There are fruit cocktails available all year round and seasonal fruit cocktails. This time, I tried peach and watermelon, both of which were delicious. ⭐️5⭐️ I want to go there all the time. I love it so much that I don't want to tell anyone. ⭐️4⭐️ If someone asks for a recommendation, I will introduce this place. ⭐️3⭐️ I might go again. ⭐️2⭐️ Hmm, I'd prefer to try a different place if possible. ⭐️1⭐️ Personally, I do not recommend it. I went to relax during lunchtime. The owner couple's original curry and fruit sandwich were delicious. It was a holiday, so I treated myself to lunch beer and cocktails. The owner's specialty coffee beer was also incredibly delicious. This salon is a must-visit in the Akasaka, Tameike-Sanno area. Next time, I will visit during night time.

Salon de fable, located in the cafe desert area of Akasaka to Tameike-Sanno, opened in April as a new store. At night, it operates as a cocktail bar using fruits, and during the day, it serves fruit sandwiches, fruit curry (!), sweets, and more as a cafe. I recently visited the night version of Fable and enjoyed delicious fruit cocktails, so I decided to revisit to try the fruit sandwiches at the day version. The fruit sandwich came with a small size cold-pressed juice, which was carrot and apple on that day. The fruit sandwich is designed to create a mixed juice-like flavor in your mouth, with layers of thinly sliced strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, and banana arranged beautifully. The cream used is light, and the bread is moist, creating a taste that resembles mixed juice. The coffee is served generously in a pot, and the cups are antique Ginori. The owner, who used to work as a consultant for famous bars and restaurants in Ginza, has a lot of lovely dishes and glasses that have been collected over time for future business ventures. I look forward to introducing the main night Fable as well in the future. Thank you for the meal!
