I went to a craft beer restaurant in Ebisu for a meal after a long time. It's conveniently located near the west exit of JR Ebisu Station. The restaurant has completely private rooms, so I could relax and enjoy my time comfortably. There was even a water tank with fish, which added a lovely touch to the atmosphere. First, I tried a beer that caught my eye. The Pale Ale is a beer that pursues a taste suitable for Japanese preferences based on the ale beer served in British pubs. It has a unique and refreshing aroma of aroma hops, and it is very delicious! The appetizers were also stylish and delicious. The duck was tender and exquisite, and the Caprese cheese with Genovese sauce was also delicious. The Chicken Carpaccio was beautifully presented, and the vegetables were fresh. The Golden Ale was a beautiful golden color beer made using top fermentation yeast, which gave it a gorgeous richness and refreshing aftertaste. The Chicken Nanban with tartar sauce was generously topped, and the chicken was surprisingly tender. It paired perfectly with the beer. The whole grilled chicken with rock salt was amazing! It was very photogenic, and the staff cut it into easy-to-eat pieces. The original sauce made of tomatoes and onions was incredibly delicious! The asparagus and eringi mushrooms were also tasty. The atmosphere was lovely, and both the beer and the food were delicious. I have found another favorite restaurant!

My second favorite place is Ebisu. I usually prefer the side streets a little off the main road, and I have this strange confidence that I have never been disappointed by a shop in my favorite places. When I come to Ebisu, I always feel like drinking delicious beer or authentic cocktails. It's like the whole town is telling me, "Please order anything because it's delicious," maybe that's why. This time, I visited a shop that my beer-loving friend had researched in advance. It's located near Ebisu Park and Ebisu Shrine, and it may seem a bit far from the station on the map, but it probably took less than 5 minutes. You can walk from the west exit, go along the main street, and it's right behind Ebisu Shrine. It may be a bit dark at night, so it could be a bit hard to find. In front of the shop, there was a blackboard with craft beers listed, about 9 different types. It seemed like they had a wide variety of options. Although I have become quite a beer enthusiast, there are still some beers I can't drink, so having multiple options gives me peace of mind. Well, if I go with a beer lover, they can drink anything, so it's fine. First, I ordered the "Fragrant Weizen." When I asked the staff for a beer that is easy to drink and suitable for the first drink, they recommended this one. The menu had various descriptions, which made it easy to understand, and the name was catchy. Also, "White Beer" is not something you see often, and it was easy to drink with a soft mouthfeel and fruity taste. The color was gentle, and I would recommend it to women. By the way, I'm not a big fan of black beer, but I want to get used to things I don't like, so I ordered the "Bitter Stout" for my friend. It's made with 100% bitter hops and dark malt. It looks like black ink, but my friend, who loves beer, said it has a rich taste with a solid body and you can enjoy the richness of the beer. The flavor is thick, and he said he could drink it all night as a snack. I also asked the staff for a small glass to try a little (which I know I shouldn't do, but they kindly accommodated me, thank you). I... well, this taste is clearly divided by preferences. The staff recommended the "Golden Ale" to me, saying that if I like Weizen, I would like this one. It uses Citra hops, so it's refreshing but also has a rich taste. I ended up drinking this one throughout the night. It's easy to drink and goes well with food. It's delicious. Highly recommended. For food, I ordered Cheese Tteokbokki, Fresh Fish Carpaccio, Caprese, Half Chicken Fritters, and Local Chicken Sausage. It's the usual "ordering too much" pattern, yes, don't mind me. I feel like I haven't had Tteokbokki in a while, I think I used to eat it all the time. The two types of cheese melt, and the sweet and spicy sauce mixes with the chicken, which is very delicious. I still like it. While I tend to want to drink wine after eating something light, maybe the strong flavor of craft beer is the reason? It goes well with Tteokbokki and makes the deliciousness double. Carpaccio and Caprese. It's fancy, isn't it? I need to eat something light, or I'll get bloated, so it's a nice choice for myself. The fresh fish changes daily, but on this day, it was Yellowtail and Sweet Shrimp, which are usually eaten as sashimi. The Carpaccio version was elegant with a creamy taste. The Half Chicken Fritters seemed like a lot at first, but I thought it was easy to eat with the crazy salt? It was just the right amount of saltiness, and I was craving a bit of salt at that point, so it was another flavor change that made me want to drink more. However, it's a bit difficult to share, you need to be close friends to enjoy the fun of taking a big bite together. I actually wanted to try the Local Chicken Sausage the most. I rarely eat chicken sausages ===========

