This was my first time visiting, and the interior of the restaurant is not very spacious, but there are counter and table seats. It is kept clean. All the dishes were delicious. I especially liked the garlic shrimp. I plan to visit again, thank you.

I revisited the restaurant on a weekday night in May 2022. There were empty 4-person tables, so my companion and I were able to sit. We ordered the appetizer (330 yen tax included) x 2 of prosciutto and cheese. Casa Morena (3080 yen) is a bottle of wine that we always end up ordering since the next one is 4180 yen. It's a Spanish Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon blend that tastes good even though it's not chilled. My husband started with a Premium Malt beer (548 yen). The tuna salad M (499 yen) had smoked salmon on top, but I wish it was a bit cooler. The dressing, though Chianti-style, lacked a bit of flavor. The chicken ham (399 yen) was okay. The roast beef (599 yen) wasn't as tender as expected and lacked the richness of fat. The salmon and mushroom cream pasta (899 yen) had slightly thinner al dente noodles. The taste was ordinary, but I didn't like the hint of lemon flavor. The stewed hamburger steak (799 yen) with demiglace sauce and mushrooms had plenty of olive oil. It wasn't to my liking, as the demiglace sauce was quite strong, almost like okonomiyaki sauce.

Kumegawa Station is just a few minutes' walk towards Yasaka Station. This was my first visit to this restaurant. I decided to order the all-you-can-drink option for individual items without hesitation. When ordering beer, an additional tax-included fee of 548 yen is charged for the all-you-can-drink option. They have a wide variety of wines, so I was torn between getting beer, but ended up getting it haha. The appetizer costs 330 yen including tax. A sophisticated plate of prosciutto and cheese was served. All the dishes were delicious. Probably because it's in Kumegawa, the prices are reasonable. If it were in the city center, a restaurant like this would likely be more expensive. This restaurant is part of the ongoing PayPay x Higashimurayama 30% cashback promotion this month. With the option of individual item all-you-can-drink and delicious food, I would like to come back again!!

I revisited the restaurant on a weekday night in June 2020. The place had become non-smoking. It is a long and narrow restaurant in Kumejima, offering reasonably priced Italian cuisine. The background music is a bit loud. It might be better if it were quieter because people tend to talk loudly, which could affect COVID-19 prevention measures. The appetizer (300 yen) with chicken, cucumber, and macaroni was delicious. Casa Moreno (2800 yen) was a red wine with a normal taste. The assorted appetizer (990 yen) with chicken ham, oil sardine, pickles, olives, and prosciutto was good, especially the chicken ham. The Penne Gorgonzola (690 yen) was al dente with a normal taste, a bit strong on the cheese and saltiness. The beef shank red wine stew (490 yen) had slightly tough meat but was affordable. Overall, it's a good place to go now that it's non-smoking.

First time drinking in Kume River. The western part of Tokyo is like a jigsaw puzzle with multiple adjacent cities, each different from the next, creating an unknown territory. This particular area is apparently in Higashimurayama City. It seems to be a bedroom community with a decent number of commuters, and surprisingly, there are quite a few bars and restaurants around. For this girls' night out, we gathered everyone's preferences and made a reservation at an Italian restaurant. Since I am the oldest in the group, I looked for a place that the younger girls would like. It seemed a bit far from the station, but in reality, it was only about a 5-minute walk. Since we were planning to drink, we opted for the all-you-can-drink option. It was nice that we could choose the all-you-can-drink option without ordering a course meal. One person was going to be 30 minutes late, so they split the cost accordingly - 120 minutes for 2,190 yen for the early birds and 90 minutes for 1,790 yen for the latecomer. The staff that day seemed to be all female, and they gave off a casual and cheerful vibe. The exterior and entrance had an Italian bar atmosphere. As you go further in, you'll see menus posted on flyers, and it gradually turns into a more casual Italian-style izakaya. Ah, so relaxing. The dishes were all reasonably priced and delicious, well-received by the group. There wasn't anything specific that we had to try at this place, but it was perfect for chatting and drinking. We progressed through white wine, and around the sixth glass, we switched to lemon sour. We definitely got our fill. If I have the chance to drink in Kume River again, I would like to revisit this place. Thank you for the meal.

This place is recommended for those looking for cheap dining options without compromising on quality. They offer a variety of wines at low prices. The atmosphere is casual and the food is presented in a cute and casual way. However, if you are not a fan of the saying "you get what you pay for," this place may not be for you. The quality of the food and service may be reflective of the low prices.
