Next to an old bento shop, a small café recently opened. They don't serve light meals, just desserts like waffles and mont blanc toast. The café is run by a female staff who is very knowledgeable about coffee and other things. I ordered a Guatemalan coffee and a limited edition mont blanc waffle. The Guatemalan coffee had a rich flavor that I liked, so I also bought a bag to take home. The mont blanc waffle was not too sweet and had a sophisticated taste that I enjoyed. The café's name was also very adult-like.

I visited in search of that delicious coffee. I could feel the owner's dedication and sincerity in the way they tasted each cup of coffee they brewed. It's that kind of heartfelt effort that brings out that flavor, isn't it? I only planned on having coffee today, but ended up eating too. The pudding affogato. It was worth it!

I tried the new Pudding Affogato at this restaurant and it was delicious. The coffee, waffles, and now this pudding all show the owner's dedication to quality ingredients. The pudding and ice cream were rich and tasty, and as a coffee lover, I was pleased with the flavorful espresso. I originally planned to just have the pudding that day, but couldn't resist getting their coffee. It's brewed with care and has a remarkable taste that makes me think, "This is how coffee should be." I visit this area about twice a month, and I'm thrilled to have this place as a new favorite spot.

I have visited several times. The couple operates the cafe on weekends, and it can get crowded at times, but it is a relaxing space. You can also take out coffee, waffles, and cookies, making it a great companion for a walk around Tama Lake.
