Tokyo Skytree Town Solamachi 7F, a Monja-yaki / Okonomiyaki restaurant called "Tsukishima Specialty Monja Daruma" where there is a long line of customers waiting. On a holiday around 17:40, the restaurant was already full and there were about 20 people waiting in line. However, surprisingly, I was able to enter the restaurant relatively quickly around 18:30. After disinfecting and getting my temperature checked, I entered the restaurant filled with delicious smells! This time, I ordered the "Crispy Caesar Salad," "Tsukishima Bomb Yaki," and "Musashi Monja." The staff will cook the food for you, so all you have to do is watch and eat! What a great service! I ordered the Crispy Caesar Salad, which had Baby Star snacks on top. The Caesar dressing was generous, and the cabbage was fresh and crunchy. The perfect amount of saltiness made it delicious! The Tsukishima Bomb Yaki contained a luxurious mix of 12 types of vegetables and seafood. Although we accidentally messed up the finishing touches like sauce and mayonnaise (oops), the professional touch was evident. The golden brown crust and fluffy texture of the pancake were amazing! The cabbage-based vegetables, along with shrimp and octopus, were full of umami flavor and absolutely irresistible! I usually don't like mochi in my okonomiyaki or monja-yaki, but the subtle inclusion here added a nice texture accent. We quickly finished it, laughing all the way! The Musashi Monja, although a bit pricey, was an extremely luxurious monja-yaki with a whole steak inside. The staff cooked it for us, and their skill in chopping the cabbage was impressive. This was also incredibly delicious! The steak, cooked in butter, was very tender, with just the right amount of fat. To find such delicious steak in a monja-yaki restaurant was a pleasant surprise. I don't know if it's the ingredient quality, the fact that it had been a while since I last had it, or simply my lack of cooking skills, but it was truly delicious. I couldn't stop eating, even though I burned my mouth from the heat. I will definitely come back again! Maybe next time, I'll try it in Tsukishima! Thank you for the meal!
