This was my first time visiting! The interior of the restaurant is spacious and bright, and the staff were very friendly! I ordered the recommended beef liver, top harami, tongue, and the restaurant's recommended top tongue salt - they were all so delicious cooked over charcoal! I also ordered a kimchi assortment, namul assortment, and a spicy soup. Mixing the top harami and namul assortment together with gochujang sauce tasted just like bibimbap - it was amazing! My friends also enjoyed it so much that we ended up ordering seconds of the harami! The spicy soup had a sweet and spicy flavor, and adding extra chili peppers made it even better! I left the restaurant feeling full and satisfied - it was so delicious! I will definitely visit again. Thank you for the meal! ✨

I wanted to visit the main store but couldn't get a reservation, so I made a reservation at this branch and visited at 6 o'clock. It seemed like they operated on a time schedule, as all customers started at the same time at 6 o'clock. I was worried about the speed of service, but they served us quickly. My companion was thrilled with the variety of alcohol options. Everything was delicious, but the tan shio was especially tasty (I forgot to take a picture)! I would like to visit again if I have the chance.

This was my fourth visit. This time, I was disappointed. I ordered the usual Tan Shio Negi Cup as always. However, today the seasoning on the Tan Shio was too strong. It was too salty to eat. Even when paired with beer, the saltiness was overpowering, and it didn't go well with the meat flavor. I usually like to sprinkle plenty of negi shio on top, but the flavor was so intense that I couldn't even add the negi shio... The extra order of negi shio cup that I usually get also remained uneaten and sat on the grill. Hoping for a miracle, I ordered another serving of Tan Shio, but the taste remained too salty. So, I reluctantly ordered barley rice with raw egg, to help ease the saltiness and managed to finish the meal somehow. It was disappointing. Perhaps it was because it was hot during the day, so they thought I needed extra salt intake because of the heat!! Is this their kindness...? It was a favorite restaurant of mine, but if it continues like this next time, I might not go back. It's sad.

The portion size is larger compared to other yakiniku restaurants. The beef tongue was quite thick. It tends to stick to the grill, so you need to turn it frequently while cooking. Reservations are required. Customers are all seated at once at the reserved time, so it's best to wait in front of the restaurant before your reservation time.

I made a reservation at the second store because the main store in Akihabara that I had been interested in was fully booked a week in advance! I recommend ordering the beef tongue with salt, which I had been looking forward to. We waited in front of the entrance to the underground at the reserved time, which was hotter than above ground, so I personally think it's best to go right at the reservation time. I went for the beef tongue with salt, but I ended up really liking the combination of miso beef tongue and barley rice, so I recommend it to those who like miso and rice combinations!

I had been curious about this restaurant for a while but couldn't get a reservation. I was guided to this branch and made a reservation. After checking reviews beforehand, I ordered the premium tongue, green onion tongue with salt, and premium loin. The tongue was indeed delicious, I felt like I could eat as much as I wanted. The loin was a bit too salty for my taste.

However, it was difficult to make a reservation at the main store. They told me, "The Yushima store is available," so I visited the newly opened Yushima store! The conclusion is, the taste is just as good! It's incredibly delicious! The grilled salted tongue is a must-try. It doesn't disappoint in terms of taste. The salted liver was also delicious! The main store in Akihabara has a more bustling atmosphere, so I prefer the atmosphere there, but for casual visits, I think this Yushima store is just right!

Third visit. I saw a post on SNS about available seats, so I called and was able to get a reservation easily. By the third visit, I knew my way around, so I ordered the Tan Shita & Negi Shio Cup without any hesitation. It was incredibly delicious and paired perfectly with beer. I've already decided on my fourth visit, so stay tuned.

You can make phone reservations starting at 2:00 PM, and this time I was able to make a same-day reservation on a Monday. The main store in Akihabara was fully booked, but the Yushima store had availability, so we were able to get in. The restaurant has a system where you can enter in groups at set times, and on that day they had slots for 5:00 PM, 6:00 PM, 7:30 PM, and 8:30 PM. There are many drink options, but the food choices may be a bit limited compared to other yakiniku restaurants. This time, we enjoyed the top salted tongue, miso tongue, green onion salted tongue, top harami, top mino, double top liver, and a kimchi assortment. Everything was well seasoned and delicious.

I wanted to eat thick beef tongue, so I visited this restaurant! Since I arrived late, they were sold out of sirloin and kalbi! I had the beef tongue and regular harami, and it was very satisfying! The second branch of the popular Tanseikyo is still relatively easy to book on weekdays from 6 pm. Their salted tongue, green onion salted tongue, tantan shita (bottom round), seared sirloin, and harami (skirt steak) with bean sprout namul are all delicious. The tongue is especially tasty, and the harami is also really delicious.

