I heard that this place has been around for 5 years, but I had never actually been inside before. I was skeptical about whether they could source good oysters being so close to the Skytree. However, on a rainy day at the end of the year, I finally decided to give it a try. When I entered the restaurant, I was surprised when they asked if I had a reservation. I was taken aback, thinking, "Do I need to make a reservation in Asakusa?" But then I saw someone else come in with a reservation, and I was even more surprised. There were various types of fresh oysters on the menu, but because it was so cold outside, I opted for grilled oysters and garlic shrimp. Everything was delicious, and even the fried oysters were great! I will definitely be coming back here again.

I visited PayPay in Sumida Ward for the 30% discount promotion. I originally planned to have lunch, but the menu looked so delicious that I couldn't decide and ended up choosing fried oysters. The oysters were freshly fried and although they were on the smaller side, they were delicious especially with tartar sauce. The meal came with mixed rice and a simple clear soup. They also offer dinner menu starting from lunch time, so it's a good option for both lunch and dinner.

We ordered 5 + 1 for sharing. The crispy batter was delicious. We also ordered the herb-grilled oysters. We ordered 3 + 1 so that everyone could have their share. Being able to add one by one was a nice touch. We were considering ordering another dish, but with these orders, we were completely satisfied. It was an oyster feast and it was amazing. I will definitely go back.

Just a stone's throw from Tokyo Skytree, there is a shop that specializes in oysters. I tried a variety of raw oysters, oysters marinated in oil, oyster a la plancha, and oyster rice, and all of them were tasty. Just a heads up, the last order for food is at 8 pm, so be mindful of that.

Mixed fry lunch for 1000 yen. I added oyster rice for 330 yen. The rice portion was increased for free. The two side dishes were pickles and seasoned bamboo shoots. The lunch included fried horse mackerel, minced cutlet, and two fried oysters. The oyster rice had one oyster on top. It's a nice option for a lunch once in a while.

I visited the "Kakiichiba Tokyo Skytree Ekimae" restaurant on March 28, 2023. I ordered the Mixed Fry Lunch for 909 yen and the Oyster Butter Saute for 700 yen. I also added a rice set for 300 yen. The restaurant is located near Oshiage Station, along the Kita-Jukkengawa River. It opened in January 2015 and serves lunch from 12:00 to 14:30 on weekdays and from 12:00 to 21:00 on weekends. They accept cash, credit cards, electronic money, and QR code payments. The restaurant has 42 seats, including 14 at the counter and 28 at tables. The atmosphere is bright, and you can see the Tokyo Skytree from the window. I enjoyed the Mixed Fry Lunch with a generous portion of rice and the delicious Oyster Butter Saute. The fries were thick and tasty, and the oyster dish was flavorful and satisfying.

I visited Skytree for sightseeing and lunch on a regular day. I didn't order the fried horse mackerel myself, but I ordered the mixed fry. It was very delicious even without any condiments. The photo shows the mixed fry and an additional oyster fry. I would like to try fried horse mackerel in various places from now on.

Visited the restaurant around 12:20 on Thursday, March 3, and saw one group already dining. I ordered the Fried Oyster Set for 950 yen, which was delicious. The set included 5 plump oysters, which was satisfying in terms of quantity. However, I felt that they could improve on the presentation and taste of the side dishes like the small plates and miso soup.

Under Tokyo Skytree, there is a restaurant specializing in oyster dishes. I visited around noon on a weekday, right after they opened. There were 2 groups of 4 customers already seated, and more customers kept coming in, filling up the table seats. I ordered the Oyster Fry Lunch (Oyster Rice) and added rice to change it to Oyster Rice. The Oyster Fry consisted of 5 slightly larger pieces, freshly fried with crispy batter. I enjoyed them with lemon, tartar sauce, and the sauces on the table. The Oyster Rice had one oyster on top, and the flavor was elegant. Oyster Market Oyster Market offers oysters all year round, but they are especially delicious in winter and make you crave them. Thank you for the meal.

Deep-fried oyster lunch set for 950 yen. It arrived in 10 minutes. There were 5 small oysters. I usually prefer smaller oysters when I make oyster fry at home, so it was okay for me. However, the taste of the oysters was a bit disappointing, maybe because I had high expectations at an oyster specialty restaurant. But considering the price, it was reasonable.

In the morning, my partner and I went to Shake Tree Diner, and in the evening, we went to Shake Tree B&B. In between, we actually went drinking. We explored the nearby Solamachi after the diner, and then headed to Oyster Market. Even though we weren't hungry, we had a strong desire to drink. The World Beer Museum in Solamachi was too crowded during lunchtime, so we went to Oyster Market instead. It was quite empty and we were seated quickly. Since it was lunchtime, no seating charge was required, which was a nice bonus! We ordered Koedo beer, with me choosing the white one. It had a rich flavor but felt light, making it easy to drink. But we had to control ourselves since Shake Tree was waiting for us again. As for snacks, we chose truffle-scented edamame and oysters marinated in oil. We went for small dishes. First came the edamame. I've never tried truffle before, so I didn't know what the smell was like (sorry!). But the edamame was cooked just right. It was a bit salty, though. The oysters marinated in oil had enoki mushrooms and a rich broth. The oysters were plump and delicious. It's clear they specialize in oysters! They offer oysters from various regions, and the person next to us was enjoying grilled oysters on a charcoal grill. If I had even a little bit of space in my stomach, I might have tried it! I ordered the all-you-can-eat steamed oysters. I wasn't expecting much in terms of quality for around 4000 yen, but I was pleasantly surprised to find plenty of oysters that usually cost around 600 yen each at other oyster bars. We steamed and ate them in batches of 10 each, and enjoyed a total of 44 oysters between the two of us. They were incredibly delicious! The staff was also very entertaining. There was no limit on drinks, and the all-you-can-eat deal even came with oyster rice and 2 oyster fries, so we left very satisfied!

I visited a place where you can enjoy various oyster dishes from noon. I ordered grilled oysters, raw oysters, fried oysters, and butter-sautéed oysters. The restaurant was quite busy with customers, but there were only two staff members, so it seemed challenging for them. It might be better to visit when you have plenty of time because it takes a while. I had trouble deciding on the grilling time for the oysters as there was no explanation from the staff who were busy. I was relieved when they were grilled deliciously.

I came here because I wanted to eat oysters. They offer all-you-can-eat steamed and grilled oysters, and it was quite crowded. I ordered a half portion of steamed oysters (4 pieces). Today, I was mainly looking forward to eating raw oysters, so I enjoyed my favorite Senpouji oysters. It was delicious - thank you for the meal.

I love oysters and I would definitely visit this restaurant regularly if it were in my neighborhood. They have a great selection of fresh oysters that make me want to try them all. I gave up on having lunch at the crowded Skytree Town and found a restaurant while walking around the Skytree area. From the lunch menu at the entrance, I thought maybe I would have the "Oyster Fry Set," but they also had raw oysters, grilled oysters, pasta... and you can even have a full course meal with alcohol from noon. It was even more delicious than I expected! Highly recommended.
