A crab restaurant in Ebisu. I used this restaurant to celebrate a friend who loves Japanese sake. It's a 5-minute walk from the station. Inside, there is a tank with crabs! All private rooms, with a mature Japanese atmosphere. They have a variety of whiskies, so we toasted with a Chita highball. We had the 9800 yen course this time. The appetizers were delicious with spinach and shimeji mushrooms, pumpkin and wheat gluten stew, octopus simmered in a tasty broth, and more. The crab sashimi was amazing, with toro, kue, and snow crab. The kue had a great texture and the snow crab was so sweet and melted in the mouth. The deep-fried crab and yellowtail was flavorful and perfect with alcohol. The crab and yellowtail steamed in a teapot was rich in flavor. The crab rice bowl was heavenly with lots of crab and ikura. The dessert was orange mousse with syrup-soaked pear and Shine Muscat. They had a variety of sake including Ushiki, Sari, and the special selection of the day, Nisshin from Kyoto. The 9800 yen course was a great deal and we couldn't finish all the food because we were so full. It seems like other courses have even more dishes, so I recommend going on an empty stomach. You can enjoy a leisurely meal in a private room!

Ebisu Station is just a 1.2-minute walk away from this restaurant located on the 3rd floor of a nearby building, offering a charming and sophisticated atmosphere. The interior is chic and calm, with traditional Japanese private rooms perfect for adult dates or business entertaining. Moreover, as a crab specialty restaurant run by a Michelin-starred group, expectations are high. As soon as you enter, you'll see a crab tank, which adds to the excitement. Once seated in a private room, I chose Inedit craft beer, a premium creation by the famous El Bulli. The drink selection is extensive, and the choices show great taste. The first course included simmered octopus, pumpkin, and mushroom. This was followed by a platter of snow crab with plenty of crab claws and meat, offering a substantial portion. The crab miso, vinegar with citrus, two-cup vinegar, and purple shiso provided various delightful flavors. The sparkling sake Nana Ken Yamanokasumi SPK was light and fruity, perfect for continuous enjoyment. The sashimi for the day comprised fatty tuna, flounder, and snow crab. The tuna had slight sinew, the flounder was well-aged, and the snow crab was delightfully chewy. The deep-fried yellowtail amberjack and snow crab had a slightly strong flavor, making it a great accompaniment to drinks. The Fukui Sari Go Wari Morohaku Junmai Daiginjo sake was served with a steamed egg custard with winter melon and plenty of crab meat, offering a gentle flavor. The Isosan Aoharu Junmai Ginjo sake was enjoyed with a crab and salmon roe mixed rice dish. The chef mixed it skillfully in front of us, combining the crab umami, salmon roe saltiness, and abundant shredded omelet in perfect harmony. Some sesame seeds, seaweed, and shiso leaves as condiments would have been a nice addition for flavor variation. For dessert, we had poached pears and Shine Muscat orange mousse. At 9,800 yen, this crab-themed course was satisfying in both quantity and quality. While crab specialty restaurants are often associated with major chains, this hidden gem strikes a perfect balance in terms of ambiance, service, taste, and value. It's a recommended spot for when you're in the mood for crab. Thank you for the feast.

The restaurant offers a "Fujio Omakase Course" for ¥14800 which includes a variety of dishes such as assorted appetizers, snow crab sashimi, deep-fried snow crab and yellowtail, crab hot pot, crab chawanmushi, crab rice porridge, pickles, and dessert. The reviewer also enjoyed a lemon sour, Inedit beer, Jyubei Yamadanishiki sake, Zanicatela Tequila, Fever-Tree ginger beer, and various soft drinks. The overall rating for the restaurant is 95 points, with high scores for cost performance (93), service (90), and cleanliness (94). The atmosphere is described as calm and cozy, making it a place the reviewer would like to visit again.

