I spent around 10,000 yen for 2-3 hours, including two drinks (each around 700 yen). It was my first time trying shisha, and I also enjoyed karaoke with my friends. I don't usually smoke, so the shisha made me cough at first, but I got used to it. The staff changed the charcoal multiple times. It seemed a bit more expensive compared to other shisha places, but I would recommend it to those who don't mind the price.
