America's first famous steakhouse. I have been to the Hawaii branch before, but this was my first time at the Ginza branch. Located on the 7th floor of a building in Ginza Namiki Street, where other high-end restaurants like Jomon and Esquisse are also located. The restaurant is spacious with high ceilings, creating an open and airy atmosphere. This time, I came for the weekday lunch special - the hamburger! Prices start at 1,900 yen. I chose the avocado cheese burger for 2,300 yen, along with an iced coffee. The burger arrived promptly, beautifully presented with plenty of vegetables. The tomato, lettuce, onion, avocado, cheese, and meaty patty were all elegantly wrapped in stylish paper. Despite its thickness, the burger still had a classic hamburger feel. The patty, being from a steakhouse, was rich in flavor and meatiness. The abundance of fresh vegetables added to the overall experience. The soft yet crispy buns were impressive, and I later found out that they are from Maison Kayser. The accompanying fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and I couldn't stop eating them with ketchup. By the way, other customers were enjoying the lunch steak course, which also looked delicious!

We used the highest grade of beef certified by the US Department of Agriculture, aged naturally to bring out the best tenderness, flavor, and aroma of the meat, and grilled at high temperature to create authentic American steaks. We visited this restaurant for the Ginza Restaurant Week 2023 Spring lunch with a special course for two people. The lunch included: Popover (quick bread similar to choux pastry), Appetizer: Very rare scallop and small shrimp carpaccio with kiwi sauce, Soup: Bisque with garlic toast, Steak: Hanger steak (200g) with a choice of radish and soy sauce, Dessert: Black tea tart with strawberry whipped cream and whole milk ice cream, Coffee or tea. It was a satisfying lunch with delicious steak.

I felt like having steak for lunch, so I finally went to BLT, which I had been curious about. The entrance had a luxurious feel and the interior was very nice. Although they offered set menus for lunch, we decided to order a la carte so we could eat what we liked. The meat, salad, and soup were all delicious, but the bread at BLT was the best. The bread at steak restaurants is always good, but this one was especially delicious. I would like to go back for dinner next time.

I visited around 7:00 PM. There were a few empty seats, but it seemed like they didn't require reservations. I changed the ¥11,000 course to a T-bone steak (+¥8,800), totaling ¥19,800. Everything was delicious! Each dish was beautifully presented and looked great for photos! I'm not sure if my photos turned out well though. The service was excellent, and the explanations were thorough. There were 7-8 sauce options for the steak, but I wish they would let us choose at least 3. I want to enjoy various flavors. However, I am satisfied! I will definitely go again.

I couldn't make a reservation at Full Buggy, so I visited this place instead. The staff seemed to be from Kansai and were a bit pushy, which surprised me a little. They focused on our conversation after a while. The bread, which is not often seen in Japan, was interesting and delicious. I wanted to order a bottle of wine from California, but unfortunately they didn't have it that day, so I ended up ordering something a bit more expensive. It was just a regular day for me, so I wished they had recommended something more affordable. I couldn't say no when it was recommended to me, so I felt a bit guilty, haha. The meat was hearty and delicious.

The restaurant in the hotel was a hidden gem and not crowded. Despite being hungover, I decided to try the burger challenge that I had been curious about. It came with soup and coffee for 2300 yen, which was a good deal. The burger was huge! I want to know the best way to eat it neatly. I was planning to go to a teppanyaki restaurant, but it was full so I ended up going to another place without knowing much about it. It turned out to be amazing! It's a famous steakhouse from America, and the steak, made from the best part of Angus beef, was outstanding. The appetizers and soup were also good. And the bread, like choux pastry, was delicious - I'm addicted to it now. Thank you to the staff who explained things to me, despite my ignorance. The service was also excellent.
