I was invited by a friend and visited this very stylish and atmospheric restaurant in Ginza. Their specialty is a generous herb salad that not only looks beautiful but also tastes delicious. For pasta, you can choose from four types, and I chose Tagliatelle with pepper and chili mixed into the noodles, which was spicy and tasty, especially with seafood. I also tried the Spaghetti with summer truffles, which had a rich cream sauce and plenty of truffles grated right in front of me - perfect for Instagram. The Herb-steamed sea bass had a delicate seafood soup, although it felt a bit light after the strong flavors. The Grilled pork loin with mustard was flavorful and the fatty part was sweet and delicious. The desserts were also delicious. I left feeling satisfied and happy, and will definitely visit again!

The atmosphere of the restaurant is great, and the dishes are carefully prepared and both visually appealing and delicious. The entrance has a Japanese style, but once you enter, it's super stylish! The cold pasta with sea urchin is not overpowering, and the base flavors are solid, pairing well with tomatoes and eggplant. The risotto is also delicious, with sweet corn adding a nice touch!

On this day, I visited "Giorgio Ginza" in Ginza. I took the elevator to B1F and entered the restaurant. I checked my coat and sat at a table. The rose flowers are beautiful and add a nice touch to the atmosphere. I decided to go with the chef's omakase course (11,000 yen) and also ordered 4 types of pairings (6,000 yen) that I have been enjoying recently. We started with a toast with Prosecco. - Deep-fried leek potage: The aroma of leek and Prosecco complement each other well. It warms the stomach and arouses the appetite. We also had a snack of thinly baked bread dough with cheese, which paired nicely with the wine. - Herb salad with 15 varieties, Italian ham assortment, marinated pear and Brie Savarin: The herb salad with various herbs, strawberries, and blueberries has a complex and enjoyable taste. It was a generous appetizer with pears, cheese, ham, salami, and more. - Pasta: We chose the "+1,500 yen Black Truffle and Mushroom Spaghetti" because we both wanted to try it. The cream sauce pasta with plenty of mushrooms and black truffles had a rich aroma. It was delicious, especially when paired with Tuscan red wine. - Grilled Gunma Prefecture pork charcoal grill: The pork was tender and juicy. When eaten with rock salt, the deliciousness of the pork stood out. Mustard went well with the fatty parts. We paired it with a Super Tuscan red wine, which had a Bordeaux-like rich taste. - Today's dessert: Matcha panna cotta, sweet potato creme brulee, apple and cinnamon gelato assortment. It was nice to have a generous serving of dessert. - Coffee and herbal tea: We also ordered cafe latte. We enjoyed some berry pastries and savored the lingering taste of the meal. It was a delightful experience enjoying delicious food and wine pairings. By the way, there is a Buddha statue at the entrance of the restaurant. I learned that it was a gift from the owner as a thank you for donating a school in Cambodia. It warms the heart. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

I visited this restaurant for a business dinner with a friend. At the entrance, they checked our temperature, provided hand sanitizer, and took our coats at a nearby closet. The calm atmosphere inside was very soothing, and you could see the chef busy cooking in the open kitchen. We started with sparkling drinks and had cauliflower soup, a salad with 15 types of vegetables, potato and truffle cheese gratin, flower-shaped tagliatelle pasta, white asparagus and mushroom risotto, Hitachi Farm pork steak, cheese chips, dessert, and coffee. The restaurant was amazing in terms of appearance, taste, and ambiance. Thank you for the meal.

On my third visit. The salads here are simply delicious and really good for the body. For lunch, there are no amuse-bouche or appetizers, but you get a huge serving of salad with herbs, topped with prosciutto or salmon. You can choose from different pastas, and I recommend sharing them with others to try a variety. The tomato sauce is tasty, and the gnocchi is especially delicious. For the main course, there are various options, but I personally like the grilled pork. It's thick but tender. Desserts include ice cream, panna cotta, and small sweets. The focaccia is freshly baked and deliciously hot. If you want to have pasta in Ginza, this place is highly recommended.

