My daughter wanted to eat pizza, so we went to Faccaro but it was full and they said we needed a reservation. We walked further to Dajolgio and there was a line. We waited for 30 minutes until we were finally seated. The second floor was also full. It was the first time I had seen such a scene. We ordered 2 San Pellegrino (550 yen each), Caprese (1500 yen), Margherita DOC (2900 yen), and Quattro Formaggi (2750 yen). First, Caponata came out followed by Quattro Formaggi. It was delicious. Then came the Margherita DOC. It was tasty.

At the entrance of the restaurant, there is a pile of firewood and a large pizza oven. The interior is clean and rare in Ueno, making it suitable for a casual date. Since the menu is mainly focused on pizza, it seems popular among those looking for a lunch or non-alcoholic option. Reservations are recommended. I usually don't choose pizza when I go to Italian restaurants, so I wasn't sure about the price range, but I thought the price for pizza was quite high... However, it was really delicious. Even though I wasn't very hungry, I finished it quickly. The crust was very tasty. The crust was light and thin, so it disappeared quickly. It was so delicious that I didn't even think about leaving the crust. There were also a la carte options like steak, but I had to give up due to lack of stomach space. But if I come here again, I will probably choose pizza again. It's recommended to come when you're very hungry. It seems better to enjoy the strong-flavored pizza rather than slowly drinking wine. After several years, I visited this place again. I suddenly decided to go to the downtown area and remembered Yushima nearby. Today, I ordered a salad and Margherita pizza. It's been a while since I had such delicious pizza. The tomato sauce had a unique taste that I personally enjoy. I will definitely come back again.

The Margherita D.O.C. at other restaurants sometimes tastes ordinary to the point where you wonder, "Is this mozzarella really buffalo?" But here, you can really smell the buffalo mozzarella and the delicious tomato sauce is more like fruity tomatoes, which personally I prefer. Also, the dough isn't too salty, so it's easy to get tired of it. The menu even says it's okay to leave some, so I guess that's just how it is.

I have always wanted to visit this place and luckily I was able to get in on a Saturday afternoon. I ordered Margherita and a pizza called Giorgio. Personally, I found Giorgio to be more delicious than Margherita and I was impressed. The cheese was plentiful all the way to the edge of the dough, and I was very satisfied.

My partner and I often visit art museums in Ueno, but we always struggle to find a good place to eat afterwards. I found this restaurant on Tabelog and made a reservation right away. The atmosphere is casual yet cozy, and the staff are very friendly. The pizza was absolutely delicious. We had an appetizer platter, beef stew, and tomato sauce and olive pizza. Since my partner doesn't drink much, we opted for beer and a glass of wine, but there were also reasonably priced wine bottles available, so we plan to try that next time.

I made a reservation and went. It was almost full, so I'm glad I made a reservation! The pizza had a chewy crust on the outside and crispy on the bottom, and the Margherita tomato was fresh. The only downside was that the sponge under the tiramisu had a strong alcohol smell... I confirmed with the staff, but they said most of the alcohol had evaporated... However, I still felt a warming sensation in my throat and stomach, and a relaxing feeling as if my shoulders had dropped, which made me realize the alcohol content was strong. They apparently use Marsala wine, so maybe the aroma is strong, but it would be tough for those who don't like alcohol. I wish it had been mentioned on the menu. The fondant chocolate with ice cream was delicious.

I visited because I wanted to eat delicious Neapolitan pizza. The menu said that each person can eat one pizza, but when I asked the staff, they said that it's quite big so it's more like 2-3 people sharing one. We ordered some appetizers and took photos of three different pizzas and dessert. The tomato bruschetta was delicious. The pizza had a chewy crust and was very tasty. The award-winning Margherita pizza was especially delicious. The tiramisu dessert was fluffy and delicious.

Ordered the award-winning Margherita DOC and Giorgio pizzas. Giorgio is a rolled cake. It seemed like it could use a bit more saltiness or flavor. The taste was more subtle than expected. The Margherita DOC was delicious! The flavor of the buffalo cheese really stood out. However, as mentioned in the menu description, "the fluffy ear part is basically a wall to prevent the sauce or toppings from spilling out, and Italians often leave it, eating the delicious part with toppings first, and finishing depending on their hunger level," the ear part had no flavor at all. Also, both pizzas had thick crusts. It felt like savoring the taste of wheat. I was expecting more toppings overflowing, so it was a bit different from what I anticipated. Nevertheless, it was delicious! Thank you for the meal. The interior of the restaurant was also luxurious, giving off a vibe of a hidden gem in an alleyway.

The sight of boldly baking one pizza at a time in the kettle at the entrance was very impressive, and since takeout is also available, I would love to use it again. The second restaurant we visited was not very crowded and had a cozy atmosphere. I've had better pizzas before, but this one was really delicious. The service was also good. Ordered: - Caesar salad: Could use a bit more anchovy for better flavor - Trippa: Could have been cooked a bit longer to my liking, but seasoning was good - Pizza 1: Georgie had a bit too much burnt parts, tasted bitter, but the dough was good - Pizza 2: Margherita DOC had no burnt taste, tomato sauce was not too sour, crust was crispy yet doughy Both Georgie and Margherita DOC are recommended by the restaurant, but personally, I would recommend Margherita. My rating: Margherita 4 stars, other dishes around 3.5 stars. Prices are a bit high, but the atmosphere is nice.

Starting with a Caprese salad, everything at this high-level authentic pizza restaurant was exceptional. Among them, Giorgio was a masterpiece unique to this restaurant. The food, wine, atmosphere, and the staff's service were all excellent, and I definitely want to visit again.

The pizza named after the restaurant, Giorgio, is quite heavy. It is wrapped in cheese and mushrooms inside the pizza dough. Delicious! The taste is gentle. Arugula is a must. The Margherita D.O.C is also unique. The Margherita tomato sauce has an amazing soup-like texture. You can feel the richness of the tomato sauce. I often eat Margherita, but this was my first time trying this Margherita. The variety of drinks is limited.

The rolled pizza that I saw on Instagram was delicious♡ There were quite a few women and the time was set for 1.5 to 2 hours, so I felt like I couldn't eat slowly. But all the food was delicious. Today, I had pizza at this restaurant. Sometimes, I really crave pizza. I started with a cheers with beer! For appetizers, I had carpaccio and tripe. Both were delicious, and I have high hopes for the pizza! First, I had my favorite Marinara. The soft dough and flavor were delicious! It was the best! Anna had mushrooms, ham, and cheese which were a perfect combination. Sparkling wine also went well with it. Overall, the quality of the pizza was high and very delicious! If I ever feel like having pizza around Ueno again, I would definitely come back! Thank you for the meal.
