Little by little, I was running out of options for lunch places I hadn't visited yet, so I decided to walk around and stumbled upon this place. I had known about it before, but always put off going. Today, I decided to go in because of the daily special menu displayed outside. It was a seafood bowl with half a ramen. Seafood bowl at a Chinese restaurant? And it comes with ramen? No way. Impossible. Well, just in case... And that's why I decided to go in around noon. There were about 10 customers already inside, and a few more came in after me. It became full quickly. There were 4 daily specials and about 20 fixed lunch options. Of course, I stuck to my original plan. In the center of the restaurant, there was a small table with a salad bar. Cabbage, daikon radish, corn, and fried toppings. Small dishes like boiled egg, tofu, and pickled vegetables. And canned fruit that looked like dessert, along with iced coffee. I grabbed some of these and waited. In less than 10 minutes, the main dish arrived. For a moment, I couldn't believe my eyes, but then I understood. It was a seafood simmered bowl. Later, I checked the menu and saw that there was also a seafood simmered ramen option. The taste was just average for the salad bar and the main dish, but the seafood bowl tasted more like a cabbage bowl. However, there were plenty of dishes, good portion sizes, and a dessert to finish off, which surprisingly left me feeling satisfied. (2019.1.21)
