I visited because I wanted to eat oysters. It is run by a couple. The woman kindly taught us various things. Both the oysters and the appetizers were delicious. It seems that different types of oysters are available depending on the season, so I would like to visit again in the winter when they are in season.

The three kinds of oysters were incredibly delicious, not just the oysters but the quality of other menu items was also excellent! The Hokkaido-grown Kakiemon oysters were sweet and rich. It was an exciting place for oyster lovers to visit. My three choices were grilled beef tongue with green onion salt, and black bean mascarpone. I was very satisfied!

The oysters in season in the region were amazing. The "Tokushima Prefecture Liburu Oyster" is a type of oyster with small shells and packed with meat, not commonly seen in regular seafood izakayas. It goes perfectly with sake! The dishes were also delicious, although the distance is a bit far, I definitely want to go again. The staff's customer service was also pleasant with their smiling faces!

Tonight was an oyster feast. We had fresh oysters served raw, marinated in kombu, steamed, and finished with raw rock oysters. The fresh oysters were packed full of meat, rich, and chewy. The steamed oysters were cooked just right. The rock oysters were small but thick and had a rich flavor, very delicious. We had 10 fresh oysters for 3500 yen, a selection of 3 types for 1280 yen, 8 steamed oysters for 2850 yen, and 2 rock oysters for 1000 yen. In total, it was around 10,000 yen. The customers seemed to be mostly students. The drinks are not cheap, but maybe the generous portion sizes make it popular among students? The waitress was very friendly! The store is easy to drop by and surprisingly spacious. The staff are very attentive and the customer service is excellent. This was my first time here, so I ordered the 4 kinds of appetizer platter. They were all delicious and I especially loved the smoked duck. The place seems to be popular among university students as I saw a few young people. The atmosphere is very cozy and there were no rowdy behaviors, so my initial worries were unfounded. It's rare to find a place in Chitose Funabashi with such great customer service and tasty food. We had 6 drinks between the two of us and ate until we were full, all for 5500 yen. It's definitely worth another visit!

A lively izakaya located in the bustling district south of Chitose Funabashi. The atmosphere is great and they have a good selection of sake, so I decided to try some. I ordered a bottle of Nabeshima and Naraman. The sake was excellent, priced at 1000 yen per serving. If the price was a little lower, it would be perfect. The cost performance of the appetizers was excellent. I ordered a platter of six appetizers including yuba sashimi, red snapper jelly, smoked herring roe with cheese, marinated mozzarella cheese, and tarako with onion. They were all delicious and paired well with the sake. The BGM playing in the restaurant was The Beatles, which added to the enjoyable atmosphere.

On a certain day in October, I found this restaurant for the first time in Chitose Funabashi while looking for a second place to visit. The interior of the restaurant has counter seats and several table seats, creating a casual atmosphere. The menu is extensive and reasonably priced. Since it was our second stop, we decided to try the *Assorted Appetizers (3 types) for 600 yen. There are also options for 450 yen for a single item or 800 yen for 4 types, making it fun to choose. We ordered the 3 types twice to pair with sake. Each dish was simple yet delicious. The staff were attentive, making sure we had enough chasers. It was a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. My first visit was in May. I went to Chitose Funabashi to try "Zanpa no Kaze" recommended by a fellow reviewer, but it was full... so I found "Sakura" instead. I was drawn in by the cute sign and retro vibe of the vinyl curtains. All the dishes were delicious, and they had a wide variety of shochu and alcohol. My son, who returned from vacation, requested to go there, so we visited recently. I've loved the green onion tofu since the first time I tried it, the balance of chopped green onions and sesame is great. The vegetable appetizer can be ordered as a single item or a 3 or 4 variety plate. It includes seasonal vegetables and never gets boring. Among the appetizers, the crab miso salad... was incredibly delicious. The meat and fish dishes vary depending on the season, but this time I ordered pork belly and fried fish (I forgot the name). The salad dressing was also delicious. We started with beer and moved on to shochu through enjoyable conversations... but still felt a bit unsatisfied, so we ordered the cheese omelette. The omelette with a creamy filling and cheese sauce was delicious. We couldn't help but order some bread to soak up the cheese sauce. Once again, we were very satisfied. This place offers a variety of flavors that never get boring. Revisited with my son after a few months. The atmosphere and the owner were the same, and the variety of alcohol was still impressive, but the taste was different from before. The green onion tofu that I used to love was also different. It was disappointing as I was looking forward to it.
