Shiodome City Center Building 41F Tokyo Tower and Sunset, the view changing from daytime to night while having a special anniversary dinner was a wonderful experience. The excellent service made it a memorable occasion, and finding such a great restaurant made it a happy time. I accidentally left something at the restaurant on that day, but they kindly called me and assisted me in retrieving it later. Moreover, the waiter who served us throughout the day came to thank us with a smile and escorted us to the entrance. The warm service truly added to the experience, making it a great recommendation for a special moment with loved ones. The food was all part of a course menu, perfect for celebrating an anniversary. Starting with the AMUSE of Parchment-wrapped Firefly Squid, Akita White Ham, and Selected Tomato Marinade, the view of Tokyo Tower visible as the sun sets, the sparkling amuse in a glass container was a delightful start. The Firefly Squid, known for its deep flavor, and the Akita White Ham with a summer-like tomato marinade provided a strong and refreshing accent. The SPECIAL dish of Hokkaido Sea Urchin Flan with Seaweed Galette was a luxurious treat, with the sea urchin's delicate texture and the crispy seaweed galette adding to the richness of the dish. The APPETIZER of Toyama Bay Black Abalone and Winter Melon, with the black abalone offering a premium taste and texture, was a luxurious delight. The contrast of the beautiful illumination and the dishes was stunning. The FISH dish of Shizuoka Red Fuji Summer Evening, featuring Shizuoka trout known as Red Fuji for its beautiful color, with summer-like Japanese chili pepper and eggplant, was a delightful sight with the decorative bean vines. The MEAT dish of Gentle Fire-grilled Flying Beef Fillet was a welcome addition to the course, with white corn and a colorful gradient of potatoes surrounding the tender beef. Each dish was presented artistically, making the experience truly special. To finish off the meal, the Tai Meshi in a dish resembling the color of sea bream, served with fragrant broth poured from an iron pot, was a comforting end to the meal. For DESSERT, a selection of Herb Teas was available to pair with the dessert. I chose Citrus Blue, a refreshing blue herb tea blend of Yame roasted tea and yuzu. The dessert included a Jellied dessert made with domestic mango and Benihikari from Miyazaki Prefecture. The MIGNARDISES of small sweets like macarons, canelés, fruit jellies, and chocolates were a delightful way to end the meal. From start to finish, the food and the view were amazing, and I would definitely love to visit again for another special occasion.