Today, the four of us ordered a set menu for around 35,000 yen. The tongue was great as expected, but the harami (skirt steak) and top sirloin were also excellent. The top sirloin had a different cut compared to before, so there might be differences in the cut or timing of the day. In one set, there were 2 slices of sirloin and 4 slices of harami. You can add more slices as needed. I also tried ordering the premium top sirloin, which comes as a single piece of meat, and it was also good. I'm starting to understand how to order now. I prefer thick-cut tongue, so I ordered the premium one in advance. Instead of ordering a dish with green onions, it's better to just order a single serving for 300 yen.

I made a reservation at a yakiniku restaurant that I was curious about and wanted to try. The interior was spacious and clean. We went as a group of two, and based on the information I had seen beforehand, we decided to each order one portion of meat as it was said that two portions would be enough to fill us up. For two men, it might not be enough, but for two women or a man and a woman, it could be just right. We enjoyed the meal very much.

Unchanging deliciousness. The day I discovered Tan-Shita and Negi-Shio. I was finally able to try the Tan-Shita that was previously sold out. It's a cheap menu item at 800 yen, but it's a unique dish that you can't find elsewhere. You can only eat it at Tankiyoshi, so I highly recommend trying it. For dessert, I ordered the grilled banana ice cream for the first time. The banana is grilled on a mesh until the honey starts to overflow, signaling its deliciousness. The hot and sweet grilled banana paired perfectly with the cold ice cream.

I used it for dinner. Around 19:30 on a weekday. Of course, reservations are essential. First, I was most looking forward to the beef tongue salt. It is said that you should start cooking with the salt and pepper side down, as it tends to stick to the grill if not done quickly, and cook it slowly while turning it over. The thick tongue quickly turns a delicious color as it cooks. I realized that I came here to eat this meat texture and umami. I immediately ordered more. After I calmed down, I enjoyed the drinks while sandwiching kimchi and namul. I drank the recommended craft beer from the countless options and then had black bean makgeolli. The negi-tan salt, with plenty of green onions served separately, was also delicious when heated and placed on top. I would like to come back to this restaurant when I want to fully enjoy delicious tongue. Thank you for the meal.

I have been to the restaurant in Akihabara and it was incredibly delicious, so I was thrilled when I found out they opened in Yushima. Reservations can only be made up to 2 weeks in advance, which was a bit frustrating. The interior of the restaurant was spacious and beautiful compared to Akihabara. The quality of the meat was just as good, and it's easier to make reservations here than in Akihabara. I will definitely be coming back to this place.

Tan Kiyoshi Akihabara is the second branch of a popular restaurant chain. I had tried calling several times to make a reservation, but it was always fully booked. However, I was able to get a last-minute reservation and visit the restaurant, located just a few minutes' walk from Yushima Station. The restaurant is in the basement and has a spacious, well-lit white interior with ample space between tables, allowing for a relaxed dining experience. It seems suitable for group gatherings as well. I ordered: - Premium tongue salt-grilled: 2,970 yen - Negi-tongue salt-grilled: 1,540 yen - Premium kalbi: 1,650 yen - Premium loin: 1,650 yen - Green salad: 660 yen - Garlic cup grilled: 440 yen The restaurant had a wide variety of alcoholic beverages, with craft beers and local sake cups neatly displayed in a refrigerated showcase. The meat dishes were generously portioned, offering great value for money. The premium tongue salt-grilled had thick slices of tongue, grilled to a crispy perfection. The meat was juicy and flavorful, with some variation in tenderness among the cuts. The negi-tongue salt-grilled featured plenty of green onions and had a rich taste that paired well with the savory tongue. The premium kalbi had fatty and lean parts, which tasted delicious when dipped in the additional raw egg and sweet barbecue sauce. The premium loin was thickly cut and surprisingly tender, with a rich flavor that wasn't overpowering. Eating it with the sweet and savory garlic added a nice touch of flavor. Overall, the dishes were filling and reasonably priced. I would recommend this place to those who enjoy both meat and alcohol, as it offers a delightful dining experience.

I went there for the first time, and it seems to be the second branch of a popular restaurant. The flag of the Tokyo-Niigata Prefecture People's Association was waving next to it. I visited with friends. The tongue was delicious with thick slices. It was a bit overcooked at first, but still satisfying. There were people who couldn't drink alcohol, but everyone was very happy.
