This is truly a culinary entertainment! The intensity of flavors in each dish is amazing, and the ingredients come alive in your mouth. You can enjoy watching the cooking process right in front of you. The conversation with the chef is also enjoyable. Although we brought our own drinks this time, the sommelier and waiter worked together seamlessly to provide excellent service. The B course allows you to share the main dishes in pairs, like the foie gras hamburger and steak. Each portion is halved, but the richness of flavors makes you feel happy rather than unsatisfied. This is something to be really happy about. If you want to elevate your dining experience, this is definitely the place to go.

I visited a French teppanyaki restaurant in Marunouchi when I went to see the exhibition "Gokurakucho" at IMT for its 10th anniversary. The counter is the main seating area, but this time I sat at a table. They also have private rooms. The order was Course Menu B for 9800 yen with wine pairing including 5 glasses, including champagne, for 7000 yen. The amuse-bouche was deer rillettes, choux, and pork cooked at low temperature with fuki miso. The abalone and Oyama chicken with truffle sauce had a rich umami flavor. The green asparagus and firefly squid with Inca's awakening smoked dish was paired with a blend of sake from five Chiba breweries aged in wine barrels. The mashed potatoes representing Inca's awakening had a delicious smoky flavor, and the asparagus was cooked perfectly with a nice crunch. The squid saltiness in the sauce paired well with the firefly squid. This dish went well with the aged sake. The pan-seared red snapper had an ethnic flavor, and the presentation with the skin side down was a bit unusual, maybe to emphasize the pure white look. The signature hamburger steak with foie gras was juicy and delicious, with a slightly pink center and a bulging shape. The house specialty baked curry had various ingredients in the rice, offering a complex and delicious taste, with the homemade fukujinzuke adding depth of flavor. The creme brulee with Earl Grey mousse, mango, and cinnamon ice cream was delightful, especially when mixed together. The dishes were beautifully presented and had complex and delicious flavors. The choice of accompanying drinks was also well done.

I entered the restaurant around 1:00 PM on a regular weekday and was able to get in without waiting. The spacious atmosphere allowed me to relax and enjoy a casual teppanyaki dining experience. I ordered the lunch course for 3,600 yen, which included appetizers (2 types), soup, a choice of main dish (lamp, hamburger steak, sirloin, fillet), dessert (caramelized custard, gelato, dessert of the day), and coffee or rooibos tea. For those who want more, you can add curry for an extra 900 yen.

It was my first time visiting this restaurant to celebrate a friend's birthday. I made a reservation for a ¥3600 lunch course through Ikkyu. The signature foie gras hamburger had chunks of foie gras inside that melted in my mouth, it was amazing! The starter of conger eel was plump and refreshing with a soybean sauce that paired well with the slightly sweet fruit sauce. The chilled corn potage was surprisingly sweet and rich. The baked curry (additional ¥900) was served as dry curry on a hot plate with rice. The dessert of mango and panna cotta was light and delicious, perfect for summer. The birthday plate had a chocolate message written on a separate plate, and the service was pleasant throughout. With drinks included, the total came to just under ¥10,000 for two people. I was initially unsure about the location above the department store, but it turned out to be a lovely space that I didn't expect.

My favorite teppanyaki restaurant. This is my 5th visit, including the one in Hiroo. Not only is the food delicious, but the hospitality from the staff makes this a wonderful place. This time, I had the hamburger and my partner had the steak. The staff suggested, "Would you like to split them? If you add more to the hamburger, it will be just the right size." This way, we were able to enjoy two different flavors. The famous foie gras hamburger was juicy and delicious, and the steak was cooked perfectly. The crème brûlée was also very tasty. I will definitely visit again!

The staff were friendly, and the dishes were all beautifully presented and delicious. It seemed like a popular restaurant, as it was already fully booked when we arrived. The atmosphere was nice and not too noisy. The portion sizes were just right for us, as we couldn't eat much more, and we were able to enjoy a delicious dessert in the perfect amount.

Today, I had a meal with my company juniors as a way to beat the heat. I enjoy exploring new places, so I don't go to the same restaurants often, but this is one of my go-to spots. The meat dishes and hamburgers are delicious, but my favorite is the "grilled curry" as the final dish. I can say I come here specifically for that. This time, the food was consistently delicious, and my juniors also seemed satisfied, which made me happy!

I had Course A and it was delicious overall. The foie gras hamburger, which I was most looking forward to, had a rich foie gras flavor and was cooked perfectly to my liking. I appreciated being seated in the back private room, where I could relax without worrying about the surroundings. It would have been nice if the drinks were a little colder, especially since it was hot outside. The staff's service was good, and the timing of serving the dishes was just right.

It is within walking distance from Yurakucho and easy to find. We chose a private room and were able to enjoy a relaxing meal in a nice atmosphere. The wine selection was sufficient, and you can choose one that pairs well with your meal. Despite being a hamburger restaurant, the main course was very elegant even if it wasn't meat. I would like to visit again.