[Ebisu Kaniyoshi] Location: 3 minutes walk from Ebisu Station Budget: 10,000-20,000 yen Located near the west exit of Ebisu Station, this crab specialty restaurant is run by "Shiorian Yamashiro," which has won one Michelin star. You can enjoy Japanese cuisine that highlights crab and seasonal ingredients. The restaurant is located on the third floor of a building, alongside Sushi Shiorian Yamashiro and Ebisu Mitsuba. The restaurant offers private rooms with a calm atmosphere. I tried the "Fuji" course this time, which included the following menu: - Assorted appetizers - Octopus simmered in cherry blossom - Confit of sweetfish - Sauteed mushrooms and spinach - Snow crab sashimi - Fried dish of snow crab and yellowtail - Crab hot pot - Steamed dish - Crab chawanmushi (savory egg custard) - Crab porridge - Pickles - Watermelon dessert - Orange mousse It was a truly luxurious course with a focus on crab. I felt so happy to indulge in so much crab after a long time. The snow crab sashimi was served with plenty of meat in the shell. It was delicious when paired with crab vinegar, shiso flowers, and green onions. The sashimi was sweet and tasty. The fried dish of snow crab and yellowtail was served with a squeeze of lemon. The crab hot pot was filled with plenty of crab legs and was enjoyed with ponzu sauce and grated radish. The chawanmushi and crab porridge were also rich in crab meat. The meal ended with a satisfying crab porridge. Overall, it was a fulfilling crab-focused course. The price was reasonable for the generous amount of crab served. The dinner courses start from 9,800 yen. If you love crab, I highly recommend trying this restaurant. Thank you for the delicious meal! ✨

I occasionally post about enjoying a calm private room lunch with a crab course in Ebisu ☆ Instagram sato_hiros For the first time in a while, I had a business lunch at a crab specialty store run by "Shiorian Yamashiro," which has been awarded one Michelin star. It is located very close to Ebisu Station West Exit, and the convenient seating is all private rooms, making it easy to use for work as well. In the midst of hot days, I wanted to recharge with a delicious lunch. First, a toast with sparkling wine to start off with. The course I had this time was the "Shiori" omakase course: - Assorted appetizers: Sakura simmered octopus, watercress and shimeji mushroom ohitashi, and ayu confit with chrysanthemum - Snow crab sashimi platter (no crab legs this time, menu change?) - Assorted seafood and crab sashimi: Scallop and snow crab sashimi, even more delicious when paired with Japanese sake - Crab specialty dish: Boiled snow crab and vegetables with ponzu sauce for a refreshing taste - Steamed dish: Chawanmushi with snow crab, with a gentle and delicious taste - Rice dish: Small bowl with snow crab, salmon roe, and shredded omelette, a perfect combination of crab and salmon roe - Pickles: Pickled vegetables, a perfect side dish to rest the chopsticks - Red miso soup: A comforting red miso soup made by a sushi chef - Dessert: Orange mousse, pear compote, and shine muscat, paired with Juyondai Honmaru sake The sake list was impressive, but this time the course had fewer dishes, so next time I would choose a course with more variety and want to try different Japanese sake pairings. Thank you for the delicious meal. I had a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience.

Crab dishes and a wonderful time with sake ^ ^ I came to Tokyo, so I had lunch first - I ordered a course meal with spinach and shimeji mushroom ohitashi, ayu confit, simmered konbu, scallop and snow crab sashimi. The sake was Juyondai ♡ Crab shabu-shabu, chawanmushi, pickles, crab and ikura rice bowl, orange mousse, shine muscat and pear compote. The ayu from Awaji was amazing - the crab in all dishes was exquisite. Sake and crab, it was a happy time. When I come to Tokyo again, I will definitely come back. ^ ^

