The Cathay Pacific lounge was very good. Similar to JAL, you order at the counter and are notified by a buzzer when your order is ready. They had tantanmen and wonton noodles, and this time I ordered the wonton noodles. It wasn't like the ones in Hong Kong, but the quality was high. Next time, I will try the tantanmen.

Located on the 6th floor inside the international restricted area of Haneda Airport. Being the top floor, there is nothing blocking the view, providing a great panoramic view. I visited before 9 am and there were only about 10 customers, so it was not crowded. This lounge has a noodle counter and a bar counter, and the food is served by staff rather than self-service. The service is top-notch, creating a calm and pleasant atmosphere. They offer Hong Kong specialty dan dan noodles, various fruits, and a good selection of snacks. When you order food at the counter, you are given a buzzer for notification. Personally, I love the dragon fruit they offer, so I highly recommend this place.

I had French toast and tantanmen. The tantanmen had a rich and delicious soup, but the noodles were a bit hard. The French toast was amazing! It was fluffy and soft, and went well with honey. I recommend the French toast.

In 2014, an overseas airline became the first to open an airline lounge at Haneda Airport. The operation is handled by 'Hotel Okura'. You can enjoy the hotel's famous French toast and Okura curry, as well as Cathay's noodle bar in the style of 'Peach Blossom Forest'. Personally, I prefer it to authentic tantan noodles. I am trying to keep quiet so that my former boss does not notice me.

It was a relaxing experience spending time in the lounge before my flight. While JAL's Sakura Lounge is also nice, I personally preferred the food at this lounge. I would definitely like to visit again if I have the chance!

On Wednesday morning around 9 o'clock, about 30% of the seats were filled with mostly business-like male solo customers. The dishes were small, allowing you to try multiple options. There was a wide variety of drinks available, and the snacks that came with the drinks had a good selection. The sofas were also luxurious.

I flew economy class from Dubai, but as a JGC (JAL and One World mid-tier member), I was able to use the Cathay lounge at Haneda Airport. Located on the 6th floor on the outskirts of the airport, this lounge has a surprisingly beautiful interior. The natural lighting and spacious seating make it stand out. It's even more stylish than some Japanese first-class lounges, which is impressive for a business class lounge. There are luggage lockers available, and since the lounge is spacious and not crowded, leaving your belongings around won't be a bother. They have a bar counter where you can get coffee, tea, beer, wine, and even sake. The bartender will prepare your drink for you, adding a touch of luxury. I tried the special "Haneda Jade" cocktail, which was a bit too sweet for my taste. The appetizers were decent, with a selection similar to a hotel breakfast buffet. The highlight was the noodle bar, a must-visit for 99% of lounge users. I tried the dan dan noodles, which were incredibly delicious. The soup had a rich sesame flavor that was truly satisfying. The operation of the lounge's food and beverage department is managed by Okura, ensuring high-quality service. The restroom was also well-maintained, with Aesop products adding to the luxurious feel. Overall, this lounge exceeded my expectations and was on par with JAL or ANA lounges. As a JGC member, I plan to prioritize using this lounge in the future.

