I had lunch at Beijing in the Imperial Hotel, but it wasn't quite enough, so I had Tom Yum Ramen at Tinun. About two years ago, I visited in a similar situation. Tinun's Tom Yum Ramen is moderately sour and spicy, and really delicious. The slightly firm boiled thin noodles have a slightly cheap feel, but they go well with the soup, creating an exquisite taste. You can choose between shrimp or chashu as the main ingredient, and this time I chose chashu. The chashu has a surprisingly authentic taste and is also delicious. It seems that the price has increased by about 100 yen since I had it two years ago, but I guess that's unavoidable. Tom Yum Ramen is offered at many Thai restaurants, but I think Tinun and Tuk Tuk in Nishi-Ogikubo have the most delicious ones. Thank you for the meal!

I often go to a restaurant for lunch. I usually order the set with Gapao and curry, but this time I decided to go for something healthy and ordered Kaomangai. The rice was infused with the delicious flavor of chicken and it was very tasty. I'm not sure what to order next time.

This is an authentic street food style Thai restaurant! The staff were very friendly, and it was a fun dining experience! Although the restaurant may seem bustling, surprisingly the interior is not too noisy, making it suitable for a girls' night out! Ginza Five's Thai restaurant. ◾️Atmosphere I visited for Saturday lunch around 1 pm. The restaurant is open and spacious, facing a hallway in the building. There were quite a few seats, but most of the tables were already occupied by customers. ◾️Food I ordered the "Tinun Set" for ¥1500 as recommended by the manager, along with a drink (+¥210). It was a set meal with five items including fresh spring rolls, Gapao rice, green curry, Tom Yum Kung Pho, and even coconut milk tapioca. The price may be a bit high, but there were so many tempting options on the menu that it's worth it. The Tom Yum Kung was refreshing with a good sour kick.

Located in the Ginza Five underground food and drink alley. With low prices, you can eat something like the dish in the attached photo for just 1000 yen per person even at night. It's perfect if you want to enjoy some light Thai cuisine, but keep in mind that the seats don't have backrests, so it might be tough if you're tired after work on a weekday.

I came here after watching a matinee performance at the theater. It was a bit past 4 pm, a time when not many places are open. I saw someone next to me enjoying this plate last time, so I decided to order the same. I got Tom Yum Noodles, Gapao, Green Curry, Fresh Spring Rolls, Salad, Soup, and Dessert. The Green Curry was especially delicious, so I plan to order it separately next time. They even gave me a paper apron for the Tom Yum Noodles, and when a table opened up, they kindly offered me a seat in the back. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

After watching a night performance at Theatre Crea, I had the Massaman curry and Gapao set. The Massaman curry had plenty of ingredients which was delightful. The portion of rice was equivalent to about two regular rice bowls. All of this for only 1,200 yen, it was delicious, served quickly, and I can't go to other restaurants after this! Chiang Mai specialty Curry Noodles (Khao Soi), accompanied by Singha beer, was delicious. The restaurant is located on B1F of Ginza Five, directly connected from Ginza station on the Tokyo Metro. I visited before 7:30 pm on a weekday. I was craving Khao Soi, so I decided to go in. It was a hot day, so I started with a Singha beer to quench my thirst. (Note: When you order alcohol, you get a complimentary appetizer.) And then, the main dish, Khao Soi, arrived. Essentially, it's like curry ramen. It has a coconut-flavored curry soup with a combination of fried and boiled noodles. It's fantastic. Enjoy Thai cuisine on a hot day.

I noticed the exotic atmosphere of the stall-style restaurant and decided to stop by for lunch. I ordered the classic lunch set, which included Gapao rice with a fried egg on top and Tom Yum Kung (with non-wheat noodles). The Gapao rice had flavorful minced meat and crunchy bell peppers, and the Tom Yum Kung had a good balance of sourness and spiciness (adjustable). The portion size was decent for a set menu, and it seems to be a popular choice during the summer. You can also order extra noodles for an additional fee. Overall, this is a reasonably priced restaurant that is somewhat recommended for those who want to enjoy a Thai atmosphere and like Thai cuisine.

After watching a play at the Nikkatsu Theatre, I arrived at the restaurant around 8:30 PM. It was very crowded with groups of salarymen and foreign couples. However, the food arrived within about 10 minutes of ordering. I had a set of Gabaao and Green Curry for 1,200 yen, and everything was delicious and satisfying. It's a great place to enjoy a quick and tasty meal when in the Hibiya area. Thank you for the meal!