I received an invitation from a friend from my student days to go drinking in Ebisu on this day. We got off at JR Ebisu Station and headed to the restaurant he had reserved... surprise! It was on the 3rd floor of Yakiton "Tatsuya," very close to the station♪■ Ebisu KaniyoshiIt is a specialty store for crab dishes created by a chef who honed his skills at a famous long-established traditional Japanese restaurant. The interior, based on Japanese aesthetics, is an adult space with all private rooms. It has been a while since I last visited a crab specialty store at a memorial service using "Kani Doraku," so I was excited. The course my friend reserved online was...【Shiori Omakase Course ¥9800】Includes luxurious dishes such as Zuwai crab sashimi and crab sashimi. We toasted with draft beer, and the first dish was served.・Assorted AppetizersBoiled edamame in dashi broth, mozuku vinegar, simmered octopusFirst, the appetizers... well, not the ex-wives, I mean, the appetizers. Each dish was perfect with beer, especially the octopus was tender and delicious. If a man who has been divorced 3-4 times is served an "ex-wives assortment," he would be surprised.・Zuwai Crab SashimiZuwai crab served on the shell looks like a beautiful treasure chest. The crab meat is fresh and springy, and you can clearly see the dedication to the ingredients and the careful work.・Assorted Sashimi of Seafood and CrabZuwai crab, squid, and flounder sashimi. The subtle sweetness and elegant richness of the Zuwai crab are irresistible♪・Crab SpecialtyFried Zuwai crab and trefoil.・Steamed DishSteamed crab custard. The thick, hot custard, the flavorful crab meat, and the egg mixture are perfectly intertwined.・Rice DishCrab and salmon roe rice cooked in a pot. The richness and flavor of the crab and salmon roe spread out, making you feel happy with every bite.・Pickles・Red Miso Soup・DessertShine Muscat and pear. Oh, the crab after a long time was incredibly delicious♪ A crab-themed course where you can fully enjoy the deliciousness of Japanese cuisine for ¥9800. I was able to spend an elegant time at a reasonable price. Highly recommended for crab lovers, as it is all private rooms, perfect for dates, anniversaries, and entertaining.※For more details, check out the lively blog...【Warai Buta 2】http://waraibuta2.blog.fc2.com/A man in his 60s. A crab specialty restaurant run by "Shiorian Yamashiro," which has been awarded one Michelin star. Located just a short walk from Ebisu Station West Exit, it is easily accessible. The seating is in private rooms, making it suitable for various occasions such as business entertainment or dates. <Shiorian Omakase Course> This time, I tried the omakase course which included dishes like Zuwai crab sashimi and crab crab. - Domestic Sansho Gin and Tonic: I tried it out of curiosity. It had a faint scent of sansho pepper and was refreshing and easy to drink. - Assorted Appetizers: Pickled zha cai, duck with Sharipin sauce, boiled edamame in broth. All appetizers were suitable for pairing with alcohol. The duck had a sweet and savory onion flavor, perfect for enjoying little by little. - Zuwai Crab Sashimi: Plenty of crab meat in the shell! Enjoyed with crab vinegar for a refreshing taste. There was crab miso at the bottom, providing a rich and flavorful taste as you progress through the dish. The portion was quite generous, and being able to eat this much crab was a delight. - Tuna, squid, Zuwai crab sashimi: The fresh Zuwai crab had a sweet and melty texture. The tuna and squid were sliced for easy eating. Especially the squid had a crunchy texture, with sweetness coming out as you chew, making it delicious. - Zuwai crab and sea bass tempura: The coating was crispy, and the crab was tender with a firm texture. The sea bass was fluffy and moist. - Crab meat chawanmushi: A refined chawanmushi topped with elegant crab meat. The chawanmushi had a smooth and silky texture. The scent of mitsuba (Japanese honewort) was pleasant. - Crab and salmon roe rice: Rice with plenty of salmon roe and crab. A luxurious dish until the end. Personally, I'm not a fan of soft rice, but this one had firm grains cooked to my liking. The popping texture of the salmon roe was a nice accent. The miso soup was made with seaweed and clams. - Orange mousse: Served with wine-poached pear and Shine Muscat grapes. Even the dessert was meticulously prepared. The wine-poached pear was crisp and juicy, leaving a lasting impression. A full and satisfying crab-focused course for 9,800 yen. The dishes were well-prepared and delicious, providing a high level of satisfaction. With private rooms, you can relax without worrying about others. I heard that the course also includes a crab hot pot, which I'm curious about. ▼Blog article: https://fi-lo.jp/?p=18743 ▼Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/sakumogu39/

