There are quite a few shops that I pass by even though they are in my neighborhood. Reasons vary, such as always being empty, having mediocre reviews on food review websites, or just a gut feeling. This place was one of those shops. But on this day, I really wanted to eat meat and vegetable stir-fry, and my eldest daughter also wanted Chinese food, so we decided to give this place a try together. The spacious and clean interior was nice. There were only two middle-aged customers dining alone. As usual, the place was empty. We ordered the "Evening Drink Set" which includes a drink, small dishes, and dim sum. We also added spring rolls, fried eggplant with salt and pepper, meat and vegetable stir-fry, and a small bowl of rice. The food came out quickly, and the service was decent. The taste was average, nothing exceptional but not bad either. My daughter, who usually eats very little, surprisingly ate a lot. The fried eggplant with salt and pepper had a nice kick to it and was quite addictive. However, the overall flavor was a bit too strong. The prices were surprisingly low, with a wide variety of dishes priced around 400-500 yen for small dishes and 700-800 yen for rice or noodle dishes. The value for money was impressive. Next time I come alone, I'll order the Evening Drink Set again and have some noodles as well. It's a great deal and I'm grateful for it. Thank you for the meal!

Around the area of Kudan, you can avoid being a lunch refugee if you choose a Chinese restaurant. For today's lunch, I went to Kirin En, where the seats are somewhat filled but you can still find a place to sit. However, it is a noisy place. I ordered a Chinese rice bowl set and changed the half ramen to wonton soup. The lunch, priced under 1,000 yen, had a reasonable amount of food, but the taste was mediocre and nothing special.

I had known about this restaurant for a while, but I always thought it was just your typical Chinese restaurant, so I passed by for about 2 years haha. My favorite Chinese dish is stir-fried shredded potatoes, but not many places have it. After doing some research, I found out that this restaurant has it, so I decided to give it a try. The shredded potatoes, yakisoba with ankake sauce, honeycomb salad, and spring rolls... Honestly, they exceeded my expectations in a good way. Everything was really delicious. Despite that, there are not many people here on weekdays or weekends, so I recommend it. (It's really delicious, so I wish more people would come and enjoy it, but haha). By the way, I went alone two days in a row recently haha. You can also order by phone and take it to go. Each dish is about 500 yen, so the cost performance is really good. It's amazing that it's so cheap and located here, is it okay? haha. I'm happy to have such a wonderful restaurant near my house. I might go there every day haha. A Chinese restaurant where the staff are efficient and the service is pleasant. The vegetable tanmen has a light flavor with plenty of vegetables, making it a nice and gentle dish. The thin curly noodles are also good. Overall, I think it's a good lunch for 750 yen.

When I went in May, they weren't serving chilled noodles yet. This time, I saw a poster for chilled noodles at the storefront and decided to try it out. I was the only customer there at the time. The chilled noodles arrived, served in a perfectly chilled bowl. I usually only order soy sauce flavor. The toppings included jellyfish, cucumber, shredded omelette, shredded pork, chicken char siu, thinly sliced tomato, and shrimp. The noodles were thin but cooked perfectly, and the toppings were delicious. The soy sauce dressing had a nice tangy flavor. I wasn't expecting much, but it turned out to be surprisingly tasty.

At lunch, I went with my colleague after a long time. I ordered a set of mapo tofu and half ramen (850 yen). I thought I couldn't go wrong with mapo tofu, but surprisingly, the rice was soft and topped with mapo tofu... I couldn't eat it. Maybe noodles would have been better.

It's a place near the office, so it's a normal place to eat. It gets crowded around lunchtime, so if you want to eat Chinese food in a relatively calm atmosphere, this place is okay. It's neither good nor bad, just average.

The food at this typical diner was delicious, and the staff was lively. They efficiently handled their tasks like professionals. Since I was driving that day, I couldn't drink alcohol, but I wish I could have paired the strong flavors of the meal with a drink. Overall, it was a satisfying experience.

Shrimp fried rice is quite good. They also offer half ramen and can be replaced with wonton. It's delicious. I haven't been here since I stopped by after a drinking party after a conference. There are a lot of Chinese restaurants in this area. Thank you for the meal!

Mapo rice and half ramen for 900 yen. Last time I had the set meal with free extra rice, but this time there is no option for extra portions. It may not be enough for big eaters, but I am grateful that they are open on Saturdays.

It is labeled as a Chinese izakaya, so using it as an izakaya might be the best option, but it is also convenient for a quick lunch. The taste is generally decent without any major disappointments.