On this day, I wanted to eat stylish and calm Italian cuisine around Ginza area, so I visited "Giaggio Ginza" for the first time. The restaurant boasts Tuscan regional cuisine that incorporates the ideas of the world's oldest pharmacy in Florence. The concept of the menu is to "utilize the rich power of nature such as herbs and medicinal herbs to heal". The restaurant is located a 5-minute walk from Ginza Station. When you enter the store, it is full of luxury and has a very nice atmosphere! Perfect for dates and girls' gatherings. Visit date: December 7, 2021. The herb salad with 15 kinds of herbs was very voluminous and satisfying to eat (laughs). It was delicious and good for the body, so I was happy (laughs). Starting from the amuse-bouche, the course flowed smoothly with salad, fish, meat, risotto, pasta, and dessert, and it was a wonderful and satisfying course. The interior of the shop is not very spacious, but the lighting is not too bright and has a stylish feel. Since herbs are a specialty, there are many things that seem good for the body overall. I didn't get full, so if you visit at night, it might be a good idea to eat a little later in the day, or eat a little more. The wine ranged from around 1300 yen to 1800 yen. One sommelier handles serving and drink orders, while two people work in the kitchen preparing the food.

I used a coupon to try the lunch course at this restaurant. As a souvenir, I received a limited-time offer of cheesecake and herbal tea, which were also very delicious. The herb-scented salad, pasta, grilled dish, and dessert were all enjoyable. When we visited, there was nobody else in the restaurant at first, so we were able to relax and enjoy our meal in a calm atmosphere. I visited this restaurant for lunch for the first time. Ginza can be intimidating, but the staff here were very attentive and made me feel comfortable. The food was delicious, with great ingredients, and I would love to come back for dinner as well. Usually, with regular lunches, the pasta may be good but the main dish might be lacking in some way, or the portion may be small, or there may be limited menu options, but none of that was the case here. We shared the gnocchi pasta, which was very tasty. The meat was cooked perfectly, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and very delicious. If I had to point out one thing, the dessert was homemade and good, but it could have been a bit more elaborate. They also gave us some sweets, so overall it was a very satisfying lunch.

I always thought this restaurant was too high-end for a solo lunch without a reservation, even though I've known about it for a while. The prices are not for everyday use, so I had planned to make a reservation and come on a day off when I could have a drink. But the opportunity never came. However, when I saw the lunch menu displayed in front of the stairs leading to the underground restaurant, it didn't mention the need for a reservation. So, I decided to take a peek and went down the stairs. The elegant adult space welcomed me, and I was able to sit down easily as there were empty tables. The cheapest lunch option was the A course (2500 yen including tax), which included a salad, pasta, bread, and a drink. I chose the warm vegetable salad made with ingredients from Shimane. For the pasta, I chose gnocchi. The warm vegetables included thick and crunchy burdock, broccoli, sweet potatoes, zucchini, carrots, and more. It came with an anchovy sauce and a sauce made from 12 herbs. The anchovy sauce complemented the dish well, bringing out the natural sweetness and umami of the ingredients. The potato gnocchi was soft and had a chewy texture, topped with a golden beet sauce. It was satisfying. I decided to treat myself to a glass of white wine (Sauvignon Blanc, 1300 yen). It had a strong aroma and flavor. It was quite nice. I think it's best to come and enjoy this restaurant on a leisurely day off after all.

I visited the restaurant on a regular night. The atmosphere, service, and food were all excellent, but the cost performance of the alcohol was not great. I ordered wine and beer, but for the quality, I would expect the price to be under 1000 yen. There was no explanation about additional charges for the special pasta, and the prices of the alcohol were only revealed on the receipt at the end, giving a sense that they were trying to catch customers off guard. Overall, it was a bit disappointing, so I am giving this review.