I'm glad I decided to stop by this place! Even though I was recommended to try the hamburger, I ended up ordering the fillet instead. Apparently, there's an additional charge for the fillet. Next time, I want to try the hamburger too! The appetizers and desserts were also delicious. It's a beautiful restaurant where I feel like I want to come back with my girlfriends.

On the 8th floor of Ginza Velvia-kan, there is a restaurant serving teppanyaki, French cuisine, and hamburg steak. They offer a sparkling wine for 1200 yen and an A lunch set for 3600 yen, which includes scallop gratin with summer vegetables, peach bisque soup with Parmesan cheese topping, the signature hamburger steak with foie gras, creme brulee for dessert, and rooibos tea for after-meal drink. Additionally, they also serve a delicious baked curry for 900 yen, which is perfect for sharing with friends.

Anyway, every dish was delicious. Also, even though it's Ginza, this is the perfect restaurant where you can enjoy a dinner course in the 8000 yen range. They also offer plate and photo services, which made it a memorable experience for my father's retirement celebration. The popular foie gras hamburger at this restaurant was surprisingly not heavy and easy to eat. The dry curry was also popular, but honestly I didn't understand why it was so popular. The taste is delicious!

On this day, I had lunch with my junior for the first time in a while, so I wanted to go to a calm and cozy place, and decided to visit this place for the first time. I think the main store is in Hiroo? It has an interesting concept of teppan x French. The interior is not very spacious, but it has a clean and calm atmosphere. I made a reservation for a seat in front of the iron plate. Of course, I ordered the signature foie gras hamburger!! (I got the 1.5x size) I recommend the 1.5x size for the volume. It's a heavy and meaty hamburger, but you can still feel the texture of the meat! It's not overly juicy, but it's not dry either, which I like. The combination with foie gras is great. However, I felt the sauce was quite acidic!! (Sorry, I'm not a fan of strong acidity lol) ← This is just my preference, so if you like it, you might enjoy it. I think the sauce is on the lighter side to complement the foie gras. The mackerel appetizer and dessert were also delicious, so considering the atmosphere and cost performance, I was overall satisfied. Thank you for the meal.

I made a reservation for Saturday, 5/13 and it seemed like everyone there had made a reservation as well. I ordered Course A for lunch, which included a choice of appetizer and main dish. For the appetizer, I had a salad with prosciutto and arugula, and for the main dish, I chose the hamburger. The hamburger was delicious with foie gras inside and juicy meat overflowing. The best part was watching it being cooked right in front of me on the hot plate. This is a recommended restaurant for a lunch that is not too formal.

I ordered the lunch course (fish, meat). The course was well-balanced starting with the appetizer, and though the portion felt a bit small, the taste was delicious. I chose the signature dish, a hamburger with foie gras, for the main course, which was uniquely tasty with a slight bitterness. It was great that we could reserve a completely private room.

"ahill Ginza" is a stylish and beautiful restaurant with counter and table seating options. I tried the Lunch Course A, which included: - Domestic pork shoulder loin with spring vegetables and mountain vegetables salad - New onion potage - ahill's signature foie gras hamburger steak - Focaccia - Today's dessert - Rooibos tea The foie gras hamburger steak, a specialty of the restaurant, is carefully steamed and baked in front of you. It has a rich flavor with a good amount of foie gras adding a nice accent. It goes well with the slightly tangy red wine sauce. Personally, I particularly enjoyed the potage and today's dessert. The service was great and I had a pleasant dining experience. - Restaurant Name: ahill Ginza - Google Maps: ahill Ginza - Phone: 03-3562-8080 - Nearest Stations: - Tokyo Metro Ginza Station C8 Exit - 3 minutes on foot - JR Yurakucho Station Central Exit - 5 minutes on foot - Tokyo Metro Ginza-itchome Station 5th Exit - 1 minute on foot - Business Hours: 12:00-14:30 (L.O. 13:30), 18:00-22:00 (L.O. 20:30), open on Sundays - Closed on Tuesdays - Reservation: Available, reservations can be made up to the end of the following month. The A lunch course (3,300 yen) was very satisfying and perfect for a slightly luxurious lunch. On this day, I had: - Mackerel appetizer (the fava beans and pistachio sauce was delicious) - Onion potage - Foie gras hamburger - Today's dessert (Earl Grey mousse and mango) - Choice of coffee or Rooibos tea Since the course is small, it's recommended for men to add the baked curry (900 yen). It's nice that you can choose Rooibos tea for after-meal tea!

We reserved a private room for a family birthday celebration and used it. We have also used the Nishi-Azabu branch of the affiliated store. We are very satisfied with the service and the food! Each dish, from the main foie gras hamburger to the steak, was beautifully presented and visually enjoyable French cuisine.

I went to have a luxurious lunch on a regular day. The restaurant had a calm atmosphere and all the seats seemed to be occupied. I chose the foie gras hamburger as my main dish. Most people around me were also eating hamburgers, so I think it's popular. The hamburger was slightly rare, but it was delicious without any unpleasant raw feeling (I'm not a big fan of rare meat). The additional order of baked curry was excellent, so you should definitely add it!
