This restaurant is located next to a popular izakaya, with dim lighting and a quiet exterior. However, once you step inside, it exudes a local atmosphere. The Singaporean dishes served here are incredibly delicious. Among them, the stir-fried bean sprouts, which may look plain but captured the hearts of our group who love ham yue, paired perfectly with local beer. Dip the fluffy mantou in chili sauce or black pepper sauce for a delightful experience. Due to the current situation with COVID-19, we haven't been able to travel to Asia much, but enjoying the food here allows us to savor the local vibe. We ordered a variety of dishes and drank plenty of Asian beers and spirits, all at surprisingly reasonable prices.

Singaporean cuisine in Awajicho. Visited on a Saturday afternoon. It has a nice atmosphere, like a stylish tropical cafe. Had a Singha beer and some Paper Chicken as a snack. The chicken was wrapped in paper and baked, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Delicious. Of course, the main dish was the Hainanese Chicken Rice, ordered in a medium size with extra coriander. The dish looked simple with meat, rice, and coriander. Thought it might be a small portion, but there was actually a lot of chicken. The chicken was tender and juicy, must be good quality. Even with less fat, it wasn't dry, which was impressive. The rice cooked with chicken broth was firm, not sticky. Also to my liking. Is this different in each country? Or is it a characteristic of this restaurant? Delicious. The ginger, chili, soy sauce, and other sauces were also good. The soup was quite refreshing. A place with a nice atmosphere, would like to try other dishes as well. It would be even better if the alcohol was cheaper.

The dishes I had in Singapore were transplanted directly to Tokyo. The chicken rice is really tender, with chicken-flavored rice that complements it well. The laksa and other dishes also feel like being in Singapore. The small interior of the restaurant also reminds me of Singapore. The staff are very friendly, which is also a plus.

I made a reservation for Saturday at 6:00 pm. I made the reservation about 10 days ago. Reservations are required! The inside of the restaurant was slightly warm, and the atmosphere made it feel like I was actually experiencing it there. Every dish was amazing, but I have never had Hainan chicken rice this delicious before.

I usually go for lunch, but this time I went for dinner for the first time. The combination of shrimp in Singapore chili sauce and mantou was amazing! The sauce was not spicy, but rich with a shrimp or crab flavor. There were many other menu options, and the boiled peanuts and coriander salad were delicious. Of course, the Hainanese chicken rice that they serve during lunch was also tasty!

I visited the restaurant before 12 p.m. on a weekday and there were still seats available. I ordered the Hainanese chicken rice and mango pudding that I wanted to eat. The staff provided efficient and pleasant service. First, the Hainanese chicken rice. The chicken was moist and the skin was tender, which was delightful. The simple taste was also good. You can enjoy different flavors with three types of condiments. The jasmine rice was delicious as well. The soup was elegant. I couldn't resist getting seconds. Adding ginger from the three condiments made the flavor more robust. The mango pudding with coconut sauce was elegant and to my liking. The juicy mango pudding paired well with the sauce. I would like to visit this restaurant again. Thank you for the meal.

I arrived at the restaurant around 12:00 on a regular day. Luckily, there were empty seats and I was seated at a table near the front right away. There were three male staff members, and the floor manager was very efficient. Following a friend's recommendation, I ordered the Laksa for 1050 yen. When asked if I wanted rice, I said "yes" without hesitation. The dish arrived in a few minutes. It consisted of orange-colored Laksa soup, seasoned rice, and a small dish of red condiment. The Laksa had a fragrant coconut and seafood soup with medium noodles, fish cake, and bean sprouts. The soup had a rich and deep flavor, with the coconut not overpowering the seafood taste. However, I felt that there could have been a bit more noodles. I asked for a refill of rice, which filled me up completely. As I was leaving, I noticed a line forming outside the restaurant, indicating its popularity.

