This is a sushi restaurant that opened on the site of a former dry cleaning shop, specializing in takeout. I visited close to closing time, so the items on the display shelf were discounted by 10%. As it was my first visit, I decided to try the "Midori Tama" and the "Warm Tamago Toro Taku Don." The Midori Tama was available on the display shelf, so I chose that, while the Warm Tamago Toro Taku Don had to be freshly made. It was ready in about 10 minutes. The Midori Tama cost ¥2052 with the 10% discount, and the Warm Tamago Toro Taku Don was ¥850. I didn't ask how long the Midori Tama had been on the display shelf, but it seemed a bit less fresh with a slight fishy smell. Since I only tried the Midori Tama, my review is based on that. However, since sushi is raw, it might be better not to leave it on the display shelf for too long.

No explanation needed. If you love Choshi Maru, you must visit. The restaurant is newly opened, with bright lighting and cheerful service. Convenient location near the station. The taste is authentic Choshi Maru! Mmm, the best!