The Cathay Pacific Lounge offers a relaxing atmosphere and delicious food. It is currently the only location in Japan where Cathay Pacific Airlines' kitchen is installed, allowing guests to enjoy freshly prepared dishes. The famous items here include French toast supervised by Hotel Okura and Cathay's signature dan dan noodles. In addition, there are also noodles, congee, and dumplings available, all of which are delicious. Unlike other Japanese airline lounges, this lounge is less crowded and offers a consistently tasty menu in a comfortable setting. Whenever flying internationally from Haneda Airport, I always choose to use this lounge. Note that shower facilities are not available here, so you may need to use other lounges when necessary. I heard that their tantanmen and French toast are highly recommended. The lounge is located quite far from the center and is on the 6th floor, so it's important to be mindful of their limited opening hours that coincide with flight schedules. Upon entering the lounge, I was greeted by a spacious area. To the left of the entrance was a kitchen where they cook, in the middle was a spot where they serve snacks, and to the right rear was a place to order alcohol. Being on the 6th floor, the view of the runway was spectacular. The sofas were comfortable, and the seating was spacious. I ordered the tantanmen and French toast and was given a buzzer to notify me when they were ready. I also got a beer while waiting. The tantanmen was rich with sesame flavor and had a mild spiciness from the chili peppers. The combination of the soup and noodles was so good that I could have easily had another bowl. The French toast looked like a rolled omelette but was actually French toast inside. I enjoyed it with maple syrup, and it was soft and fluffy. These two dishes are definitely worth trying. I also added a gin and tonic and some snacks like caponata, pasta, cheese, and crackers. The presentation was beautiful, and the snacks were perfect for accompanying drinks. The Sakura Lounge tends to be crowded, but this lounge was almost empty when I visited, making it a hidden gem. The food was delicious, and I look forward to visiting again. Thank you for the meal.

My favorite Cathay lounge. The one in Hong Kong is the best, but the service in Japan's Cathay is also great. The must-eats are the dan dan noodles and French toast! If there's room in my stomach, I'll also have the pork buns, but I have to save space for JAL lounge's curry. I try not to be too greedy. On this day, they made a special cocktail for me and I was so happy! The service is top-notch!

After a long time, the Cathay Lounge at Haneda is a world of difference from the shabby lounge at Narita! The highlight here is ta-da! The Okura French toast! When I used to live in Roppongi, they were my neighbors so I could easily go there to eat, but now... And the best part is, it's free to eat (well, I don't go for seconds though...). So, after a long time, I took the Cathay flight CX543 from Haneda.

I ordered the French toast (commonly known as "atsuage") and dan dan noodles set from Okura. I like to call it the "atsuage set". To be honest, the French toast is not as delicious as it used to be. On good days, it has a fluffy texture that makes me feel really happy, but on bad days, it tastes like a failed attempt at making atsuage. However, what sets this lounge apart from other places serving atsuage and dim sum is their delicious anmitsu and the fact that they provide a water refill station. Unlike JAL lounges, where bottled water is not provided, here you can get a large bottle of Evian or domestic water (both cold and room temperature) in a plastic bottle, which is very convenient for me as an economy class passenger. Business class passengers often have water already provided, so this service may not be necessary for them.

If you go to Hong Kong, the price difference between Haneda and Narita airports is worth it for the difference in lounges. The distance from home is also close, so it's even more worth it. The Okura Hotel is good for its operation, but I still want champagne.

The tantanmen at the noodle bar is way better than other places! It's amazing! I ate too much and now I'm struggling with the in-flight meal. Cathay Pacific is amazing! Thank you for the meal!

I wanted to go, I wanted to go so badly, but I couldn't make it because they close at 5:00. However, I finally visited for the first time the other day! I tried the famous "French toast" and it was delicious! *No smoking area or shower room available.

I went to the Cathay Lounge after a long time to buy water, and noticed that they had switched from the original Fuji water to Evian. The JAL First Class Lounge was crowded, but as always, this one was nice and quiet. I thought about trying something different, but ended up enjoying the Oakwood French toast with bouncy texture. They also had tantanmen and wonton noodles. The almond jelly was soft and delicious. I wanted to try Cathay Delight at the bar corner, but it seems they don't have it at Haneda. The non-alcoholic Sweet Haneda was said to be sweet, and it really was sweet.

If you meet the entry requirements for the Sakura Lounge and JAL First Class Lounge, you can bring one companion even if they are not flying with Cathay Pacific. The highlight of the Sakura Lounge is the curry. Here we have tantanmen and French toast. The service is provided by Hotel Okura. The item next to the tantanmen is not tamagoyaki, but Hotel Okura's special French toast. Both the tantanmen and French toast are delicious. Some people even prefer the Cathay Lounge over the JAL First Class Lounge. It was a great experience to be able to try it out.