The restaurant is located next to Ebisu Shrine, less than 4 minutes from Ebisu Station. It has a hidden gem vibe, which may be perfect for a secret outing. The taste may vary depending on personal preference, but personally, I found it to be rich and spicy! It could be great for those who enjoy bold and spicy flavors. However, I would recommend avoiding this place for special occasions, picky eaters, or those with a sensitive sense of smell.

The variety of alcohol is abundant, and the food is enjoyable. It's a cheap and convenient place with plenty of seating. They also have private rooms for group dates! I just go there for a casual drink. You have to climb up to the third floor, and the entrance sign is easy to miss. Look for the standing sign under the stairs. I went for a Christmas party 2 months early and splurged on a whole roasted chicken. Roasted chicken is always delicious. Enjoy it slowly with wine. Even though I was already full for the second round, haha! ^_^

I used it for a second party on Friday night. The atmosphere of the seats was good, and I was able to talk slowly. The food and drinks were very delicious. However, it was unfortunate that the waiters did not come even when called, and it took quite a long time for menu orders and serving, perhaps because it was crowded with banquets.

I visited the Meat Bar & Cheese Taccarbi Bird Stand Ebisu store for dinner today. I ordered the popular luxurious banquet plan with 9 creative dishes and 3-hour all-you-can-drink for 3,997 yen. The special deluxe cheese taccarbi was recommended. The spicy chicken and rich melted cheese went well with the alcohol. The course had quite a few dishes and personally, I found them quite delicious. The atmosphere was lively, and it seemed like everyone was having a good time. The location is also very convenient, right by the station, making it a recommended place to drink around Ebisu. Thank you for the meal.

The drink options were limited with no highball and only Clear Asahi for draft beer, so there wasn't much of a sense of value. The staff were friendly and took our orders promptly. The food, which was a cheese dakgalbi course, was delicious. However, the chicken carpaccio was too thick to chew, had no seasoning, and was not tasty so we left it uneaten. We were expecting a more refined seating arrangement like in the photos, with a room featuring an aquarium, but instead, we were crammed into a small semi-private room with 10 people, shoulder to shoulder, in a crowded train-like situation, which made the experience unpleasant. There was a lack of cleanliness, and I don't think I'll ever go back again.

The taste was above average, but the private room was too small and the service staff was insufficient for accommodating a large group. It would have been better with a more spacious layout. Perhaps it is more suited for young people.

After leaving Ebisu Shrine, we arrived at this trendy restaurant. The interior is really stylish! It seems to be very popular for group dates and couples. Everyone seems to like the fish swimming in the aquarium. Today, we toasted with Super Dry Extra Gold! It was ice-cold and delicious! Downed it in no time. For the second round, I switched to my favorite Super Dry! Pickles, crab meat omelette, cucumber, edamame, fried chicken, fried fish cakes, and Caesar salad. All the menu items felt like they belonged in a trendy dining bar. Red snapper sashimi and tuna cheek carpaccio. There are many private rooms and it's stylish, so I think it's great for young people! However, even though it's on the third floor, the stairs were a bit tough for those on the heavier side... Thank you for the meal.

The service was too slow and there was not enough food in the course. The only good thing was that they provided a private room. Maybe it was a bad time to go (before Christmas), but it's not worth going back. Will not repeat.

Reasonably priced restaurant, food is decently tasty. Maybe it would have been better to order wine by the bottle.
