I visited this restaurant that opened in May this year, and the quality has improved significantly since my first visit. I had a pairing of Japanese sake and white wine, and the first sake served was delicious. The tuna, sourced from Hino Nagasa, was also very tasty. I didn't take photos of everything, but the course included a variety of appetizers. The chefs seemed initially reserved, but once we got to know each other, they were quite entertaining. It's the kind of place that you would want to visit regularly.

Review: A new restaurant in the Azabu-Juban area! Visited for the first time based on recommendations from colleagues. The interior is clean with only around 10 seats at the counter. The menu is full of unique dishes, starting with the Negitoro with plenty of ingredients, seasonal appetizers, a chawanmushi with seasonal matsutake mushrooms, TKG (rice with flying fish roe), and simmered shark fin, among others. The sushi includes tuna, blackthroat seaperch, and conger eel, providing a variety of options to enjoy. The portion sizes were just right and very satisfying! It's still easy to make reservations, so I highly recommend it!

They serve a variety of side dishes other than sushi. It's a sushi kaiseki restaurant, so you can look forward to what will come next! They also offer meat dishes, so you won't get tired of eating until the end. They have a sake sommelier who can recommend and serve various types of sake, which is also nice. You can see Tokyo Tower from inside the restaurant. It's a nice atmosphere! #Sushi #Sashimi #Azabujuban #Want to connect with sushi lovers #Want to connect with gourmet lovers #Want to connect with Tokyo Tower #Tokyo Gourmet #Azabujuban Gourmet

I suddenly decided to go to a sushi restaurant on the same day, and while other restaurants were difficult to book, I found this place that had availability. Honestly, the restaurant had few reviews on Tabelog, and I didn't have high expectations since I was able to book on the same day. However, when I entered the restaurant, I could smell the freshness, and upon asking the chef, I found out that the restaurant had just opened last month! There were two chefs in front of the counter, one seemed a bit nervous and the other had a more casual attitude, serving us dishes. The sushi was quite delicious, with small portions of rice that seemed appealing to women. Personally, I would have liked the rice to be a bit larger, but I'm currently on a diet, so I refrained. The appetizers served in between were unique and not something you would typically find in a sushi restaurant. Instead of tempura, we had grilled fish, and even duck grilled over charcoal. It felt like being in a super delicious izakaya, and my drinks went down smoothly. The dishes made by the sushi chefs were really tasty! It was a contrast to the strict atmosphere of a traditional sushi restaurant, but it left an impression as a place with good value where you could visit regularly. I felt like supporting the young chefs who seemed promising. The only thing that bothered me was that they seemed a bit inexperienced in their operations, as the way they served drinks or handed out hot towels wasn't very elegant. However, I didn't deduct points this time as the part-time staff seemed cute and nervous. They mentioned that they change the order of dishes and make minor adjustments depending on the day, and when I asked if I could eat something different if I came back in a week, they replied, "We'll change everything with determination!" It seemed like they might have given me too much alcohol. Lesson learned!

This is a sushi restaurant run by a chef who used to run a Japanese restaurant. The new store is very clean and has a calm atmosphere. The menu includes unique dishes like duck and seasonal vegetables that are not commonly found in other sushi restaurants, making the dining experience enjoyable. The sushi is carefully prepared, especially the vinegar-marinated horse mackerel was surprising. In addition to the pickled ginger, they also provided cucumber, eggplant, and myoga pickles as palate cleansers, which was great. The generous serving of sea urchin as a bonus was fantastic! Towards the end, they served a special dish of shark fin, which is not commonly found in sushi restaurants. The red miso soup served at the end had plenty of ingredients and was just the right amount. The omakase course for ¥22,000 was a great value for the performance. The staff were polite and friendly, creating a comfortable atmosphere. It was a hidden gem that I was happy to discover. If I had to nitpick, I thought it was innovative that they didn't serve sashimi as an appetizer, but I would have been happy if they did! However, this might vary depending on the day. I've already made a reservation for my next visit and look forward to going back! Thank you for the meal!

The boss invited me out to dinner, along with his wife, so I cleared my schedule and headed to Azabu-Juban. The station there is like a maze, so be careful not to take the wrong exit and end up on the opposite side. It's best to take the Oedo Line when heading to this restaurant. As you walk a bit from the station, you'll see a beautifully lit building. On the 5th floor is "Sushirakuza Hano Ki." The interior has a clean counter with about 10 seats. The dishes included: - Hijiki seaweed with sesame and kettle-cooked whitebait - Bonito sashimi with green ginger from Kagoshima - Medium fatty tuna that disappears quickly with no strong taste - Vinegared horse mackerel without any unpleasant sourness - Abalone with liver sauce, which you can order separately - White squid with a great crunchy texture, sweetness, and tenderness - Sweet shrimp, the best shrimp sushi I've ever had - Live scallop with no fishy smell, just the delicious taste of the shellfish - Fried scallop from Miyagi Prefecture with a refreshing citrus flavor - Beltfish caviar sushi named "TKG" - Charcoal-grilled pork from Hokkaido, cooked on cedar wood for a fantastic aroma - Oyster and seaweed chawanmushi with a strong seaweed flavor - Pufferfish fin simmered in broth, kue, and golden eye snapper with only salt seasoning - Charcoal-beaten golden eye snapper, with all the flavor coming out - Maguro red meat with an incredibly clear taste, no fishy smell - Freshwater eel so soft and fluffy - Uni with a strong smell and not very tasty, unfortunately - Clam red miso soup - Negitoro with an incredible amount of tuna - Cheesecake made with possibly imported ingredients. Despite the disappointment with the sushi, the creativity in the dishes was highly praised!

A new sushi restaurant has opened in Azabu-Juban, and despite being newly opened, reservations are already booked up to a month and a half in advance. The restaurant has two head chefs, both with extensive experience in Japanese cuisine, having worked as head chefs in other restaurants for many years. The quality of the food, especially the side dishes, was outstanding and the service was impeccable. One of the chefs is also a certified sake sommelier, so the selection of sake is extensive and includes some personally curated options. The location is great, with a view of Tokyo Tower from inside the clean and modern building. The high quality and reasonable prices make this restaurant a hidden gem with great potential for growth. The meal included 6 side dishes and 10 pieces of sushi, all of which were delicious. Overall, everyone I went with was extremely satisfied and had a wonderful dining experience. I would definitely recommend making a reservation in advance and perhaps even consider booking a private party at this restaurant in the future.