I couldn't resist the craving for delicious Thai food, so I went for lunch by myself. After waiting for 5 minutes, I was seated at a table. I ordered the Tom Yum Kung Ramen + Gapao Rice set for 1,100 yen. You can choose between thin egg noodles (Bami) or rice noodles (Sen Lek). I chose Sen Lek. The soup comes on top of the flat noodles, so be sure to wear a paper apron as it tends to splash. I wanted to add some spice, so I sprinkled some chili powder from the table. And then there's the Gapao. The egg is so creamy. The yolk is runny. This, this is it!! I've never had half-cooked eggs in Thailand, is it only in Japan? There are also versions of Gapao without egg. Here in Japan, they generously coat the runny egg all over, and it's delicious. It goes so well with the dish. And of course, I had to dip it into the soup! Delicious! I finished it all and felt energized for the rest of the afternoon! I'll definitely go back again!

Visited around 12:30 on a regular day, and it was almost full! Very popular. - Set of Gapao Rice & Green Curry (tax included 1,100 yen) - Stir-fried minced chicken Gapao on rice - Green curry with chicken and eggplant - Soup The portion sizes looked a bit small and disappointing, especially for the Gapao. The boiled egg was perfectly cooked. The minced chicken in the Gapao wasn't very generous in portion. The Green Curry surprisingly had a lot of ingredients: chicken, eggplant, bamboo shoots, bell peppers, and a bit spicy.

I had planned to have dinner at Nemuro Hanamaru in Tokyu Plaza for sushi, but both the revolving sushi restaurant and the standing sushi bar in the basement were full... So sad (ToT). I had to change my plans and ended up walking all the way to Ginza Five. The underground area here is not too crowded, which is great. Teynun is a reliable choice no matter which branch you go to. The restaurant is long and ordering might be a bit tricky. The interior atmosphere is really fun, like a Thai street stall. It's a great place to visit with a group and try a variety of dishes.

I went around 3:30 PM on Sunday. It was quite crowded for this time. It's rare to find a place where you can still have lunch at this time! I ordered the half set of Tom Yum Noodles and Chicken Rice (1200 yen). It comes with spring rolls and dessert. I chose the Chinese noodles for the Tom Yum Noodles. It had a delicious shrimp broth with just the right amount of sourness. The Chicken Rice was also great, with the rice not too dry and the chicken juicy.

It is a Thursday afternoon, just past 1 o'clock, and the restaurant is almost full and seems to be popular. When my friend and I arrived, we were seated at a table for four, which made us happy. To call the waiter, we raised the "uchiwa" fan that was on the table. I had checked the menu on Tabelog beforehand and ordered the Green Curry, while my friend ordered the Tom Yum Ramen. The dishes were prepared quickly, and we didn't have to wait long. I tried a bit of my friend's Tom Yum Ramen and confirmed that it was sour, spicy, and delicious. We were also given paper aprons, which was a nice touch from the restaurant. My Green Curry was rich, spicy, and full of ingredients, and both dishes were just the right size for women. There are still many other delicious-looking items on the menu, so my friend and I decided that we would definitely come back again next time. Thank you for the delicious meal!

In Ginza, Tokyo, there is a Thai restaurant called Teinun. I really like Thai food, but there are not many options around me. However, in Tokyo, there are several choices available. Today, I visited this restaurant located in Ginza 5. I ordered the basic Green Curry, and it was served promptly. The curry had a good amount of coconut milk and was quite spicy. It had a nice balance and was not too sweet (authentic high-end Thai cuisine tends to be very sweet). The rice served was Jasmine rice. Tom Yum Ramen with cilantro on top for 1150 yen. It came with fresh spring rolls and tapioca milk. I stumbled upon this place while wandering around during a bargain hunt and couldn't find a lunch spot due to the crowds, so I decided to eat here. The restaurant had an open and spacious feel, and there weren't many people, so I chose to stay. I've been to other branches of this restaurant before. I was too tired to fully enjoy the taste, even though I love Tom Yum Kung. I chose thick noodles, but they were hard to pick up with chopsticks, so I ended up using a spoon. The fresh spring rolls and tapioca milk were delicious. Maybe it was empty because it was an odd time? The neighboring Hana Maru Udon was also quiet. The service was quick, so it's a good option when you want a quick meal. I'll remember that.

The fried egg helped to mellow out the spiciness of the Basil Fried Rice. It was a convenient place to enjoy Thai cuisine.

The Tom Yum Kung noodle soup was a bit too strong in spices for my taste. I love Thai cuisine and Tom Yum Kung soup, but this was my first time trying the noodle version. The noodles, similar to pho, didn't absorb the soup well. The taste of Tom Yum Kung can vary a lot depending on the restaurant, similar to homemade curry rice.

Gapao Rice Mini-sized Gapao Rice with a fried egg on top. The unique blend of spices is delicious. [Final Thoughts] It's cheap even though it's in Ginza! Around 1500 yen! Delicious, cheap, and the best!!
