We visited the restaurant with family around 1:00 PM. We ordered Sichuan-style saliva chicken for 690 yen and a set of Sichuan-style mapo tofu for 1,180 yen. The food was served by a serving robot. It was our first time trying Sichuan-style mapo tofu and it had a rich flavor. The amount of minced meat was a bit less, but the tofu was just the right size to eat in one bite. It was quite spicy, but it went well with rice. You could choose from large, medium, or small rice, and we chose medium. We were 95% full by the end of the meal.

Located along the Shin-Ome Kaido in Higashiyamato City, it may be difficult to visit without a car. The restaurant is very spacious with many family-friendly tables. It can also be used like an izakaya. The dishes are surprisingly authentic and delicious for the price. The robots serving due to a shortage of staff were impressive, moving briskly. Children might enjoy it. When it gets busy, the service may slow down, but considering the prices, it's worth it. A place where you can enjoy delicious food with family or friends. We had a great time!

I visited the restaurant a while after it opened, and there was a long line outside at that time, so I gave up. It took me a while, but I finally went. The interior of the restaurant is quite spacious and you can relax. Orders are placed using a tablet. Personally, I found the pricing to be quite high. I ordered the shrimp wonton noodles (salt) and beef XO sauce fried rice. I wanted to get the large portion, but it was too expensive at an additional 300 yen, so I skipped it. The taste of both dishes was not bad, but not particularly delicious either. The fried rice had less meat than expected, and the meat had a unique flavor, maybe five-spice powder? The portion size was also small. So, considering the price, it was quite disappointing. I would have been more satisfied going to a nearby restaurant instead. The ramen was quite light, with thin and smooth noodles, which was nice. The shrimp wontons were tasty. I went with my family of four, but the serving order was very unbalanced. For example, we were served one bowl of noodles first, then another bowl just 5 minutes later. This was followed by two servings of fried rice, and right before we finished eating the fried rice, the shrimp wonton noodles were served. It was so late that I wanted to cancel, but they said it was ready to be served, so we reluctantly ate it. The taste was average, the price was high, and the service was poor. I probably won't go back again. Thank you for the meal.

The seafood was delicious with big chunks. The soup and ingredients were well seasoned and flavorful. The vegetable dumplings were missing corn, but I could taste the sweetness of corn. Next time, I'll try the meat dumplings. The XO sauce stir-fry had a disappointing fishy smell coming from the scallops.

A new Chinese restaurant appeared along the Shin-Aome street, where there used to be a Jeans Mate. I heard rumors about their happy hour, so I decided to visit for the first time. It's a bit far from any station, which is a bit of a challenge. The happy hour is from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM on weekdays, but last order is at 5:45 PM so be aware of that. The draft beer is priced at a happy hour rate of 250 yen excluding tax, which is quite good. The food menu is not particularly cheap. The dumplings are large, but 4 pieces cost around 500 yen. Other dishes are around 1000 yen each. It's better value to go for a set menu with various items included. The flavors are solid and go well with beer! Even on a weekday evening, there were a decent number of customers. The spacious interior allows for a leisurely dining experience.

As I was leisurely driving towards Shinjuku on the Niihara Street, I noticed a sign for a famous ramen shop in Machida, the "Koshinfu." But wait, it seems like it has already changed into something else! Oh no, it didn't even last a year... Running a food business is tough, and I am reminded of that once again. Also, it seems like this Beijing Restaurant chain is expanding rapidly. They have opened up in East Tokorozawa and even in Kawagoe, although the latter has already closed down. Looks like they are invading from Yamato City in Kanagawa. It was already past 2 p.m., and I was getting hungry, so I decided to give it a try. The interior of the restaurant is decorated in a Chinese style with red hanging decorations adding to the ambiance. The background music playing was "Night Fragrance," which was quite nostalgic. The lunch menu offers eight options, and you can order until 5 p.m., which is very convenient for those like me who can't keep track of time. I decided to try the Sichuan Mapo Tofu Set (1080 yen) with extra rice (free). The menu mentioned that they use tofu from Tomizuka Tofu, established in the first year of the Keio era (1865) in Atsugi. Curious, I looked it up and found out that Chen Mapo Tofu also uses the same tofu, so it seems like an upgrade. The restaurant was not crowded, and my meal arrived in less than 5 minutes. The set included egg soup and chicken ham salad, so I started with the salad. Now, onto the Sichuan Mapo Tofu... It has a deep color and a strong flavor of doubanjiang. It's not overly spicy but has a rich taste that is suitable for Japanese palates. The fusion of flavors is well-balanced, making it a good match with rice. Surprisingly, it turned out to be quite delicious. I hope this local Chinese chain will continue to expand and compete in the Tama and Saitama areas.

The late lunch ended up being really late. We missed the lunch menu and ended up in dinner time. The Japanese lady who guided us in seemed like a veteran. I'm not sure how long she's been working there, but she seemed like a seasoned Japanese lady. They use iPads for ordering here, so I can't remember if she said anything when she showed us to our table. We ordered the weekday dinner set 'H' for dad - Three kinds of seafood with XO sauce stir-fry, and the weekday dinner set 'C' for me - Sichuan-style mapo tofu in a hot pot. We also got beer and highballs during happy hour. Using iPads for ordering might save on labor costs for the restaurant, but it can lead to small misunderstandings, so they need to be careful. This time, we just got unlucky with the "staff lottery" and encountered someone with a bit of an attitude. The food was delicious though, so we'll definitely come back again.