While I'm in Tokyo, I've been trying out a lot of foreign cuisine restaurants this year. This time, I visited a Singaporean restaurant and here's what we ordered: - Fish Head Curry 3680 yen - Rice (per person) 260 yen Reservations are required at least 5 days in advance. The fish in the curry sauce was delicious and the portion was enough for 3-4 people. If you're not confident in eating a lot, I recommend trying the set menu. - Carrot Cake 860 yen - Hokkien Mee 1480 yen - Paper Chicken 380 yen - Stir-fried Shrimp with Black Sauce 1880 yen - Mantou 140 yen - Nyonya Achar 680 yen - Tiger Beer 890 yen - Sangria 680 yen All the dishes were delicious without strong flavors. The drinks were also easy to enjoy. If you don't order too many drinks, the total cost won't be too high. Next time, I want to try Hainanese Chicken Rice or Laksa for lunch.

I made a reservation and arrived at the restaurant. It was fully booked for the 6:00 PM slot, so I only reserved the birthday dessert plate for the curry and my daughter's husband, who couldn't eat without a reservation. Each person gets a plate of jasmine rice with the curry. The dessert plate came with durian ice cream, which made us very happy. Thank you for the delicious meal.

I ordered the course menu. Every dish was delicious and I was impressed! I was excited to try new dishes and flavors I had never experienced before. The restaurant was full of people, including those who work nearby, creating a lively atmosphere. It reminded me of the bustling feeling of eating out in Asian countries. I will definitely go back!

I visited on a regular night. It was an area that I was not very familiar with, but I managed to arrive safely while looking at the map. It was a slightly cool day, so with the windows open, there was a warm Singapore-like atmosphere in the air. The other customers also seemed to be seeking authentic flavors. I came to reminisce about the taste with an old friend I met in Singapore, so I was already very satisfied when I entered. The course names are named after Singaporean locations, which already sparked conversation. Nostalgic. This time, I chose the Clementi course. The carrot cake, paper chicken, and hokkien mee that I wanted to eat were all so authentic and impressive. Even the dishes had a hawker feel. The drink menu is also extensive. Reservations are probably necessary, so if you want to experience Singaporean flavors, be sure to visit.

It was a pretty small restaurant, but everything I ordered was quite delicious and I really liked it. The chili crab chicken rice laksa was variously delicious. The laksa was better at Seijo Ishii. If it had a little more richness, it would be even better!!! Looking forward to it!

During the COVID pandemic, it was relatively easy to get a table, but after transitioning to Tier 5, it's hard to find a seat during lunchtime. I arrived around 11:45 on a weekday and it was almost full. Luckily, I got a seat. There are not many places in Japan that serve authentic dishes, so I ordered the Bak Kut Teh (1,050 yen). The rice cooked in chicken soup is refillable. The spare ribs easily fall off the bone and the peppery soup is delicious. I am very satisfied.

Thank you for being near my workplace. I have loved Singapore chicken rice even before it became popular in Japan, and I even make it myself. I have tried various chicken rice dishes in Tokyo, but this one is my favorite. The rice is delicious. It's great that you can get free refills of rice and soup. I always end up eating too much rice haha. Sometimes I even fill up on rice alone at first. The chicken breast is moist and tender, and even the regular portion is plenty. There are a lot of female customers. If you go right when they open at 11:30, you can get in quickly, but if you go after 12, you might have to wait because of the lunch rush from nearby offices.

I love Singapore chicken rice. Twenty years ago, I used to eat at the now-closed Yumimeshi Nishishinbashi store every other day. Since the store closed, I have been wandering around trying different places. I visited a restaurant during lunchtime at 12:30 on a weekday. The place was 80% full. The lunch menu displayed outside included Hainanese chicken rice, laksa, and bak kut teh, which I was familiar with. It was my first visit, so I decided to try the chicken rice. The dish was elegantly presented, although I wished it had a bit more fat. The chicken was cooked perfectly. I was very satisfied with the meal. What I liked even more than the chicken rice was the interior and atmosphere of the restaurant. It recreated the atmosphere of a slightly languid Malaysian eatery very well. There were coasters from the E&O Hotel in Penang, which made me feel nostalgic. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal. I would like to visit again at night.