This is a restaurant that was reserved for a friend who wanted to eat crab. Located facing the west exit rotary of Ebisu Station, the restaurant is set to open in July 2023, although the building and interior are not particularly new, suggesting a change in business type. There are various rooms with some open seats or just curtains hanging, but all are private rooms, making it a recommended choice for a calm meal or business dinner. We tried the most popular Fuji Omakase course, which featured a crab sashimi platter as the main highlight. The crab meat was generously placed on the shell, satisfying any crab cravings. We also enjoyed Taraba and Zuwai crab sashimi, followed by a crab hot pot for further crab indulgence. The deep-fried dish was a fry, which I preferred over the crab, so if you're a fan of crab, you might want to opt for a tempura-style preparation. We also had a crab chawanmushi and a crab rice soup using the hot pot broth, savoring the delicate flavor of the crab once again. The meal ended with peach jelly for dessert. The female staff provided excellent service, and they offer courses starting from 10,000 yen without the soup dish. With all private rooms, this crab restaurant is versatile for various occasions!

On August 20, Reiwa 5 (Sunday), the 3121st day in Tokyo. On this day, my son's wife's parents from Nagoya came to Tokyo. They are planning to have a pre-wedding photo shoot at the Gajoen Kanko Hotel, where the wedding ceremony will take place in October. The bride's parents, who are also a bit nervous, will be present. My son and his wife already live together in Saitama, and they have completed their marriage registration. The bride's parents took a taxi from Tokyo Station to Meguro Station due to their unfamiliarity with the city. After the photo shoot, we had a dinner with 6 people at a selected restaurant. The chosen restaurant was as follows: - Course and description (¥16280 including 10% service charge and tax) - Appetizer platter (edamame in broth, homemade ham, smoked pickled gourd) - Boiled crab platter (enjoyed with crab vinegar) - Sashimi platter of snow crab and king crab (both delicious) - Chawanmushi topped with snow crab (with a crab flavor) - Fried king crab (first time trying fried crab and it was delicious) - King crab shabu-shabu (enjoyed with a slightly rich broth) - Snow crab and egg porridge (the best with crab broth) - Pickled vegetables (ginger and daikon radish) - Peach jelly (seasonal peaches are delicious) - Drinks - Punk IPA (¥1210, love Indian Pale Ale) - Salted tomato sour (¥880) - Ranson Black Label NV (¥9680) First, the appetizer platter included edamame soaked in broth, homemade ham, and smoked pickled gourd, which were safe choices but surprisingly delicious, especially the edamame soaked in broth. The crab feast followed, starting with the boiled crab platter with crab vinegar, then the sashimi platter with snow crab and king crab, both of which were incredibly tasty. We enjoyed drinks, including beer and a half-size bottle of Ranson Black Label NV champagne, which we finished three bottles of among the six of us. The snow crab chawanmushi, fried crab, and main dish of crab shabu-shabu, with 4 crab legs per person, were delightful. We finished with snow crab and egg porridge, dessert of peach jelly, and thick matcha tea. We were satisfied. The guests wanted to take a taxi to Tokyo Station, so we saw them off from Ebisu West Exit Station. In two weeks, they want to visit Asakusa and have another meal in Ebisu, this time at the new sushi restaurant called Tomiza, which opened on August 18th. Looking forward to it!

I have been interested in shellfish restaurants lately. I visited a crab specialty restaurant in Ebisu. The private rooms provided great privacy. I enjoyed various crab dishes such as crab meat, sashimi, hot pot, fried crab, and crab steamed egg. It was all snow crab. The fried crab was my favorite, as cooking it really brought out the flavor. They also made a delicious porridge with the broth from the crab shabu-shabu. I was surprised to see sake choices, including sake served warm. It was a unique selection for a restaurant. I requested warm sake and they served it perfectly.

