The food is delicious, beautiful, and there is nothing to complain about! The cost performance is also excellent. However, I was surprised by the small size of the restaurant, about 10 tatami mats. It is completely different from the impression in the photos. It feels like standing and eating soba, or like a food stall, with a counter at the entrance of the restaurant. There is one table in the back, but you have to squeeze through the counter (everyone standing up?) to get to the narrow space in the back, so it's not at all relaxing. But I am satisfied with the food at a good cost performance.

Great customer service! Delicious food! Highly recommend~❣️ The oxtail soup was incredibly delicious ❤️ They also provided various condiments like charcoal salt, wasabi, and soy sauce for you to enjoy with the meat. Additionally, there was a miso paste mixed with various ingredients that was served on the side, and it was also delicious! It can be enjoyed as a snack by dipping cucumber or cabbage in it, which was amazing~❣️ Everything was delicious ===========

I was very satisfied!! The food was delicious, the conversation with the chef was enjoyable, the location was great, and the cost performance was excellent! I don't think there is any other place where you can enjoy meat at this price on the top floor (11th floor) of a building in Ginza. I was looking for a teppanyaki restaurant where I could sit at the counter to celebrate my son's birthday, but it was difficult to find a place that could accommodate reservations for three or more people at the counter, and even when I did find one, the prices were quite high. This was the only restaurant I found after searching diligently. It was worth the effort! I will definitely visit again!

A friend invited me to this place. It is located on the 11th floor of Tokyu Plaza. The interior is very compact with a counter and sofa seats right behind it. We reserved the seasonal course for the day, where the price varies depending on the type and amount of meat chosen. The menu also lists the prices for each selection, making it easy to choose. We opted for extra grams of meat. For the final dish, we chose to add garlic rice for an additional 500 yen. The meat and garlic rice were both delicious as expected. The small pot of stew served was a surprise as it was my first time experiencing it in a teppanyaki restaurant. The bright and airy interior with large windows makes the place feel cozy, but it may feel cramped with a larger group, making it more suitable for small gatherings. We had made a reservation in advance, hoping to sit in front of the teppan grill, but we were seated in the back, away from the grill, which was disappointing. Considering the prices in Ginza for teppanyaki, having a course meal for lunch at a more affordable price is a good deal.

I used it for a celebration dinner. It's a small restaurant where you can feel the attentive service. We chose the simplest course, but it was satisfying. We tried the okonomiyaki as the final dish, and it was quite good.

The view of Ginza is great from the 11th floor. There are many different types of food to enjoy, and I am very satisfied. The staff is friendly and likeable. There seems to be a variety of alcohol available, but the sparkling wine we were served as a service was very delicious. The cost performance may not be the best, but it is recommended for those who want to have a meal in a nice atmosphere.

The shop is small, but the staff were friendly and I had a comfortable time chatting with them. The atmosphere, attention to detail, and taste were all great. It's frustrating that the neighboring shop's tempura is included in the course, as it makes me want to visit there too. Thank you very much. I will definitely come back again.

The 6600 yen course was impressive in both taste and portion size. The service was friendly and we even received sparkling wine as part of a January event. The only downside was that we ordered our steak rare but it came out more medium. Other than that, everything was perfect.

I used the lunch course. You can see the teppanyaki chef at work with a view of Ginza. The food overall was high quality and very satisfying. Among the teppanyaki restaurants in Ginza, it is relatively reasonable and recommended for special occasions.

