After drinking at night, I visited this restaurant for a final drink. It was recommended by the staff at the inn where I stayed. I ordered the rich ramen, which had a creamy soup that seemed different from the usual pork bone broth - it tasted like it had milk in it. The chashu and seasoned egg were delicious with a strong flavor. Thank you for the meal.

I went to this restaurant last month after seeing Blur's Graham Coxon eating here. The menu and toppings are rich with salt. Toppings like dried seaweed, plum, and yuzu pepper are all free. The expectations were high due to Graham's visit to this salt-themed restaurant, but the salt itself was not that great. I think salt is the most difficult aspect of ramen, and this one lacked depth and flavor. Knowing the pinnacle of salt, it fell short. I wanted to convey the highest level of salt to Graham.

Visited the Shibuya Honten of Ore-Style Salt Ramen located at Shibuya Station Dōgenzaka for the first time. Ordered the Ore-Style Salt Ramen lunch set for 950 yen, with the noodles firm, a small rice, and a set of three dumplings. It felt quite a good deal. What's also nice is that there are plenty of toppings like dried seaweed and grated yam that you can add. In particular, the dried seaweed paired well with the rice and was delicious.

This place is surprisingly good. Don't underestimate the salt ramen, it's delicious. Everything here is tasty. The limited summer season cold chicken soba is great when you add a lot of condiments and mix it like maze soba. The tenderness of the chicken is exceptional for a chain restaurant. I'll definitely come back late at night on my way home to eat here again.

It's hot out there. When it gets hot, people tend to avoid ramen, but this place is good. Just like the name of the restaurant, the salt ramen is recommended. It has a strong flavor that really hits the spot after sweating it out. It may seem simple, but it's definitely worth trying.

In Tokyo, there are so many ramen shops to choose from, but the downside is that the famous ones always have long lines. It's tough to decide where to go because if you pick the wrong place, it can be disappointing. I had some errands in Shibuya and decided to have ramen for dinner as well. I chose this shop because I heard they specialize in salt ramen, which I love. This summer, I tried their spicy salt ramen with gyoza set. The ramen was really good, with just the right amount of spiciness, and I enjoyed it a lot. It was also reasonably priced compared to other places. The rice was a bit firm, and the gyoza was average. Thank you for the meal.

I was feeling a little hungry, so I ordered an extra serving of salt ramen along with my usual order. I don't usually get extra servings, but I couldn't resist this time. #snack #hungry #mywayofsaltRamen #saltRamen #extraportion #foodporn #yum #yummy #food #foodie #foodiepic

The other day, I couldn't take a lunch break again during the office day, so I ended up not eating breakfast or lunch, and left the office a little earlier than usual, so I took a stroll on Dojima-zaka and happened to see a place called "Ore-Style Salt Ramen" so I decided to try it out. There was a ticket machine outside, so if there were no other people waiting, you could take your time to choose, which was convenient. I chose the "Special Ore-Style Salt Ramen (1000 yen)" which was recommended on the top left of the ticket machine. I also ordered the "Shiso Gyoza (490 yen)" out of hunger and the "Garlic Ketchup Rice with Egg (490 yen)" which looked like omurice in the photo and caught my eye. As I entered the shop, I realized that this place is also located in Center-gai. However, the entrance is bright and welcoming compared to the narrow entrance of Center-gai, making it easier to enter. The ramen comes in rich, light, or spicy options, and I chose the rich flavor. The soup served was a white soup that seemed to contain milk or soy milk, and it had a creamy texture. It tasted like chicken-based broth, I think. Overall, the ramen didn't have any distinctive features, but it felt safe and comforting. However, this shop offers an amazing variety of free toppings! "Rock seaweed", "Shredded kelp", "Ume plum", "Yuzu pepper", "Ore-Style Chili Oil", and "Ore-Style Marinated Garlic", a total of 6 impressive options. Honestly, I wasn't that interested in the last three toppings, but I was delighted to find out that rock seaweed, shredded kelp, and especially the ume plum were provided for free. So, I enjoyed adding these three toppings while eating. Maybe the reason it's called "Ore-Style" is because of these toppings. The gyoza was small but well-cooked with a crispy skin and a hint of shiso, making it delicious. The Garlic Ketchup Rice with Egg looked like a small bowl of omurice with a runny egg on top, and the garlic flavor was strong, giving it a junk food vibe. The rice was packed tightly, so it was more filling than it looked. I really liked the free toppings, but I hesitate to revisit... The service was polite, but the staff chatting over each other's heads was a bit distracting in terms of the dining environment. And above all, the interior of the restaurant was too hot. I overheard the staff talking about the air conditioning being broken and unable to be fixed immediately due to certain circumstances... I hope the air conditioning gets fixed soon for the sake of the staff's well-being. Sweating profusely after finishing my meal, when I stepped outside, it felt like heaven. I pray for a quick repair of the air conditioning for the sake of the staff.

I went to the restaurant with my colleagues. We had to wait a bit as it was lunchtime. Despite the rain and cold weather, the staff kindly brought us warm tea while we waited outside. Their consideration for waiting customers was impressive. After about 5 minutes, we were seated inside. The service was fast and efficient. I ordered a spicy ramen with powdered cheese (I forgot the name). I was worried it might be too heavy, but it turned out to be surprisingly light until the end. There were various condiments on the table, so you can enjoy changing the flavor.

