★3.8 [FILE 4227] On September 7, 2023 (Thursday) at 11:49, I visited a tart specialty store that opened 11 years and 4 months ago in May 2012 on the 2nd floor of Tokyo Solamachi, located just behind the Edo River Street in Oshiage. There are a total of 4 stores: Kilfe Bon Grand Maison Ginza (opened in April 2011), Kilfe Bon Tokyo Skytree Town Solamachi Store (opened in May 2012), Kilfe Bon Aoyama (opened in December 2014), and Kilfe Bon Tokyo Dome City Store (opened in July 2023). As of May 2023, there are 28 remaining stores after one store closed down. The interior of the store has a cute atmosphere with beige and pink tones. There are table seats in the front, with a total of 30 seats, making it quite spacious. During my visit, around 10% of the seats were occupied. Even afterwards, the occupancy rate remained around 10%, so it was very empty. The customers were all female. The menu includes various tarts such as Okinawa Mango Tart, Fig and Chocolate Cream Tart, Pumpkin Brulee, Nagano Purple Tart, Coffee-flavored Chocolate Tart, Hokkaido Melon Tart, Ibaraki Pear Tart, Fig and Red Fruit Chocolate Tart, Sweet Potato Tart with Brown Sugar Flavor, Brittany Cream Cheese Tart, Mont Blanc, Red Fruit Tart, Shine Muscat Tart, Strawberry Tart, Fukuoka Fig and Yomitsuhime Tart, and Seasonal Fruit Tart. I ordered the Fig and Red Fruit Chocolate Tart for 924 yen. The tart was served 4 minutes after ordering. It consisted of cocoa tart crust with chocolate mousse, orange-flavored custard, strawberries, raspberries, black cherries, currants, cranberries, and figs on top. The combination of the slightly bitter cocoa tart crust, rich chocolate mousse, refreshing orange custard, sweetness of strawberries, tartness of raspberries, and the sweet and sour flavor of figs was very delicious. The interior of the store is bright and open with a white color scheme. Various cashless payments are accepted. The Fig and Red Fruit Chocolate Tart for 924 yen was very delicious with its combination of flavors.