Carrot cake, Hainanese chicken rice, Singapore-style black pepper sauce stir-fried shrimp, Mantou, Char Kway Teow, grass jelly and longan dessert for 3500 yen per person. This Singaporean restaurant is famous for its Hainanese chicken rice. I have been here for lunch a few times, but this was my first visit for dinner. They were able to seat us for just an hour as they had availability. They served us promptly and we were able to try a variety of dishes in a short amount of time, which left us very satisfied. The carrot cake was interesting, made with radish cake and eggs in Singaporean style, chewy and delicious. The Hainanese chicken rice was as delicious as always, even better than other places. I especially enjoyed the black pepper sauce stir-fried shrimp, the plump shrimp had a addictive flavor and was great wrapped in Mantou. Char Kway Teow was a dish with various ingredients and two types of noodles, with a sweet and savory flavor. This dish is popular in Singapore, and it was my first time trying it, but I really liked it. The grass jelly dessert had a firm texture and the syrup was sweet and easy to eat. The food was delicious, and the price for all this was great. There are many other dishes I want to try, so I would like to visit again. It seems like a convenient place for gatherings and drinking parties, although the seating is a bit tight, so it might be better to go with people you are close with.

Recommended popular restaurant for reservations. The interior is small but full of local charm. They recreate the taste of the local cuisine, and compared to other Singaporean restaurants, the taste is closer to the authentic flavors, making you feel like you're on a trip to Singapore. We ordered the paper chicken, stir-fried vegetables, prawns in black pepper sauce, bak kut teh, and chicken rice. You can choose the portion size, so it's enjoyable for both individuals and groups. Definitely a place worth revisiting!

Visit on a regular night. It is recommended to make a reservation as it is difficult to get in without one. Although there is air conditioning, the interior is narrow and the kitchen is open, making it quite hot and humid. All windows are open. Combined with the atmosphere inside the restaurant, it feels like you are dining at a real destination. Even during the COVID-19 pandemic when traveling abroad is difficult, you can still enjoy the feeling of being on a trip. The recommended dish at this restaurant is the chicken rice, but everything is delicious. The mantou (Chinese steamed bun) is also subtly recommended for its chewy and fluffy texture.

This restaurant is always crowded with people, so I decided to visit on a rainy day. The first time I tried the chicken rice (no photo), the second time I had laksa, and the third time I tried bak kut teh. I didn't know what bak kut teh was, so I had to look it up on my smartphone before ordering (embarrassing). Bak kut teh turned out to be pork ribs. Laksa is my favorite, and it seems to be getting more popular lately with even cup noodles available in certain places. All three lunch options are delicious, but it would be nice if the chicken rice had a bit more volume (maybe more side dishes to go with the chicken).

This is a small Singaporean restaurant located on the first floor of a small building next to the long-established izakaya "Mimasuya" in Kanda Ogawamachi. The atmosphere inside is tropical and cozy, with about 20 table seats. The menu includes Singaporean dishes such as Hainanese chicken rice, laksa, bak kut teh, and Hokkien mee. I ordered the Hainanese chicken rice (large portion) for 1,290 yen, and it was served in about 10 minutes. The dish consisted of a mound of rice on the bottom half of a large round plate, with a generous amount of chicken stacked on the top half. Cucumber pickles and coriander were served on both sides of the rice, with three types of sauces on a separate plate. The chicken was moist and flavorful, cooked in a rich broth. The rice, cooked in the chicken broth, was also delicious. Adding some coriander for a refreshing touch enhanced the overall flavor. The chicken soup, infused with ginger, was also a delightful addition. This was the best Hainanese chicken rice I've ever had, surpassing even Thai-style khao man gai. I'm curious about the laksa and bak kut teh on the menu, so I plan to visit again soon.
