**Notes**:
Stumbled upon this place by chance and ended up staying for 4-5 hours on my first visit! Craft gins are truly captivating. Thanks to the engaging conversations with the owner, the hardworking female staff, and the kindness of regulars who arrived later, it was a memorable experience!

I don't often come across craft gin shops. I was hesitant to just drink gin, but I was pleasantly surprised when I visited this place. They have a wide selection of gins, from sweet to spicy to fruit-infused, all backed by the solid knowledge of the sommelier who is also the master. The service is friendly with just the right amount of distance, and most importantly, the taste is amazing! I never thought I would enjoy just drinking gin, but I ended up having multiple glasses without getting tired of it. It's also interesting that you can learn while you drink. I will definitely be a repeat customer! I'm happy to have found another favorite spot in Hatagaya.

It's nice to enjoy a cocktail slowly at a calm counter bar. This is a place where you can easily go alone.

A bar that focuses on craft gin. The current manager (not owner, should I say manager lol) shifted the focus to craft gin around February 2017. They serve French G'Vine Floraison with tonic water. They also pay attention to the tonic water they use. If you prefer it on the rocks, they recommend the Spanish Sherry Gel. They even let me try J.BARRY's white rum as a bonus. It's quite intense lol. I had 3 drinks and it only cost me 3,000 yen with change back. Considering the cost, it's a very fair price. The bar has a calm atmosphere with plenty of space. I think it's a great place.

Walking along the side streets of the area with many drinking establishments in Hatagaya, I peered into a bar with a long window and it looked quite nice inside, so I decided to stop by. It seemed like the bar had been open for a while, but the interior was well-maintained with no signs of deterioration, and had a beautiful and pleasant atmosphere. The bartender was working alone and apparently used to work at a restaurant in Marunouchi, but has been at this bar since this year. The appetizer was delicious, and the drinks were also made well. I would like to go back again.

A small bar located in a narrow alley near Hatagaya Station on the Keio Line. I visited with a friend who I have known for 35 years and who is also in the same industry. He suggested we stop by for a drink after a meeting in Hatagaya, knowing that we both enjoy a good drink. He ordered a fancy "Gin and Tonic," while I went for my recent favorite, Irish "Bushmills." It has a smooth and mild taste, with hardly any peaty aroma. My friend found it too bland and lacking in character, to which I retorted that I can't stand the smell of gin. Despite our complaints, we ended up enjoying each other's drinks as old drinking buddies. The bar snack was a mix of cheese, which I can eat when paired with other foods but avoid ordering on its own. For my second drink, I opted for a glass of white wine to avoid overindulging. It was dry yet with a good acidity, making it a pleasant choice. After two drinks, we called it a night. I thought I had controlled myself, but the next day was a complete write-off. I managed to get through work but had to take a break from alcohol. It made me realize that my tolerance has definitely decreased over the years.

This is a hidden gem of a BAR located in a back alley in Hatagaya. The location may be a bit hard to find. Once you exit the north exit of Hatagaya Station, head towards Hatsudai along Koshu Kaido, then take a left at the corner where "S Gusto" is located. The seating consists of only an L-shaped counter. The atmosphere is calm and the staff, consisting of the owner and a girl, are very polite. Many of the customers are regulars and seem to know each other well. It's a nice vibe. It might be a bit tough for solo diners though. Smoking is allowed. Despite being a BAR, they also serve proper dishes. The menu includes items made with ingredients from Aomori or Iwate, representing the Tohoku region. The appetizer is a potato salad with avocado, carrots, and shrimp, which is delicious. The daily special, tomato consommé with stuffed cabbage rolls, has tender cabbage and flavorful meat with herbs. The chef's pasta with garlic from Aomori is a bit salty due to the abundance of olives.