Yamashiro, which has received a Michelin one-star rating for three consecutive years, has opened a new concept as a "crab cuisine specialty restaurant" ♡ The restaurant is located next to Sushi Yamashiro, with the interiors connected. As soon as you enter the restaurant, you will see a splendid tank filled with live crabs ♡ All seats are private rooms, accommodating 2 to 20 people in various private rooms. The chef, who has experience in a well-known traditional ryotei (Japanese restaurant), creates a luxurious crab feast course that highlights the goodness of seasonal ingredients! The course options include 9,800 yen, 14,800 yen, and 19,800 yen, each offering different dishes and types of crabs. This time, I tried the 9,800 yen course, and it was a delightful experience with various crab dishes, leaving me very satisfied. It's a great deal to enjoy crabs for less than 10,000 yen ♡ The snow crab sashimi platter was packed with so much crab that it was almost overwhelming ♡ Even the hidden crab miso was a treat ♡ The fried crab legs were also impressive, with two large legs! The richness of the crab was not lost even in the fried dish! I am curious about the crab porridge that is served as the finale in the hot pot course, so I would definitely like to visit this restaurant again ►Reservation You can make a reservation on Tabelog ►Occasion Ideal for dates or business meetings ►Recommendation A highly recommended restaurant that I would love to visit again ♡ #repeat_kasumilog ◎ Indicates definite repeat ◎◎ Indicates a must-visit now "Bookmark" Omakase Course 9,800 yen ■ Assorted Appetizers ・ Crab steamed egg custard ・ Boiled edamame ・ Soft-boiled octopus ■ Snow Crab Sashimi Platter ◎◎ ■ Sashimi of seafood and crab ◎ Bluefin tuna belly, golden snapper, snow crab ■ Crab Specialty ◎ Fried snow crab and yellowtail ■ Steamed Dish ◎ Crab chawanmushi (savory egg custard) ■ Rice Dish Crab and salmon roe cooked rice ■ Pickles ■ Red miso soup ■ Dessert Peach jelly ┈┈┈┈┈┈┈ ❁ ❁ ❁ ┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈ This account introduces "Gourmet restaurants that I want to visit again! Tabelog - Before receiving points ※ As of August 2023, a crab cuisine specialty restaurant run by Shiori-an Yamashiro, a Michelin-acclaimed restaurant! ● Usage scene For one person ○ / Date ◎ / Friends ○ / Women ◎ / Entertainment ◎ / Colleagues ○ ● Atmosphere (inside the store) Almost completely private rooms? Calm atmosphere, beautiful. ● Atmosphere (staff) Good soft service and a good sense of distance. ● Course "Shiori" Omakase course 9,800 yen ● Actual meal ① Assorted appetizers * Mozuku vinegar ┗ A gentle acidity with a hint of sweetness * Octopus cherry blossom simmered ┗ Soft! * Boiled edamame ┗ Edamame that you can eat with the skin on - I tried it, but couldn't eat the skin ← ② Zuwai crab appearance and legs The large grains are fresh and crunchy! The crab meat is delicious as it is, but the hidden crab miso at the bottom is amazing. The slightly sweet crab vinegar also goes well, so enjoy it as you like! ③ Crab sashimi The main character is of course the Zuwai crab, but the supporting actors are thick slices of fatty tuna and tilefish! The supporting actors in the crab sashimi are too luxurious! However, the meltingly tender crab sashimi and sweetness are already "divine sashimi". ④ Zuwai crab tempura Hot and crispy! The simple tempura spreads the umami taste - I had never had crab tempura before - delicious. ⑤ Crab chawanmushi The chawanmushi is bouncy and delicious, but with crab meat added, it's upgraded! ⑥ Crab cooked rice Even though it's all about crab, I'm not tired of it yet. Laugh The ikura accent is strong, so here the ikura is the main character! ⑦ Peach jelly The firm jelly is mildly sweet and refreshing. ● Summary As expected from a Michelin-acclaimed crab specialty restaurant! There seem to be several courses available for dinner, but the "Shiori" omakase course offers the best value for money! You can feel the freshness and umami of the crab for less than 10,000 yen! Definitely coming back ⭐