There is a small restaurant in Tokyu Plaza Ginza where you can enjoy teppanyaki at a reasonable price, with a sommelier available. The counter is narrow, so it is suitable for couples. The 6600 yen course includes steak, appetizers, fish dishes, and kushikatsu, offering good value. There are various rice options, but the teppanyaki rice is a must, especially with garlic rice. The menu includes: - Sparkling wine toast - Assorted appetizers - Today's fish dish - Assorted kushikatsu - Seasonal soup with garlic toast - Black wagyu sirloin steak - Seasonal grilled vegetables - Special garlic rice (+550 yen) - Dessert

The interior of the restaurant is quite small. I sat at the counter seat, which felt a bit cramped with the close proximity to the customers behind me. The seating wasn't very spacious. Here is what I ordered:
- Assorted appetizers of the month: sashimi of yellowtail, wagyu beef delicacy, and crab miso with bagna cauda
- Cold smoked Pacific saury with fresh tomato herb sauce
- Deep-fried chicken wings with cabbage and mozzarella
- Scallop dumplings in Nage style broth
- Cauliflower, sweet potato, snow peas, and onions
- Domestic black wagyu A4 sirloin 70 grams
For the rice dish, I chose:
- Okonomiyaki with five kinds of vegetables
- Wagyu beef curry rice
- Rice, miso soup, pickles
Honestly, the chicken wings and two types of skewers were just average and a bit disappointing. The chicken wings tasted like frozen chicken. The vegetable okonomiyaki and the black wagyu sirloin were very delicious!

I had lunch at a small teppanyaki restaurant on the 11th floor of Tokyu Plaza Ginza. The menu consisted of a teppanyaki course where you can choose the type and size of meat. I opted for A4 grade lean meat. I also ordered garlic rice as an option. As a complimentary dish, we were served Kanpachi with lemon flavor and Wagyu simmered in soy sauce. For dessert, we had lychee sorbet and panna cotta with mango sauce. It was a great lunch!

It was dinner, but it was early so there was no night view. We had a course meal with various dishes other than teppanyaki. I was impressed by how well they managed in such a small restaurant. By the time the main meat dish arrived, I was already quite full.

At Ginza Tetsuju, the course lunch with luxurious Kobe beef sirloin 70g was a hit with the combination of classic salt, wasabi soy sauce, miso, and garlic chips. The meal ended with both garlic rice and curry, thanks to the thoughtful consideration of the manager. Thank you for making it happen! #GinzaLunch #GinzaGourmet #Ginza #Tetsuju #Teppanyaki #Sirloin #Filet #Foodies #Foodstagram #GourmetStagram #FoodieGirls #ChuoWard #ChuoWardGourmet #NorimameGourmet

This is a review of Teppanyaki restaurant "Tetsuju" in Ginza, as I have posted before. The restaurant is located on a high floor of Tokyu Plaza, overlooking Ginza (with the Tatsukasa Hermes building in front). It offers a truly elegant lunch experience with delicious food cooked right in front of you, making it an entertaining dining experience. The taste is excellent, and I will definitely be going back. The prices for lunch and dinner are not significantly different, so I think I will be visiting for lunch more often in the future. When I visited for dinner, I could see the beautifully lit up night view of Ginza, which added to the wonderful memories.

Mini Seasonal Course (105g of Black Wagyu Fillet) 7900 yen
Mini Seasonal Course (70g of Kobe Beef Sirloin) 7900 yen
Wagyu Garlic Rice (Menu change +500 yen)
Appetizers: Sliced Sawara Carpaccio, Wagyu Roast Beef, Crab Miso Bagna Cauda Sauce
The carpaccio sauce was delicious. The roast beef had a rich flavor that was enjoyable. However, the crab miso sauce was a bit lacking as it left a hint of fishiness. The grilled flounder with a slightly acidic soup sauce was decent. The autumn hot pot "Kuneru" consisted of dumplings made with scallops, egg whites, cream, and white wine. The dumplings were fluffy and had a slightly cheesy taste, although there was no cheese in them. The soup was outstandingly delicious. The steak consisted of 105g of Black Wagyu Fillet and 70g of Kobe Beef, served with charcoal salt, fried garlic, wasabi, balsamic sauce, and soy sauce made by "Okamoto Soy Sauce Brewery." The steak was about 1cm thick, cooked to a perfect medium-rare. It was tender and the Kobe Beef was the best I've had recently.
Rice Dish: Wagyu Garlic Rice - the garlic flavor was not overpowering, making it easy to eat.
5 Vegetable Okonomiyaki: Despite being a flour-based dish, the abundance of vegetables prevented it from feeling heavy, making it easy to finish.
The drinks were reasonably priced at around 500 yen each.
The restaurant has 8 counter seats and 2 tables for 4 in the back. The seating arrangement is a bit cramped, especially when passing through the narrow space behind the counter. The staff seemed more focused on the food preparation, making the service somewhat lacking.
Dessert: Strawberry Ice Cream, Sesame Blancmange with Kinako Sauce - the flavors were not typical but delicious, providing a delightful end to the meal.
While there may be better options at the same price range for steak lovers, this restaurant offers a satisfying course that allows you to enjoy a decently thick cut of steak with the unique cooking style of teppanyaki.