This is a restaurant located in a building on a back street near GINZA SIX. When you go down the stairs, a grand door appears. Inside is a stylish and calm atmosphere, an adult restaurant. The service matches the atmosphere, polite and calm, with detailed explanations of the dishes. Especially the warm and sincere service of the older male staff was wonderful. The dishes, starting with the amuse-bouche, the special herbal salad (similar to the dressing I make, so I had a feeling it would suit my taste. The vinegar with a berry scent seemed to go well with this salad, and sure enough, it had raspberries and blueberries in it), pasta, gnocchi, and the main dish (the grilled brand pork from Gunma Prefecture was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and tender inside. The two sauces served with it were cleverly thought out, allowing you to change the flavor halfway through, and both went really well with the pork and were delicious). Everything that came out was delicious. The focaccia was incredibly delicious (the dough itself had a sweetness to it and was moist and chewy), and they came around frequently to check on us, so I ended up getting seconds twice. They also made sure to refill the olive oil when it was running low. The dessert panna cotta also used soy milk and roasted soy flour, showing a health-conscious approach. It was a wonderful course meal with a satisfying volume that didn't feel heavy, allowing us to enjoy it until the end. I found a great restaurant. I would love to visit again.

Lunch with my child! The seasoning that brings out the flavor of the ingredients was excellent. The large salad was delicious, and the pasta and meat were also fantastic! The bread was focaccia, soft and chewy! The staff were friendly, and when I asked for a refill, they brought half a loaf of bread, which turned out to be just the right amount to feel satisfied! Dinner at this restaurant for the first time. The restaurant is located on the basement floor and has a calm atmosphere. There are table seats and a few counter seats, and the customers are mostly older in age. Most are male-female pairs, but there were also female pairs. Visited on a Saturday night and the restaurant was fully booked. I visited with a pair of friends. Chef's recommended course menu: - Appetizers: Burdock potage, 15-herb salad, assorted raw ham, and one more dish (forgot the name, a stir-fried dish with rice and vegetables). The highlight of this restaurant is the 15-herb salad. I was impressed by the deliciousness of the salad after just one bite. The salad has a variety of herbs, so the flavor is never boring. It was delicious. Other appetizers were also tasty. I was already quite satisfied at this point. - Pasta: Eel and bitter gourd Aglio e Olio, two types of black truffle cream pasta were ordered and served to share between the two of us. The refreshing taste of eel and bitter gourd makes you feel like summer. I don't like spicy food, so I asked in advance to have the green chili removed, but the pasta had a good flavor and was delicious. The black truffle is sliced in front of you and then sprinkled on top of the pasta. The aroma of the truffle was amazing. I enjoyed smelling the truffle before shaving it and while eating the pasta. - Main course: Grilled Gunma pork loin and grilled sea bass. Both the meat and fish were of amazing quality. When I mentioned my taste preferences, they suggested wines that would pair well with the dishes. The Super Tuscan was delicious. It was a very satisfying first visit for dinner. I came to Jajjoro in Ginza♪ Located along Ginza's Sanbongai Street, this restaurant is located in the basement of a building that houses an antenna shop from Gunma Prefecture. The entrance is adorned with incense and potpourri, and there are pictures resembling Jizo Bodhisattva, creating a mysterious and exotic atmosphere. The scent and ambiance at the entrance are amazing. Inside, there are counter seats on the right side and table seats on the left and in the back, exuding a luxurious and chic vibe. I was seated at the counter. The menu ranges from 2160 yen to 5800 yen. I ordered the Andrea set for 2160 yen. Andrea includes bread, salad, pasta, coffee, and a small dessert. You can add toppings like prosciutto to the salad for an additional 300 yen, or include a dessert for 540 yen. The salad and focaccia arrived in about 6 minutes♪ - 15 types of herb salad: A mountain of salad dressed with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. It contains Italian parsley, dill, oregano, raspberries, blueberries, and has a slight bitterness, making it delicious. - Focaccia: Warm, fluffy, soft, and slightly sweet, it is delicious. - Lamb ragu spaghetti: The pasta, with lamb mince, paprika, tomatoes, and Pecorino cheese, was cooked perfectly.