I decided to have a meal here, and for the first meal, I chose this shop that serves light and salty dishes. There are about 3 table seats, so you can feel at ease even with a large group. I tried the Special Salt Ramen. When I took a sip of the soup, the flavor of the salt was amazing. The soup has a sweet taste to it. The noodles are thin, curly noodles with a transparent appearance. They are easy to eat. The chashu pork and seasoned egg are also of high quality.

It takes about 7-8 minutes from Shibuya Station. I was recommended by an acquaintance to try the omurice here, and it was indeed delicious for a ramen shop. However, it was just "delicious for a ramen shop." The ramen was light and easy to eat, but slightly lacking in flavor. The portion was generous, so it's recommended for those who can eat a lot. There was a line outside the shop, and I ate at the counter inside. If I were to visit again, I would try a different menu item. *Photo sourced from the website.

After finishing work, I visited the restaurant with my colleague! It was my first time trying "Ore Shio"! The style is to buy a ticket from the vending machine before entering, but there were so many menu options that I couldn't decide, haha. Since I had a light lunch, I ordered the "Otokomori" which was a hearty portion! It was quickly brought to me, and true to its name, it made quite an impact! The chashu, fried chicken, and egg were all generous in portion! I started by tasting the soup, which had a strong flavor yet was surprisingly refreshing, not as heavy as it looked! The thin noodles were well-coated in the soup, making me want to eat more and more! The toppings were also carefully prepared with delicious flavors! The chashu was thick and juicy, the fried chicken was crispy and fragrant, and the egg was perfectly half-cooked! Despite its hearty appearance, the combination was meticulously put together! There are still many more menu options to try, so next time I will order something different! Thank you for the meal!

I was taken there for the first time. I purchased a meal ticket from the ticket machine outside, and upon entering, I was greeted by a cheerful young male staff member! I indicated the firmness of the noodles, and soon after, my bowl arrived. It was a salt ramen, and true to its name, the soup was clear and refreshing. I took a sip and found the soup to have a nice light saltiness. It seemed to have a seafood broth base. The noodles were cooked just right, and the egg topping was delicious! I added some yuzu pepper and dried seaweed to change up the flavor, and it added a different kind of deliciousness. I would love to go back again!

I had been there before, but this was my second time using it. I remember the garlic fried rice and ramen set was around 1030 yen. It said something like "devilishly delicious" and that caught my attention. There are menu items that cost around 1000 yen just for the ramen alone, so getting a set for a little over 1000 yen seemed like a good deal, but also expensive for a meal at a ramen shop. The ramen and fried rice they served were both a decent portion, felt like a full serving for one person each. It wasn't a "half" portion of fried rice. The ramen was a simple salt ramen, which is the shop's specialty. It had a timeless taste, not too strong but you could eat it forever. The garlic fried rice wasn't as garlicky as I imagined, it was easy to eat and delicious. Overall, the flavors were light and refreshing. When I first saw the portions, I thought I might not be able to finish it all, but in the end, I even finished the soup. It had a well-balanced taste that would be liked by anyone. It was more delicious than I expected. I will definitely use this place again.

There are ramen shops scattered all over Tokyo. On this day, I had some errands in Shibuya. The orange sign catches your eye. The menu is extensive. I had the aged salt ramen. The soup is pure white, mild in flavor. It's a gentle tasting salt ramen. There were foreigners sitting on the terrace seats. It's a nice atmosphere. Thank you for the meal.

In Shibuya, all the ramen shops I wanted to go to had long lines. After walking around, I found a shop with a short line on top of a hill. I was immediately greeted by the staff at the entrance of the shop with a warm welcome. I like this kind of place. I ordered the ramen that seemed like their signature dish. Inside the shop, there were many written sayings, so maybe the owner is a researcher. There were various ways to customize the flavor, which made the experience enjoyable. The ramen exceeded my expectations, it was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

Today, I had a light drink in Shibuya before dinner at "Ore-ryu Shio Ramen". I ordered the Stamina Don Set for 1080 yen. There were many ramen shops that caught my eye, but I felt like having some rice so I decided to stop by here. The set came with a choice of mini ramen, and I chose the Spicy Salt Ramen. To be honest, both the Stamina Don and the ramen were just okay. I tried to adjust the taste using the table seasonings, but the sweetness of the Stamina Don was disappointing. Maybe I should have gone for a less spicy ramen.

It is located less than 10 minutes up Dogenzaka from Shibuya Station. You buy your meal ticket outside. I ordered the Tokorei-style ramen, leaving it all up to the chef. The service was surprisingly polite, and the salt ramen had an elegant taste. It was delicious.

Holiday arrival at 1pm, no waiting. Special Ore-style salt ramen for 980 yen, with aged salt and firm noodles ordered. Creamy with a taste similar to salt pork bone. Delicious, but also gives off a somewhat generic chain restaurant vibe. The chashu is smaller than expected, a bit disappointing. The flavored egg is just average. The free toppings of rock seaweed and grated yam are excellent. This adds an extra 0.5 points. It's great to have a lot of them included.

A salt ramen restaurant located above Shibuya Dogenzaka. The soup is rich but not heavy, making it perfect for finishing off a meal. The chashu is melt-in-your-mouth tender. There are plenty of topping options to customize your ramen. The thin noodles pair perfectly with the soup. It's a taste that will make you want to come back again and again.