This is my second visit here (✿ㆁᴗㆁ) and I found out that the lunch menu has changed a bit‼️(For those interested, please check my previous post for photos m(_ _)m) They have 5 options from A to H that change, which is such a great deal! It makes me excited for the next time already~♪ My dad had option F, which was simmered pork and eggplant in soy sauce. Besides pork and eggplant, it also had green peppers, onions, and enoki mushrooms. The enoki mushrooms had a perfect texture and added a nice crunch❤ It's more like a stir-fry than a simmer dish, in my opinion (^^) I chose option E, Szechuan-style mapo tofu. The menu lists one chili pepper, but it's actually quite spicy (๑˃́ꇴ˂̀๑) It's addictive❤ After enjoying it with Shaoxing wine, I poured the sauce over rice and devoured it eagerly~(◍˃̶ᗜ˂̶◍)ﾉ" It was really delicious‼️ A surprising moment this time was when the cat-shaped serving robot mistakenly came to our table, then quickly realized its mistake and turned away. There used to be a jeans shop, but now a Chinese restaurant has opened there. I was in the mood for Chinese food since I woke up in the morning. After finishing my errands in the morning, I headed straight to the restaurant that my dad found, which was about 20 kilometers away. I started with a glass of Shaoxing wine while looking at the menu. The Shaoxing wine arrived in no time, and it was easy to drink with a light sweetness. They even served turtle soup right at the table. We decided to go for the lunch set menu. My dad chose the G Sichuan-style shrimp with chili sauce, while I went for the C braised beef with rice. The food was different from the usual, but we enjoyed the unique flavors. My beef dish had a strong star anise flavor, which was delicious but a bit heavy on the stomach. I couldn't finish all the rice. The almond jelly dessert with white wood ear mushrooms was also interesting. I was happy to see a sign saying that the staff can take orders, and there was a menu book behind the iPad. This made ordering easy and convenient. My dad wants to bring my mom next time, and I also plan to bring someone along when I visit again. My stomach and heart were full of happiness. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

Last week, I came here at lunchtime and there was a long line, so I avoided it! This time, I came right at opening time and was able to get in smoothly! I was seated at a table and placed my order using a touch panel. A robot called Nyanko Robot brought the food to me (it was also active at Gusto last week). I ordered beef fried rice, and although I wasn't expecting much, it was really authentic and delicious! I got the large portion, but it was a bit small for me, so I thought it would have been better to add noodles or something... I also had some dumplings, which were also quite tasty! They were filled with plenty of vegetables and you can order them in sets of 2. I ordered 4 of them! This time I had a rice dish, so next time I want to try the noodles. I tried a bit of the sesame dumplings that my companion ordered, and the sesame flavor was fragrant, the dumplings were hot and soft, and the filling was not too sweet, it was delicious! The seating was spacious and easy to use! Highly recommended! For payment, you need to take the card-like thing on the table to the register to settle the bill. It was delicious.

On August 11, 2022, I visited "Koshinfu" for ramen, but the restaurant had changed. I wonder what happened to "Koshinfu"? Maybe the portion sizes were too big? This time, I tried the chain restaurant's clam sauce five-ingredient ramen. It had shrimp, squid, meat, vegetables, and was full of ingredients! The ginger was strong and the clams were a bit shriveled, but overall, it was delicious! The noodles were thin and nice. Since it's a general Chinese restaurant, I'd like to try dishes like shrimp chili and fried rice next time. The serving robot was interesting!

I went to Beijing Restaurant located along the Shin-Ōme Kaidō in Tōdaiwa City. I was impressed by the variety and cost-effectiveness of the weekday lunch menu, and decided on the "Beef Angle Stew Rice". It was very delicious. The combination of beef and bok choy is a unique taste that can only be found in Chinese cuisine. The beef was tender and superb. If you post a review on the restaurant's website, you will receive Shaoxing wine. I will definitely visit again.

There used to be a ramen shop in the past, but now a large Chinese restaurant has opened in its place. The parking lot is spacious, and the interior of the restaurant is also large. The menu is displayed on a touch panel, and the food is served by both staff and serving robots, making it high-tech. I ordered crab fried rice, but it was not crispy and rather soft, and the portion was small, leaving me feeling unsatisfied. Payment is made by taking the number plate placed on the table to the register, where various electronic payment methods can be used.

Visited a new restaurant and ordered the Braised Beef Ankake Soba with 4 Pork Dumplings. Upon arrival, the restaurant was already 90% full, and the atmosphere was lively with the automatic serving robots making a lot of noise. They even sang "Happy Birthday" for a customer, creating a unique and engaging experience. The Braised Beef Ankake Ramen was delicious and piping hot, but it took a while to be served after my partner finished their meal. I would have preferred a quicker service. There are other menu items I'm interested in trying, so I will definitely be back.

This is my second visit. Last time, we had to wait a bit to get in because the restaurant had just opened, but this time we were seated fairly quickly. The shrimp fried rice, dumplings, mapo tofu, and wonton noodles were all delicious.

It was authentic Chinese cuisine. Each dish had a great taste of the ingredients and was delicious. The weekend lunch was around a thousand yen, which was reasonable. They also had cheap alcohol for a limited time, so I plan to come back soon. The interior was well done and the atmosphere was nice.

I experienced a meal-serving robot for the first time. I think children would enjoy it. The food tasted average and on the sweeter side, but it was affordable.

I had chashu ramen and gyoza. It had a greasy impression typical of Chinese cuisine. The taste was easy to eat with no strong flavors. The robot serving system and giving toys to children were nice touches.

I had the Sichuan-style Mapo Tofu hot pot set meal and dumplings. It was delicious. Just be aware that the portion is large, so if you want to try different dishes, pay attention to the amount you order.