I visited a teppanyaki restaurant on the 11th floor of Tokyu Plaza Ginza on a weekday night without a reservation. Although I couldn't sit at the counter, I was guided to a semi-private room. I had the "Seasonal Course" which uses seasonal ingredients and is cooked right in front of you. The course included:
- Appetizer: Cold mackerel carpaccio, wagyu beef with crab miso bagna cauda
- Skewers: Fried octopus, seasonal vegetables in sukiyaki style, octopus and shrimp with shiitake mushrooms
- Warm dish: Flounder and autumn vegetable ravigote sauce
- Autumn hot pot: Shellfish knödel with vegetables in nage
- Grilled vegetables: Sweet potatoes, eringi mushrooms, snap peas, onions
- Steak: I chose the 70g fillet of domestic A4 grade wagyu beef
- Rice dish: I chose wagyu beef curry rice
- Dessert: Monthly ice cream
The menu included unique items like hot pot, skewers, and steak, and was very filling. It was a delicious meal!

The restaurant seems to have about 8 counter seats, but there must be tables somewhere. It seems to cater well to customers who want to eat quickly. It's a type of Osaka teppanyaki cuisine. It doesn't seem too expensive, maybe around Ginza prices. I skipped the appetizers like carpaccio and went for the leanest red meat with garlic rice. The garlic rice with a hint of seaweed mixed in was easy to eat. Dessert was included. Overall, it was delicious. However, I still feel that something was lacking in terms of quality.

I liked it. I visited on the second day of a 4-day weekend. I am on a business trip (;_;) The lunch special for this month is 70g of sirloin for 5,390 yen. The price of lunch varies depending on the choice of meat. In order of price, there is Black Wagyu A4 thigh, sirloin, fillet, and Kobe beef sirloin, each available in 70g, 105g, and 140g. The course included striped jack carpaccio with yuzu aroma, Wagyu simmered in soy sauce, warm dish of sea bass and various mushrooms with garlic flavor, casserole of chicken meatballs and watercress in salt pot, grilled vegetables such as zucchini, eggplant, yam, and onion, Wagyu A4 sirloin steak, Wagyu curry rice, and dessert of lychee sherbet and blueberry mousse. I requested the sirloin to be cooked medium. It was delicious with a slight pinkness, tenderness, richness of fat, and umami of the meat perfectly balanced. I like this thickness and doneness. The Wagyu curry rice had a fruity and complex flavor with two pieces of meat in a sweet curry sauce, and I enjoyed it all. The restaurant is mainly counter seating (shared with the neighboring tempura restaurant and some table seats), and the chef himself takes care of the customers. With a gentle Kyoto accent, I had a pleasant lunch. I think I will visit again.

I had a lunch as an apology. I felt like having steak for lunch, so I went to the teppanyaki restaurant at Tokyu Plaza. The restaurant had only a counter and small tables, but the view overlooking the HERMES building was nice. The staff were very friendly and I had a pleasant meal, so the apology lunch turned out to be great.
